Fantastic experience: Passing first time! I’ve had such an amazing experience with Ash, with only 4 lessons needed and an immense time crunch before my test, he truly was a miracle worker. An amazing teaching style where he makes you think and become confident in yourself and your own driving as well as encouraging you to the best of your ability so you become an amazing independent driver, he performed magic with his technique and extensive knowledge. Negative experience: Hi i’m currently going lessons with an instructor in east london the driving instructor has just completely gone ghost so with no response, after i’ve paid for a block of sessions now contacting infodrive they are unable to be gotten through too. This is very unprofessional and seems like a scam

Negative experience: Not happy at all with the service. Godwin was quite unprofessional. He had no idea I’d booked 2 hours with him in one day because the driving school apparently didn’t communicate that with him, but I only ended up paying half of the original price, which is fair. However, I still didn’t get what I wanted. Not even a suggestion to spread out the cost across 2 days (1 hour each for 2 days). After booking with the driving school, I was told the ADI (Godwin) would contact me within the same working day to discuss pricing, schedule and offers. 3 days later, I contacted the driving school to find out what happened and they apologised and finally got him to contact me. We hadn’t even started anything yet, but he was already proving sluggish. He came late on the first ever lesson (thankfully didn’t purchase a lesson pack) and he informed me beforehand and set a new arrival time. This isn’t the problem, though. The issue is that he came late for the new time he set so in total he was about 45 mins late. Had me driving him to the nearest petrol station to fuel his car before starting the lesson. He then gave me a driving fault for something that technically isn’t a fault. I didn’t argue at the time, because I’m a learner and took it in. It wasn’t until I was watching driving videos (like I routinely do) that I realised that what I got marked down on, was more of an advisory note than it was a driving fault. Communication is extremely poor. Takes 4-5 days at a time to respond. Never responds back the first time. It literally takes sending 2-3 follow up messages before he can respond. I’m aware the job can be difficult; managing many students who are learning at different paces isn’t easy, but you must communicate. It became so habitual that I gave up and I’m at a different school now. Nothing against the ADI personally, he’s respectful and polite, but time management and organisation seems to be an huge issue.

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional behaviour of Mr Safi. Force you to take 2 hour sessions even if you want 1 hour. Then drop you at home 20 mins early. Shows their priority. Want as much as they can in one go, and then drop you off as early as possible.

Fantastic experience: I had ash as my driving instructor. Very good experience, could not ask for anything more, definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Ash. He is a great motivator, very supportive, punctual, has extensive knowledge of the local roads and most importantly, a very good driving instructor. I had a bit of a struggle with manual before. Ash motivated me to keep carrying on. I was someone who would make 10/15 serious faults in mock tests - I was a nervous driver. From that, in a matter of three months, I nearly passed in my first attempt (failed with just 1 serious and 1 minor fault). After that Ash worked diligently with me to rectify my weaknesses. I was able to finally pass my driving test with just 1 minor fault. I'll hightly recommend him as a driving instructor, he's very good at what he does.

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test with Instructor Safi! He was understanding and flexible and took time at the end of the lesson to review and explain mistakes; even sometimes drawing diagrams for me. Infodrive also reached out with an instructor quickly, other companies I didn't hear back from at all or only called back after weeks.

Negative experience: One of the worst driving schools!! Please stay away! I am now suffering from ptsd to Evan drive on the road because of there instructor! He made me cry to the point I was suffering panic attacks! I was shaking, first lesson and he put me on the main road! Never went through anything correctly from the beginning of the lesson! Was over charged for one lessons! Please stay away from them. They only care about the money and not about the after care of there students.

Negative experience: Collecting money beforehand, giving some classes and ghosting for the rest at short notices. I had to beg every time for the instructor to meet at the agreed time. I have even sent a timetable to make this person stick to it. Goodwin changes the schedule randomly and expects me to fit into his schedule.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test this week with 2 minors! My instructor was the best and was able to teach me concepts a lot better than my previous instructors. I would recommend them if you are looking to pass quickly!

