Negative experience: I had lesson from one of their instructor named Ricardo, First he always late he never on time and then I already told him when i have got my test he knew everything and he did ask me to postpone the date which i have done because he did asked me and said m not ready which i totally agreed then afterwards..he was always saying to me that m doing really well but doing mistakes i accept that because i was doing some of mistakes that’s y i was taking lessons. I got my test date 27/11/2024 but he refused to use his car for test even i was taking lessons constantly from him from july. Even he did not let me give the test and keep saying n you not ready. I accept that I said ok then he promised me to reschedule my test in middle of december. I got one friend who was helping to get date then i call him and asked what date i should choose then he said to me ohh dnt worry i will sort it . I believe him and expected that he will sort it oit something but he didn’t.when it was 26/11 he sent me one contact number and he did asked me to ask them to change the test date and they also declined to help me.. It was worse experience.. He always refusing to me to use his car for test and did asked me to rent a car for test.. which was unafir.. i have lost my test date now … trying to find new one….sorry but it was truth

He was without a doubt the best and he always tried to push me as much as possible. Whenever I would do something wrong he always had the perfect way of respectfully giving me feedback without knocking me down, but rather he would try to make me think about what I could’ve done better. Overall, I had an amazing experience learning with him as he was very calm and positive throughout my learning journey. I highly recommend the SAIF DRIVING SCHOOL.

Fantastic experience: Best driving instructor Mr Saurabh Kapoor, I highly recommend choosing him I passed first time in Wednesbury at 8am, he was very patient with me as I was a nervous driver and he always went over things I struggled with multiple times and would clear any doubts I had in every lesson I felt very comfortable got my moneys worth he really looks out for his students, I’m really happy with his service.

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test today, and I can’t thank my instructor Mohammed enough. He taught me everything i know now about roads safety, road signs and parking. He is really good at explaining each mistakes you make and how to improve as well. At each lesson you can see the improvement your making as well. He is very knowledgeable and teaches you very clearly and make valid points that helped me pass on the first try. Fantastic experience: Passed my test today at Shirley, my driving instructor Ahsan really helped me in pinpointing my weaknesses and guided me accordingly throughout my lessons. It is because of him that i passed my test.

Negative experience: Not happy with the service I received with this driving school. I had a lesson with Baljinder who told me she’s not able to commit every week to a lesson therefore for my intensive course I should take 30 lessons. It’s important to commit to any student and meet their needs instead of looking for ways to take their money. Not impressed.

I had 2 other instructors from other companies before I found and settled for Raja, and he was without a doubt the best out of the 3! He always tried to push me as much as possible and whenever I would do something really well he always made me feel good about myself which really helped with building my confidence. Whenever I would do something wrong he always had the perfect way of respectfully giving me feedback without knocking me down, but rather he would try to make me think about what I could’ve done better. The main concern is getting practice slots is really difficult which took so many months. I also made few silly mistakes in actual test which dragged me again couple of months as well.

About my Instructor Tally: I am really happy that I got Mr. Tally as my instructor. He is a friendly, patient and calm manner individual with people who are nervous. One of the best thing about Tally, he is on time and don't waste one single minute. He is really good to explain instructions and give directions clearly. Overall, he is Reliable, Organised, Patient, Confident and Calm. About Saif Driving School I would say its easy to book and find instructor through their website. Pricing: Its okay as per market. Just you have to pay extra 2pounds for weekends lesson. Response time: Quick Instructors availability: I was able to find instructor quickly based on my schedule. However, it would be helpful if all instructors profile are available on their website. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Tally and Saif Driving School.
