Fantastic experience: So I’ve completed my C1 training with these guys just this last week. I can’t express how pleased I am with the level of service, personalisation and attention to detail their team gives the customer. My instructor was on hand to answer any question I had during my training and even before my training started Lorraine was on point with sending out the relevant information needed for the training. Paul, my instructor put me at ease with the training and the assessments as I made him aware I really hated assessments. Couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. Fantastic experience: British HGV training group are an excellent company and absolutely the best place to take your HGV. Lorraine is very reassuring and more than happy to guide you through what can look like a daunting process. The instructors are friendly and have a wealth of experience. I managed to pass my HGV first time on a weeks course. My advice is simply this , listen to what they are telling you and you will definitely pass your HGV.

Fantastic experience: I did my class 2 with this company. This is most definitely the best place to train for your HGV. The staff and instructors are very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: I genuinely couldn’t recommend anywhere better. Everyone at British HGV is so attentive and compassionate, whether they’re your instructor or not everyone’s rooting for you! I struggle with my nerves and my mental health so doing my class 1 was a tough time for me albeit something i’ve wanted to do for a long time. I was always made to feel confident and capable, even when i didn’t believe it myself! Training is on point and there’s never a moment wasted. It’s like one big support system here and a special thankyou to Lorraine at reception (who everyone refers to as mother) who has been the biggest help to me over the past few weeks, wether it was during my course or needing to rant about personal issues. Fantastic experience: Best driver training I have received by far. Started off with an agency with another local school that didn't have the standards for the training to get me through my tests. I decided to join BRITISH HGV and it was the best step for me to take to kickstart my new career. I only wished I was with them from the start. All the instructors and staff are here to help you every step of the way and will teach you the methods to successfully pass your tests. Passed successfully using the techniques and methods my instructor taught me. You’ve just got to listen and act on what you’ve been taught. It was a pleasure training with this school and I would recommend anyone looking to start their career in HGV/ PCV to go through this school.

Really enjoyed learning to drive with them and looked forward to every lesson. Never really driven a HGV before taking my lessons and passed second attempt which to me shows what a good professional company they are.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars all round most certainly the best training company in the midlands passed my Class 2 in January with Paul and Class 1 today after a weeks training with Carl from the first contact with Lorraine to attending the training it’s been excellent cant thank Rick enough for taking me for my class 1 test today putting me at ease calming the nerves and giving me the confidence I needed. Carl and Paul’s training really is second to none very knowledgeable and both have the patience of a saint highly appreciate all the knowledge and guidance given nothing was too much trouble and was always pointed in the right direction for those first time passes first time class 2 first time class 1 it proves how good these instructors really are!! Fantastic experience: I’ve just passed my HGV class 1 ( C+E) with British HGV. The process at first looks quite daunting but Lorraine in the office sorted all out from start to Finish in a very efficient and friendly manner. I opted for the fast track course and took my driving lessons with Carl. Right from the start Carl makes you feel at ease with the task at hand and coaches you through the process from the reverse test through to the driving test. Everything was very relaxed, friendly and professional. On the whole a lovely bunch down at British and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Guys

Fantastic experience: Lorraine at British hgv is incredible! Very friendly, easy to talk to and talks you through everything. I phoned up to enquire about my partner training to be a class 1 driver and she helped me through-out the whole process. My partner was supposed to do his training in January but he unfortunately lost his dad unexpectedly the week before his training. I phoned British hgv to discuss our options as it was a lot of money to pay out if you are not in the right frame of mind and my partner wasn’t ready with such news. British hgv cancelled the training and told us not to worry, it would not cost us anymore money, we wouldn’t lose money and for us to not rush and come back when ready… couple months later, my partner is now a class 1 driver. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your understanding and compassion and a special thanks to Paul for training Aaron so well! He loved every minute of learning to drive an artic lorry. Thank you! I will recommend you always!

British HGV provides competitive price and super quick training & test schedule. I obtained my Class 1 licence as well as Module 2 & 4 certificates within just one and a half month from my first approach with them. Lorraine responses all the email inquiries very promptly and in very helpful manner. Wayne took me on the road lesson with a very rigorous method, he was not harsh but his taught me everything very practically and finally brought me a first time pass experience. Bravo! Paul and Carl are very nice all the way and made me always enjoying the CPC training and reversing test. Fantastic experience: 100% recommend the team at British HGV training group! Everyone there is really friendly and always kept me up to date with any changes in timings with plenty of notice! I had Paul as my 1-to-1 trainer and he was brilliant. Calm, relaxed and a great teacher. I went from car licence all the way to artic in 2 weeks, it seemed a bit daunting at first, but Paul helped me gain the confidence and skills to drive them and pass my class 1 first time! Fantastic experience: Well I chose this HGV Training school in Cannock to take my HGV class 1 at 58 years old as they were local and friendly and there price was reasonable.. They offered me a fast track scheme and they had a slot within a week .. With my test on the 5th day . By the Friday I was ready . however I failed due to my own nerves on the day a silly mistake which I had to accept but they encouraged me to re take and finally I have passed. Just remember the instructors are tough on you because the examiners on the day are tougher and will fail you For the slightest fault so listen and learn . So lf you 'want to take your HGV /PSV Or van and trailer license this company with there're team of highly trained instructors along with a modern fleet of vehicles will assess and train you to a pass grade ready for your test. .however if You fail it will be down to your own bad habits not listening or just nerves on the day nobody else . There prices are very competitive And training worked around you as much as possible .
