Fantastic experience: I' ve passed my D1 test with action training. I am so pleased that I chose this company. Whole process was so easy, staff was very polite and helpful. They booked my theory test and my practical test. Kept me well informed throughout the whole proces. My instructor Paul was very good,well organised and experienced. Fantastic experience: I passed with Paul and he was very professional and patient with me. me being a girl of 21 years old I found he was wanting the best for me and showed me all the test routes I was 100% prepared after all the training Paul gave me. Fantastic experience: I did my car to class 1 with action and went as smoothly as possible, started Monday morning with Gary; very easy to get along with and really knows his stuff, couldn’t of asked for a better instructor. By Friday afternoon I was fully qualified and passed the reverse, practical and module 4 test. Reccomend these guys alot

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this company! from the start Action really impressed me. After phoning around various companies not knowing where to start with what was needed to complete my class 2 lgv licence, this company provided me with everything needed step by step. The ladies in the office were amazing they provided me the steps needed to obtain my hgv/lgv provisional license, to booking my theory/ hazard perception and module 2 CPC test. After successfully completing these steps, I was booked in for practical training over 3 days, with the my test being on the third day. Paul my trainer was exceptional, really got on well with him from the start, his training style gives you pure confidence and he definitely has a (particularly set of skills) when it comes to his knowledge of the test routes and roads. I also had Reece for my reversing test on the 1st day and what a guy, it was like everyone I met at this company were just down to earth and couldn't do enough for you to give you the best chance of being successful in obtaining my licence. Well I did just that so thankyou to all the staff at Action Training I can't thank you all enough! If your thinking about going for your lgv/ hgv license do not hesitate to book with this company! Fantastic experience: I passed my HGV test 1st time today with Action Training at Garretts Green, I really couldn’t have done it without Paul’s my trainers help, Paul is really fantastic top instructor out there in Birmingham, very professional and without him I honestly couldn't see myself passing my test today. Throughout all of my low points Paul helped and supported me every way, kept on motivating me all the way through to my test day, He always gave me clear explanations and quickly helped me to rectify any mistakes I made during my training. Fantastic experience: Passed my class 1 (C+E) today at Action Training with special thanks to my instructor Paul. Start to finish it has been a great experience from the friendly office staff on the phone to the first class instructing I received. They also have their own reversing yard which is one of the reasons why I chose them as I found it less stressful doing the reverse test at the yard I did my practice at. I can't fault them for anything which is why I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get their HGV licence. Again special thanks to Paul who really did go above and beyond to get me to pass so make sure you ask for him.

Fantastic experience: Action Driver Training. #1 in the game. I have researched so many driver training schools and I decided on action. From the 1st phone call (Abbie) I was instantly impressed with the professionalism of the action team. I did the 5 day hgv course. 4 days then test on 5th. This is where I met up with Paul (ex tank commander) probably the best instructor there is for class 1. He literally is the best in the game I did my c1 with Hughes driving scool in Leicester 2 years prior and what a shambles of a company. Action has this game nailed and does it properly, so it was really refreshing to come into a company that has great communication from the admin side keeping you always updated etc with meet/test times. Then good quality, fit for purpose training vehicles and most importantly Paul as the instructor who is the G.O.A.T of the hgv world. If you want to learn how to drive hgv then he is your man and action is your company. Absolute class from day 1 to 5 when I passed 1st time. Thanks and see you when I do my ADR training next year. Fantastic experience: Des from Birmingham I would highly recommend Action because their excellent training lead me to pass my HGV Class1 test. Paul my instructor was brilliant, very patient, and his knowledge was very confidence inspiring. I’ve been a class 2 driver for 7 years but been driving commercial for 2 years. Going from that to class 1 was daunting but Paul made it easy to understand and demonstrated how drive such a large vehicle safely and efficiently. I did 1 hour of training with him and that helped me more than the 12 hours of training with (Hughes Driving) which I absolutely don’t recommend you do your training with. Fantastic experience: Was referred to Action Training by the council. Great people very very patient when teaching. The girls in the office were very nice aswell always very helpful and fast. Exam retakes were booked fast aswell just very nice people in general. The driving instructors were also very patient and good at what they do. Nathan top man. Paul, top man super patient, imagine trying to teach someone the reversing bit for 8-9hours. (Paul speaks Chinese too).

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of doing Class 1 fast track and CPC Mod 4 with Action HGV. Nathan, Anthony, Gerry are all fantastic trainers. I was doing the training on my own throughout the week and feel I have received the right amount of tuition. They answered all my questions very well and I can honestly say that as far as HGVs are concerned I feel ready for the open road. For someone new to hgvs they made it possible for me to go through the training and get my class 1 licence. I did have to take a second Mod 3b test but that is entirely my fault and not a reflection on the training. The ladies in the office are really good at clarifying any issues before, during and after as well as keep everything well organised. Thank you Action HGV for a good start in my new career. Highly recommended for anyone especially if you are in the Garrets Green DVSA centre catchment area.

Fantastic experience: DCPC online training. I had training from elsewhere before I came to Action. The other training was no where near as good as here. Hopefully this recommendation may help others pick Action as a very good training provider. DCPC is a very very painful experience but Action make it near bearable - no easy task..
