Fantastic experience: My driving instructor, Donna, was fantastic. She was an excellent teacher, teaching me how to drive and every little tip and trick that she knew, to make me a better driver. She was very flexible when it came to what time she could do lessons and was incredibly helpful when I was and she made me into an excellent driver in a very short period of time. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I passed last week with Donna! I had a great experience learning with Donna and really enjoyed our lessons and chats! She was really flexible and supportive throughout my time learning and made learning enjoyable. Donna was also patient when I asked to go over any maneuvers or rules of the road as well. She gave me a lot of confidence on the road and gave me lots of ways to make driving easier like tricks on reversing and parallel parking! I really enjoyed my time learning and I passed first time with 5 minors and I have a owe that to Donna! I am now driving to work no issue and feel like I can take the roads easily! Thank you Donna! 5 for Donna!

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test with Donna last Saturday!! I couldn’t be happier and am incredibly grateful to Donna! I had a baby in February and moved to a more rural area, being able to drive a car will be a huge improvement to our lives. I came to Donna incredibly nervous, believing I wasn’t cut out to drive after struggling in previous lessons with a different instructor. Without her I would have given up because I was finding it too stressful and was coming home upset after lessons. In a handful of lessons Donna built up my confidence, took me on on lots of test routes (and the motorway!), explained manoeuvres in a simple concise way (her no-faff way to parallel park is the best). I now feel like I’m capable, safe driver and excited to get behind the wheel! I’d highly recommend anyone researching instructors to choose Donna!

Fantastic experience: At 31 I finally passed my driving test and I can honestly say I couldn’t have done it with anyone other than Hayley! She is AMAZING! From day one she made me feel so at ease and throughout my lessons she has helped me gain so much confidence!! I’m definitely going to miss our weekly lessons and chats!!! Fantastic experience: I stopped learning to drive two years ago as I felt I couldn't hack it with a previous instuctor. I began having lessons with Donna in June and I passed my test first time a few days ago (September). NOT A SINGLE MINOR ON MY TEST. As someone who is autistic and struggles with too much information, Donna has the patience of a saint and brought out confidence I never thought I had. If you are someone who wants to start driving or took a break from learning and want to get back to it I would 100 percents recommend divas driving school.

Fantastic experience: I had lessons with Donna who talked me through everything and built my confidence up from zero to a pass today after a month worth of lessons. Donna was patient whilst helping me to learn how to become a safe driver even when I made silly mistakes! Thank you Donna and Divas - I did it!

Fantastic experience: I had Haley teaching me automatic and she was a god send! So helpful, such an amazing teacher and made it really easy to do all my manoeuvres. She helped me a lot with gaining confidence on the road when it came to dealing with other drivers who weren't so nice. So amazing highly recommend !! Passed with only two minors :)))

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test first time this morning after learning with Donna. I had only started to drive in February and I was so nervous and anxious. Donna was absolutely amazing at calming my nerves and being so patient with me through every situation I faced. I will miss seeing her weekly and I will never be able to thank her enough for her support and kindness towards me.

I would 100% recommend her, she helped me improve my confidence when driving and was extremely flexible with hours, allowing me to fit driving along side my university work. Fantastic experience: I’ve only had Hayley for a less than a month but she’s an amazing instructor and I’m pleased to say I passed my test with her in this short amount of time! She perfected my driving and took me on all the test routes and is overall just really good at making you feel comfortable and easing any nerves too. Would definitely recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Hayley enough.... I'd been going through driving instructors like I go through fashion trends as no one seemed to understand my driving anxiety... literally shaking every time I got into a car...but I got into the car with Hayley and omg I felt relaxed instantly I felt heard, she explained things too me in a way that just clicked... I can truly say I would never have passed without her ... Negative experience: Was excited to begin here as I thought I’d feel more comfortable with female instructors however, I was taught nothing !! Instead it made me feel like I’d never be able to pass. Donna was impatient and rude when I made a mistake, she’d also make these snarky and sarcastic comments which didn’t help anyone. This made no sense to me as a student will usually make mistakes that’s why they’re students and that’s what they learn from. She could clearly see I was more at beginner level at the time and was still unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: The best driving instructor you could have! I was so nervous and didn’t feel like I could pass, but with only 20 hours I passed with 1 minor! Fantastic experience: If you want to learn to drive with absolute confidence then Hayley is the instructor you need! She is the most friendly, informative and reliable instructor you could ask for! Right from my very first lesson I felt at ease and confident with Hayley teaching me! I looked forward to each lesson and couldn't wait for her to show me new routes. I would 100% recommend her If you want to pass your driving test with confidence! I started learning to drive at the end of August 2023 had one lesson a week and passed with no faults December 2023. Fantastic experience: Donna was my driving instructor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. She was super patient with me, so friendly, and was always encouraging. I could be a very challenging learner at times due to my anxiety, but Donna was amazing with dealing with this. She wasn’t just my instructor, she was my counsellor and friend. Negative experience: I do not recommend going with Donna in divas driving school. As an individual who suffers from anxiety, she did nothing!! Broke down in tears about twice in her car to her sat there until I stopped crying yet did nothing about it. Also, every mistake made in her car seems to be a major issue and instead of rationalising it she always shouted at me and “did not make me feel at ease” as she told my mum she was going to do from the beginning. Every single lesson, I dreaded going to as I was on pins worrying about what she was going to say next and having to defend myself over it! I’m so glad our lessons have come to an end and I won’t have to see or be in her company again! Disgraceful