Fantastic experience: Great. Ash is a genuine instructor who will make sure you pass on the 1st attempt. You can trust him for that. On my test day he woke up early to get me ready for the test and was out in the cold he gave me his glouse to warm up my freezing hand. Fantastic experience: Safi was an excellent instructor. Really and truly helped me out during my experience to get my driving license. He was always honest and sincere. When we were closer to my first test date he told me that I wasn’t ready and luckily I listened to him as when we have done mocks I could see that I was still struggling with few manoeuvres and roundabouts. This was I also saved some money. Throughout my learning time with him I have learnt a lot of things and understood that he will only want to help me rather than just getting money out of me and wasting both of our time.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Infodrive, especially with my driving teacher Ash, who helped me every step of the way to acquire my licence on the first try. First, learn how to drive and pay attention to things like speeds, signboards, and various sorts of roads. Negative experience: I should have read the reviews before going for the instructor Mohamood, He was very rude shouting at me, making me feel very little and was on his phone very constantly. I have my test in two days and I was gonna pay him £250 just to take me to the test, but I rather losing £73 for the Test than £323 go to the test and fail. I highly not recomend you to go for this instructor, if you go you will regret it.

Fantastic experience: I started driving with my instructor Safi in this driving school from the start with no experience in driving at all. I took about 35 hours of lessons with my instructor and in that time he was able to teach me everything about driving on all kinds of roads and situations and got me trained so well that I was able to pass my driving test first try in an area that was far away and had no practice driving in. He was very nice at all times and understanding of my driving level. He was very supportive and answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend him to everyone who is looking for lessons as I must say, he is extremely good at his job.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my practical driving test first time with only 40 hours of practice and it’s all thanks to my instructor Abdul, he taught me how to drive from scratch I couldn’t have ask for a better Instrutor. After 2 lessons I was already on main roads driving myself home. He taught me everything I needed to pass my practical first time. Positive experience: Ash was my driving instructor and couldn't have asked anyone better than him. I have been driving for long in India so I need to 'unlearn' few habits and Ash was spot on. I have worked with two more instructors in the past (with one failed practical test) and they were only minting money out of me. His teaching method is the best I've experienced. Ash is very reliable and always punctual. Would highly recommend him to students.

Negative experience: All fake promises and no proper training. I have taken a package for 120 for 5 classes. I was allotted a driver named mahamood, he told he will only do 2classes once. Was finishing the class in 100min and just going around to drag the number of classes. As I already knew how to drive I could easily get him. When I asked to finish my 5th class he refused saying I can find some other instructor as he doesn't want to do 1 class at once. I tried calling customer service and everything went in vain. There are lot other better driving schools please try to skip this. Thanks

The fact that both me and my brother passed first time with Ash as our instructor proves so. Having little interest in driving and being very hesitant to start driving lessons at the start, from the first lesson i had with Ash he boosted my confidence levels immediately. Negative experience: Not happy about my experience with Infodrive. My instructor was Mahmood or Mahmud, not sure how it’s right. He was very rude and he always considered him self right even if sometimes he wasn’t. He was always confusing me with his attitude. We always did 2 hours of driving , unfortunately for me , he always was dropping me off 15 min earlier then he supposed to.It got even worse when he was canceling my lessons , it happen 4 times, and i had just 5 lessons ,2 hours each. When i was looking for this school , lady on the phone told me that i can do 10 hours of driving with £180 , then instructor told me is £190 and if i want him to pick me up and drop me off at location chosen by me ,it will be £200. I thought he will be good instructor and made huge mistake. If u still decide to take course from them , consider different driver!!!

