Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous instructor called Tess that made me feel so at ease from day 1. She was very attentive, kind and approachable at all times and reassured me when my self-belief started to waiver. Fantastic experience: Sarah was recommended to me, I have enjoyed her driving lessons. She is experienced, approachable and teaches in a relaxed positive way. She also has the patience of a saint! If something was wrong, would talk to me in a professional and friendly way without making me feel silly. During the road, driving kept very calm and ensured my safety was the top priority and would give constructive criticism where needed (areas to improve and be aware of going forward) but mostly would be very positive about the bits that were done correctly. I just passed my road test without any faults(a massive achievement by the way) I would highly recommend her for anyone learning to drive very informative and made me feel comfortable from the start.

Fantastic experience: I had Sarah as my instructor and she was lovely and helped relax my nerves! I also did some mock tests with Lee which helped me tons to ease the nerves for the test, and despite how shaky i was i managed to pass first try! i only had 3 months worth of lessons and they managed to get me through it

Fantastic experience: I started driving later than the majority of my friends and was so worried I'd never pass. Luckily I had Lisa who is a great teacher :) -Norfolk is lucky to have her! She helped with my anxiety when driving and was very patient. Unfortunately, my test was delayed because of examiner unavailability but Lisa managed to fit me in with Steve for a couple of revision sessions prior, who I also highly reccomend. Both are great and make you feel at ease when doing something that requires a lot of concentration. Thank you both :)

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank tess enough!! Taken a fair while for me to get the hang of driving with lots of tears and stress but wouldn’t have gotten through it without her!! Fantastic experience: I was recommended Teresa (Tess) from this academy by a group of friends. So glad for that. As non native driver, driving in UK was daunting but Tess was an amazing instructor training me in the best way to pass the exam, that too in my first chance. She covers most of the test routes, ensures we have the rules so thorough that we can hear it in our dreams. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Tess and she is the best ever. I passed within 12 days of my 17th birthday and 10 lessons. I cannot suggest a better driving instructor; she is truly delightful and made me super at ease. My examiner was Andrew Beane who really made me comfortable, and ensured I wasn't too nervous. I passed my theory first time, and then my driving test as well. All the instructors are super helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: As an American driving in the UK is not easy. My instructor, Tess, taught me the rules and was patient throughout our lessons. She was flexible with appointment times and great with helping me get a PASS!

Fantastic experience: I had my driving lessons with Tess, and she is such an amazing instructor. She made sense of all the driving rules. She explained all the mistakes you do, and make sure you don’t repeat them anyway. She is motivating, encouraging and very very patient. Fantastic experience: I had Tess as my driving instructor and she is incredible! I struggled with driving and made a lot of silly errors in my driving, but Tess helped me every step of the way. Today, I had my driving test and I felt incredibly nervous and tensed up. Tess helped me relax with a breathing exercise in the test centre waiting room. She motivated me to do my best and had faith that I could do it. At the end of the driving test, Alex announced that I Passed, and the both of us cried tears of joy! Fantastic experience: I did lessons for automatic with Tess from December to April (then passed first time). Tess has been brilliant. As an instructor, she’s calm and patient. She is really organised and systematic in taking notes for your progress so that things to work on can be revisited in the next lesson. Also to ensure that everything you would need to know before your test is covered. She really has a lot of experience and takes time to practice common routes, as well as trickier routes/roads/round abouts where more people get caught out in tests/her other previous students have had difficulty with. Tess is flexible when it comes to approaching/teaching things in a way that suits you. Tess is also friendly and warm, and the lessons are always a good time. She is extremely reliable and punctual as well. I was really nervous to get back into finding a new instructor as I had previously had some lessons in central London with a really bad instructor - it had made me quite the nervous driver as well. Really glad that I found Tess! Thanks so much, Tess!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for driving lessons in Bury St Edmunds, I really recommend you go for Tess, who is a compassionate, professional and very thorough instructor. She keeps up to date with test routes, is aware of areas where people might slip up, and she polishes you up to test standard. She is punctual, really organised and she keeps note of things you have covered and of areas you still need to work on. Her lessons are absolutely worth your money and there may be a stark difference in quality between different schools so when you are choosing where to go, definitely go for Tess! I'd recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience: BIG UP LEE I had two other instructors at different companies before lockdown but never felt good enough to take the test. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I went with The Ultimate Driving Academy after my son started using them. As an older driver who hadn't driven for nearly 30 years I was very nervous about starting again but Tess quickly made me feel at ease and helped my confidence grow, especially at the beginning when I needed it the most. Fantastic experience: For a short back story I did a 5 day driving course and I failed my test and had a bad experience with driving then after about 8 months I got back to driving and went with ultimate driving academy and I’ll say I’m so happy I chose them Sarah who was my instructor made me feel comfortable and confident to drive again and without her I wouldn’t of passed my test today Sarah gave me the confidence and made me believe in myself again and our lessons where a laugh as well which is always nice to know your instructor has a sense of humour which make you look forward to goin out for your lessons so even tho I’m over the moon I have passed my test today I am sad that I won’t be doing lesson with Sarah anymore so if you need a company to pass your test with i will say don’t look anywhere else other than here