Fantastic experience: First time pass with Hayley today, it was my first time ever of having driving lessons in august so just 3 months of weekly lessons and Hayley helped me succeed in passing today! A wonderful driving instructor who pushes you through and makes you feel at ease. Very friendly lady and it’s been a pleasure of having Hayley as my instructor could not of found someone better. Fantastic experience: I have been taking lesson with this lovely lady Donna she has been an amazing instructor, she’s very kind and polite and been helping me through it, she is always very calm and tell me what I’m doing wrong so I can improve what I’m doing wrong. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is learning to drive or who is learning manual from auto.

Negative experience: Do not recommend for someone who suffers with anxiety and very nervous. Donna done nothing but shout and have a go at me every time I made a mistake she expected me to get it first time with no mistakes. I broke down into tears in her car after being shouted at and she didn't seem to care she mentioned medication and link to someone who shows calming measures. every lesson I get shouted at over making little mistakes so yesterday I had enough of her attitude and cancelled future lessons and got a refund. She has no patience and is very rude and makes you feel small. Definitely destroyed my confidence in wanting to drive.

Fantastic experience: After a poor experience with a previous driving instructor who made my driving anxiety 10x worse! Donna at Divas Driving School had put the confidence back in me. I honestly could not recommend Donna enough especially if you have anxiety. Her personality makes you feel at ease and it felt like I was driving with a friend! When were mistakes were made (and there were plenty trust me ahaha) she never made me feel bad about them and encouraged me to try and try again. I never thought I’d pass my driving test because of my anxiety and felt like giving up multiple times, but Donna really performed a miracle shaping me into the driver I am today and getting me to pass my test!! I will miss our chats and laughs on our lessons and would recommend Donna to ANYONE learning to drive!xxx

As someone who suffers with extreme anxiety Donna not only made me feel extremely relaxed with her calm and nurturing personality she also boosted my confidence and made me believe i can achieve anything. After 6years of driving lessons with several different instructors and multiple fails I was close to giving up but thanks to Donna and her incredible personality I passed with her 1st time after only 2months. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend higher!! After failing my test twice in 2018, I decided this year I’d give it another shot. That’s when I discovered Diva’s and began my lessons with Donna in January. Not only did she help me pass my exam today, but she’s really built up my confidence on the roads and changed my whole perspective towards driving. Fantastic experience: Donna is a fantastic driving instructor (I had 2 previous instructors- so from those experiences it leaves me in a good position in order to make this comparison and say that Donna is the best ever! She is so professional and patient, she has a calm voice which puts you at ease and teaches so well explaining everything so thoroughly - but in a simple and clear , calm manner. She gave me the re-assurance and encouragement that I needed from day 1 with her. So pleased that I had the opportunity for her to teach me and help me achieve my goals. Donna is now teaching my son too. Extremely grateful! Edit: just read some of the bad reviews on here and genuinely can’t believe that we are talking about the same person!! So pleased I’m only reading those reviews now for the first time- they could of ruined everything for me!

Negative experience: I suffer with anxiety and ADHD and I would not recommend Donna from divas driving school. Even at my first lesson her attitude was appalling and very unprofessional. She has no patience and you are not aloud to make mistakes. She also didn’t know the meaning of talk, everything was by shouting and obviously this is very off putting whilst trying to drive! She wasn’t clear with directions etc and if you asked a question you’d be made to feel very small. I feel as though she pushed my learning completely backwards and from what I’ve heard I’m not the only one that has suffered. Fortunately I’ve found another instructor and I felt as though I learnt a lot more in my first lesson over the 15+hours I had with her.

Positive experience: Really great, Donna was organised and lessons were thorough! She helped with me with booking my test online and was always honest about whether I was ready for it. Would recommend to anyone looking for lessons in swansea :))

Fantastic experience: I changed instructions and went with Donna in December, I instantly felt at ease I felt Donna was professional and very knowledgeable. Donna had the patience of a saint and even when not on a lesson put my mind at ease right up until the day of my test I felt Donna went above and beyond to get me through my test! Thank you so much Donna for getting me there and through my test ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Hayley enough for all that she has done in the last 5 months to help me pass first time, I would highly recommend Divas ,Hayley had patience and was prepared to go over areas again again until I understood even put up with my way of remembering ,

Negative experience: Would not recommend donna my daughter was sobbing coming back from her 1st lesson with her . Said she shouted and raised her voice at her expecting her to perfect things on her FIRST lesson lol. Also recommended my daughter get medication for her anxiety because she was crying for being shouted at and humiliated. The little confidence my daughter had was quickly knocked out of her.very dissapointed
