Negative experience: Zainab had asked me to book a test early due to the backlog. However, she dropped me as a client after 2 months for no discernible reason and with no communication, despite multiple attempts to contact her over a one month period. Completely unprofessional - do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a person not good at any machines,no matter notebook, washing machine or oven. Last year March, I called another driving school asked the passing rate of 1st attempt. She replied that it was more than 90%. Obviously, it is much higher than normal, so good to be true. Then, I called Mill Hill driving academy. The instruction replied that it depends on the person's own ability and efforts. Choosing an instructor, honesty is the most important, giving a false hope just like putting a carrot in front of the pony, make the whole thing even worse. The 4th attempt I finally passed. As I said I am not a person good at machinery and I never expect I can get a pass at 1st attempt. Actually, the instructor had already repeatedly told me all the things I have to pay attention to and common mistakes people usually make. But I just repeatedly made the mistakes in the first 3 attempts. However,I find one thing that is important. She remembers all my weakness and what the examiner's comments on me. She keeps improving my weaknesses and prevents the mistakes again. I was so frustrated after the third failure. But she never gives up me and encourages me and discuss my problems. Thanks so much! One important thing I learn from driving. We have to accept failure in life.It is very common but not destroying, failure makes me to be a better person! it is something I get apart from the driving license.

Bashir's calm and reassuring demeanour made each lesson enjoyable, even during those nerve-wracking moments. His knowledge and expertise in driving shone through, and I always felt that I was in good hands. Long story short, thanks to Bashir, I passed the driving test on my first try. If you want an instructor who's not just great at what he does but also a genuinely nice and patient person, go with Bashir.

Fantastic experience: I had a refresher session with Bashir as did not drive for a very long time. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as accommodated my immediate concerns after a long break, for example, going on a motorway. He went an extra mile by providing a very practical advice not only in relation to driving, but looking after the car, for example, filling up petrol and changing tyres, for which I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience learning driving with Bashir and i now have a driving license! He's honestly such a good driving instructor and is very good at keeping you calm while driving by cracking jokes once in awhile and is very skilled at identifying areas for improvement and helping you work on improving them. I had been driving in a different country for sometime and had a few bad driving habits i needed to get rid of and Bashir helped me through them. My wife also learnt with Bashir and passed on her first attempt. He's very familiar with Mill Hill and many other areas like Hendon and Borehamwood too Couldn't recommend MDA any more! Call them and do a trial, you'll love it.