As someone with no prior driving experience and bad anxiety , I needed a learning environment where I felt supported , safe and comfortable. My instructor Ash definitely delivered ! Ash is calm and collected as an instructor always planning ahead and he really takes time to get to know his learners. This allowed the lessons to be more tailored to the learners individual requirements. He's also very flexible with timings and very understanding when it comes to emergencies and unexpected circumstances . Ash is a very kind instructor and worked with me to develop confidence in my driving and found my potential as a student .A brilliant instructor made for the job! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Ash and Infodrive to anyone looking for lessons .

Negative experience: My driving instructor was Godwin. Although he was good at teaching the lesson, he was changing the times almost at all classes. He was also very late once, like very late for almost 2 hours. And of course i cancelled that because i had plans. He wanted to change my class again at the last day before my driving test, always the same reason, last minute circumstances. Unfortunately i have a life and i can't fit into this man's life as he wishes. Also, he was mostly negative, constantly telling me i gotta take more classes. Making my confidence sink down. Do not recommend at all!

Fantastic experience: Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended, been with four instructors before I was told about Ash. All of the previous instructors were motivated by money and not my progress. Ash, was the exception made me feel comfortable and relaxed behind the wheel, so much so that my sister and cousin both left their instructors to be taught by him. Any learner will be doing themselves a world of good by giving him a call!!

Fantastic experience: Ash saved my life today. Without any doubt he is one of the nicest people I have met. I urgently needed a car for my test and he provided his car for me. He walked me through his car thoroughly in a short space of time. And I am proud to say the test went smoothly and I ended up passing my test. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor got me ready for my test In under 5 lessons. I'm grateful for Ash teaching me how to drive. He has been an excellent tutor and very calm with everything. He was friendly and by far was the best instructor out of the 3 I had. The first 2 instructors I had were money hungry but Ash on the other hand was fantastic and taught me efficiently. I'm happy to say that I passed first time with just 4 minors.

Fantastic experience: I switched my Instructor to Ash and passed with him first time. I was able to learn a lot more, as he was able to explain things much better and increased my driving confidence. My test seemed simple as we had already practised the routes. Ash was very honest and i highly recommend him for future learners.

Fantastic experience: Passed on my very first test Amazing Experience!!! I was recommended by my friend. Ash was my instructor. Tips he gave were absolutely helpful. Through out all the lessons he motivated me as I just started lessons a couple of weeks before my test date. True professional instructor who understands what to feed you to improve, after each lesson I was realising improvement in my driving skills. Definitely going to recommend. He made me feel very comfortable whilst driving and if I wasn’t understanding anything he always has more than 1 teaching method to make me understand. Fantastic experience: Hi, my driving instructor was Ash and I would say that he was absolutely brilliant. From not having any experiance of driving behind the wheel to passing my driving test in a matter of a couple lessons, it was due in part to the teaching methods of my instructor. Each lesson was planned and would progress at my rate which meant that nothing was rushed and I felt comfortable driving on the road at my own pace. If you live near the east end I would 100% recommend infodrive and Ash.

Fantastic experience: ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! I’ve had a few lessons with another driving school before I changed to Infodrive. And I noticed the difference straight away, my instructor Ray was a cool guy with wealth of knowledge. I learned so much on first lesson than the other school taught me in few lessons. I’ve just had my driving test today and came out with a pass on my first go. I’m so happy and in disbelief now. Fantastic experience: I recently used infodrive to learn how to drive and I have to say it was the best decision I've made! Ash was my instructor and he was excellent throughout the whole period. Fantastic experience: I passed my Test in Goodmayes Test Centre and all credit goes to my instructor Ash. I did a test in Barking before but failed due to a mistake which I regret . I was nervous thereafter to take a test. Ash reinforced confidence in me. His teaching methodology was simple and effective. He fine tuned my driving style and within few weeks managed to get a pass certificate. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to get Ash as my instructor and passed my test only after 10 lessons with him. Of course I failed my test in first attempt with another instructor but Ash made me so much confident about my driving and he has given all the tips to Pass the test.