Fantastic experience: I had not done any driving since a few lessons back when I was 18, but thanks to taking it up again 10 years later with Lisa at the Ultimate Driving Academy, I managed to pass the practical test first time! All my lessons were very well set out to make me feel like a confident driver by the test day, and also to feel assured of the structure of the actual practical test. Thank you Lisa, we worked hard and had fun, and to get the first time pass was amazing!

Fantastic experience: My experience was only positive, I don’t know where to begin! Even from my very first time sitting in the ‘daunting’ driver’s seat, I felt at ease. Sarah was so friendly and radiated warmth; I always felt safe. Her witty catchphrases still consistently repeat in my mind, compelling me to drive safely and correctly. Every single lesson was a joy to be a part of, she had so much patience and an expert eye. Professional and yet so talkative- at all times with a smile. Fantastic experience: I passed first time last week after being taught by the lovely Allison. Allison has been an amazing instructor and I will miss our lessons together! Allison creates a very friendly and positive environment and explains everything clearly. I honestly couldn’t recommend Allison enough, you can tell she cares about all her students as individuals and grew my confidence from the first lesson I had with her. Fantastic experience: Tess is an exceptional instructor, and an utterly lovely human, who helped me to pass my driving test first time in my 40s. I did take a few lessons when I was 17 but loathed the experience and it put me off for more than 20 years. I decided to bite the bullet and learn this year. Less than 3 months after meeting Tess I passed with no minors. Given how nervous I was on my first lesson this is nothing short of a miracle. The only thing I am sad about is I will miss our weekly lesson. Thank you, Tess. You do offer the ultimate learning experience. x

Positive experience: I had an amazing experience with ultimate driving academy. My instructor was tess. She played a very important role in me passing my exams. She has been very vigilant in making me improve on my mistakes and her feedback is what helped me pass as I was not able to find my exact faults of failing. Her flexibility of scheduling had made things easier for me to get a lesson in my busy life. I would recommend ultimate driving.

Fantastic experience: I passed first time with the Ultimate Driving Academy under the guidance and care of Sarah. I'm really going to miss our weekly lessons! Sarah is an incredibly kind and thoughtful instructor and she takes the time to really explain each situation in a way that easy to understand. From the moment I first met Sarah I was put at ease by her bubbly personality and thorough, in-depth teaching methods - you can really tell just how much she cares about each and every one of her pupils. Throughout out lessons she has helped to grow my confidence to the point where I really do enjoy it now and I never thought I'd see the day when I was learning manual! I can't have wished for a better instructor. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sarah and the Ultimate Driving Academy.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant driving instructor!!! The ultimate driving academy has helped me gain freedom and independence. Received automatic driving lessons with Sarah, she has a great personality, patience and laughs that have helped calm my nerves during lessons. She helped me pass my test 1st time with 4 minors within 2 months, I couldn’t of asked for a better driving instructor and experience.

Fantastic experience: From having 2 instructors with this driving academy, as I switched from a manual to automatic car to learn in, I can say that my experience with both instructors was brilliant. One in particular, Sarah, who taught me to drive in an automatic, and helped me to pass my practical test first try, was a very friendly lady who made me feel very comfortable and at ease during both my lessons and test, and made the whole experience not only easier but more enjoyable, and I’m very grateful for all of her help now that I have my license ! Highly recommend this driving academy and it’s instructors for all new learners.

Fantastic experience: I don't think there's a better option when learning how to drive. My instructor, Lisa, was always patient, kind and helpful, no matter how many times I'd mess up, and she was so easy to chat to throughout all of my lessons. She helped me not only with my actual driving, but controlling my nerves, which allowed me to not only pass my test, but also use that with everyday life. The lessons were always a highlight of my week, and an absolute blast. Easiest five star review.

Negative experience: I simply was asking on Facebook for my boyfriend for automatic instructors as I passed with manual. I simply said no to suggestions from you with no explanation which I don’t feel was an unfair or in anyway a extremely negative comment / action. The way you reacted to that is why I’ve left this review years later. Im sorry this upset you but I was simply looking for other suggestions! What you done 2 years ago wasn’t fair on me especially when it came to the financial side of things but I really couldn’t care less anymore. If I explained what you done then, then yes that would be a bad or negative review or comment however I have chosen to never do that even though I am fully entitled to my own opinion and until now I haven’t actually explained anything or said anything bad online I’ve only asked for other suggestions. I’m not sure why you feel the need to tell me you need some professional advice but I wish you the best :)
