Fantastic experience: Passed! Really happy with the entire process, Shiraz my driving instructor helped massively and wouldn’t hesitate to correct me each time I did something that would’ve affected my test outcome. I think the intensive courses are the best way to learn to drive. He filled me with confidence and allowed me to give my judgement and would let me see how it would pan out in terms of different types of parking which was good as it helped me to see wether I can figure things out for myself which you’d have to do when you pass and drive alone anyway. I’ve passed now but I will miss those Friday evening lessons and random talks about life. Negative experience: First call to this company, my son has autism….the response…. “I’m sorry, I don’t think we have the facility at this time”!!!! Me… What facilities do you need? Response…. “We do t have the certificate or something”!!! Me….. You don’t need a certificate, don’t worry about it, how rude, narrow minded and shallow are companies in this day and age. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

I’ve had instructors in the past and I can say Deen has helped me hone my driving skills a lot by observing my driving and picking up where I can improve. He goes through things step by step and talks it through so you are aware how to face a situation properly. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: Too many thanks to my instructor Shiraz, for being highly committed professional and motivator. He keep relaxed and never put me under pressure while driving. His attitude is friendly. He knows exactly what you need to work on to pass the test. His instructions are clearly understood. He made me feel confidence on the road and be normal without tension. He doesn't put blame on me you if I did mistakes but instead he shows me how to correct it in a non judgemental manner. Perhaps I should first say I am 56 years old and last time I drove a car regularly was 30 year ago, in another country. Nevertheless, thanks to Deen, last December I passed on my first attempt, with not a single minor driving fault. During my lessons I was impressed by Deen's consistency and patience, and by his deep sense of observation. I am a university senior lecturer and from my experience I can tell Deen has an innate ability for teaching. He would excel at teaching in any field. Negative experience: I do not recommend this company .I paid this company £60.00 for a 2 hour assessment lesson as I wanted to do an intensive course as had my test booked.the women called Kanwal took me on the lesson she was arrogant and rude she said I will fail my test and I should change the date,she said she did not want me taking her car to the test as it's her company name advertised on the car and she didn't want me driving ,she had the cheek to ask if I'd learnt anything with her at the end of that lesson I replied NO ...she did not inform me before paying for the lesson that she was still a trainee! I PASSED 1st time with my original test date with ACCLAIM DRIVING !

Fantastic experience: I passed my test today on first attempt. Shiraz was the best driving instructor you could wish for... he was patient, calm and committed to get me passed first time. He always tailored my driving lessons to whatever it was that I needed to practice, and if I made a mistake, he would go back over it with me to make sure I understood where I went wrong. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he will always answer any questions you have if you are unsure about something. The lessons he offers are extremely good value for money, especially the block of 10 lessons he offers. Fantastic experience: The instructor Hussein was very patient, clam and professional. At first, I had huge amount of serious mistakes. they were corrected gradually. Confidence has been building up day by day. i think the best part isn't only about the pass, it is about learning to drive safely and reasonably and which is a life long thing.
