Fantastic experience: Found Laura after a lengthy search online for a reputable female examiner with positive reviews and couldn’t be more grateful I found her! She was friendly, knowledgable & made me feel so confident on the road (which is the main area I was lacking in since failing my previous test under another instructor in another borough a few years ago). She never doubted my abilities, even when I did, and I ended up passing with 6 minor faults at Hither Green. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an instructor that can teach you to drive easily and naturally. Fantastic experience: I came to Laura absolutely terrified of driving - I’d had a provisional licence in Australia but the last time I’d driven was 18 years ago. I’d tried other instructors in the UK and they did nothing to reassure me. Laura is cool and calm and absolutely brilliant at instilling confidence - not just to help you pass the test but to become a calm and competent driver. Somehow, thanks to Laura’s fantastic tutelage, I passed my test first time! Incredible! I can’t recommend Laura enough! Fantastic experience: Found Laura through Google and saw how many people with international licences she has taught and thought she would be a good fit to help me. I had an American license, but haven't driven regularly in years. As an ex examiner she helped to break my bad habits and taught me how to drive safely in London. She makes you feel at ease and confident driving. She was also flexible with my schedule which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Laura to anyone wishing to learn to drive in an automatic.

Fantastic experience: My experience with driving instructors in London was especially bleak, marked by lazy and disengaged tutors. Most of them safe in the knowledge there will always be another pupil ready to stump up significant money to sit in close confines with them while they scratch their arse and stare out the window. This is not Laura. She is trustworthy, motivated, knowledgable and funny. I passed first time after only a few months. She tailored the lessons to the skills I needed to develop, and approached them with good humour and a focus on building confidence as well as knowledge. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Five stars are nowhere near enough for Laura. Where do I begin. When I reached out to Laura I hadn't sat behind the wheel of a car for over ten years, and was essentially learning to drive all over again. I was an incredibly nervous driver and even more petrified of driving in central London. I didn't need to be. As soon as we started working together, Laura put my mind at ease. She is incredibly cool, calm and collected, always very supportive and gentle when I made mistakes, and above all else she really knows her stuff. It was pretty unimaginable to me that I'd be able to confidently drive myself around London and now that I can, Laura gets 100% of the credit for that. As an added bonus, our sessions in the car were always a riot - Laura's got great chat. If you need a top-notch driving instructor you have absolutely come to the right place!

Fantastic experience: I had a first time pass with Laura. I’d 100% recommend her as a driving instructor. Not only does she make you feel comfortable and at ease but she prepares you for your test so much in advance that you practically know the test routes like the back of your hand so when it comes to your test you’re nowhere near as nervous as you already know where you’re going and the roads you’ll be taken on.

She has all the qualities you’d want in a driving teacher - patience, fantastic communication skills, an easy-to-learn teaching style - coupled with a personality that makes every lesson a joy and a laugh. Fantastic experience: I had driving lessons many years ago and hated every minute of them, so was hesitant to start again but Laura is an amazing instructor and I felt comfortable and at ease from the very first lesson. She is highly professional, friendly and calm and her guidance and training helped me pass with only two minors. She’s given me the knowledge and skills to go and drive on my own with confidence. I would highly recommend her and shall miss our lessons and the laughs we had. She is simply the best :)

Fantastic experience: Laura is an amazing driving teacher. I had had lessons before with someone else where I picked up some really bad habits. I really thought I'd be someone who'd just never ever pass or that even if I did I’d just always hate it and feel useless at it but thanks to Laura, I can hand on heart say Laura taught me how to really drive, confidently and safely, and I really enjoy driving. Thanks to Laura I also passed my test after failing in the past. She will get you test ready but also driving ready for life. She is a true teacher, super patient and highly knowledgeable and experienced. I found over time I just picked up more and more techniques and knowledge thanks to her. She is super friendly and has a great sense of humour, I always looked forward to my lessons with Laura! I would recommend her to anyone in South East London who wants to pass their test and learn how to drive well.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Ex-Examiner. She is incredibly professional while also trying to make me feel comfortable and relaxed while driving. She not only teaches you how to drive safely on the road, but also is highly informed and knowledgeable about the techniques and strategies needed to pass your practical driving test. I passed on my first try, which is a great indicator of her ability as a teacher. Laura is always calm, patient and friendly during our lessons together. She is always flexible with booking a slot in that works for you and is accommodating when you have a last-minute change of plans.
