My trainer was Greg, who was easy to get along with, clear and very informative across the three days that I was attending my course. The training centre was easily to find and is conveniently located with the DVSA, ready for test day! I was attending a C1 entitlement course, but I was informed that the team here provide many different forms of training. Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of meeting the Worthing team in October to start training for Cat C licence. Was treated with respect and inclusion at every step. My training was adapted to suit myself and individual circumstances. I felt heard and understood with concerns relating to being able to learn new skills safely. Any questions were answered clearly, concisely and time was given where needed to process information. Every team member I encountered was non judgemental, supportive, incredibly helpful. The times given for training were within close succession so enabling training at a steady pace. Information given in a timely manner. The location itself is easy to find and access with ample parking. Toilets are accessible within the waiting area. Seating is also within the waiting area. It's clean and presentable even whilst going through some building works. There are two vending machines also in the waiting area, hot drinks machine and another for cold drinks and snacks. Highly recommend the Worthing 2 Start team and looking forward to going back to further upskill. Thank you for supporting me to get through and pass class C first time.

Fantastic experience: Would like to thank my instructor Rob C, and the wider team for all their help. My employer paid for my course which mean I had to travel 3 hours to Worthing, but I am so glad I did! I Passed my C1 after 3 days training at Worthing, despite having never been to the area. Can not fault 2 Start. Rob was very calm and professional. Gave me a demonstration of what the examiner looks for and then gave great feedback on my driving both during the lesson as well as a debrief after every lesson. The encouragement he gave me despite my nerves and self doubt enabled me to pass first time as I remembered all the helpful tips and instructions he gave me throughout the lessons whilst out on my test. Fantastic experience: Recently completed my 5 day online CPC course with 2Start and it was fantastic from start to finish. Jack Day kept me updated about my course via email and replied very promptly with the few questions I had. Mark Sallis took 4/5 days of online CPC and was very very knowledgeable and professional.....the course flowed effortlessly and efficiently, a great tutor. The other tutor was Jon Carlisle who was also very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble as (like Mark) he had a genuine interest in us students and both wanted to pass on thier skills and knowledge. Fantastic experience: Passed my Class 2 within 4 days purely because of my instructor Paul's professionalism, I say 4 days because it was a bank holiday, speaking of which if you do end up doing your training on a bank holiday be careful because they have to do a longer session to make up time and it can get really difficult.. really very difficult especially when learning a larger vehicle.. a huge thanks to paul and all the team at 2 start all friendly and a fantastic environment, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Passed my C+E today. I've held my C licence for 20 years and it that time I picked up some bad habits. I spent 3 days with Greg then the last 2 with Jon. Between them they fettled my skills. I started the test with a good feeling of confidence. Both instructors were true professional. They are 100% honest in there assessment then they work with you at your pace to address any issues you may have. I feel they have a true passion for their job. The facilities or clean and tidy as are the vehicles. Every aspect is professional. I would have no hesitation recommending 2 Start.

Fantastic experience: Past my category c driving license with rob @ 2 start. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Rob was very calm and gave very clear instructions and advice to improve my driving. He gave grate feedback and positive encouragement. Was happy to answer any questions and concerns I had. Plus I passed my test 1st time with the one week of training. The site is clean and tidy and the lorry’s are kept very clean and tidy as well. Everyone staff member I met at the depot where polite, friendly & approachable. Unfortunately Rob wasn’t present for my test but the depot manager who took me to test was just as polite and friendly. And Rob even took the time to congratulate me after passing.

Fantastic experience: Whoop Whoop Today I passed my HGV. Thank you Paul and the team at 2 Start. From the beginning when I was sorting out my medical and forms Jack was really helpful. Also when I needed some advice on the Test for Success he was able to help me resolve an issue I had. Pauls patience, calmness and kindness was endless from day one. Everyday I felt more confident, learning new skills and trusting myself to make the right decisions. Passing my reversing the first time was an amazing experience, I started to believe that I could do this. We spent everyday negotiating the local roads, difficult junctions and roundabouts until I was happy. On the day of the test we focused on the areas I need help with and I was able to put into practice all the advise Paul had given me, remembering all his catch phrases. I was absolutely delighted to pass first time. I am so pleased to be able to say that 2 Start is the whole package, from start to finish everything has been amazing. One note is to head office, invest in better quality toilet paper.

I felt so comfortable and confident on the day because of all your patience with me, as I learnt to drive the van, and be a better person. Sadly, I let you, and myself down on the day, when I miss read the speed limit on one section of road, that lost me the pass. However, it showed that I should have passed, as on my retest, 2 weeks later, it was a PASS, with ZERO minors! Thanks to Paul too! Fantastic experience: It's a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious driving centre, Paul is a great trainer with a high level of professionalism and patience, it's takes me a while to take it in however Paul persevered throughout my course and helped me achieve a pass with only 3 minors. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed by 2 week training course with 2 Start. The company is incredible professional, and take care of organising everything. Very responsive customer service. The instructors are also great. For the first week I had Greg, who is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about what he does. He had me up to standard on the reversing exercise in no time, and gave very focused instruction out on the road. For the second week I had Rob, who was extremely calm and patient as we put the finishing touches on my town driving and was very clear and concise with his instruction. It really made a difference while driving. I also had Jon take me through my CPC and his easy going nature and great sense of humour made it very enjoyable. Fantastic team all round at the Worthing depot, and the kit and trucks were a pleasure to use.

Fantastic experience: We did IPAF training here yesterday! Was much better than other places we have been too previously. Rob the instructor was brilliant and a absolute laugh, typical ex army humour. Had us laughing all day and made the course brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I was trained by 2 wonderful trainers at 2 Start. They were so supportive, and both gave me their form of training, which made it better for me to get through my test. I had 4 days of training and enjoyed every single minute of it. The vehicles are really nice to drive, clean, in good condition. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone there and I found it a pleasure to go every day. The only thing I found wrong with the whole 4 days, is the toilets were awful they needed cleaning and there was no toliet paper or hand soap. But apart from that I would 1000% recommend this driver training company to anyone. I would also like to thank both gentleman who got me to and through my training.

Jon my instructor was a great guy patient, professional, and with a sense of humour to help ease the stress of learning to drive a (Class 1) HGV. With his knowledge and expertise I was able to pass my 3A (Coupling and Uncoupling) test. Unfortunately, I was not able to attempt my 3B (driving test) due to it being cancelled because of the DVSA strikes. But over all, great company to train with.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the team at 2 Start getting my C1 licence. They give off a good relaxed atmosphere at the worthing branch. They made me feel as relaxed and as prepared as possible even on test days. Although I have been driving for 30+ years, when I started on Monday, Jon made me realise how much I had forgotten or how many bad habits I had picked up. He has been excellent throughout. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed. Thanks Jon and have a good holiday mate.

Fantastic experience: I completed a 2 week car to C +E course, All the instructors were very knowledgeable and professional, and gave me the tools to become confident with the vehicle, their ongoing advice and critique allowed me to pass my C +E, thankyou to all the worthing branch staff.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant team, I had Robert W for when I was in the rigid, brilliant instructor and for funny, made the experience Brilliant and he certainly set me up well for when I moved on to the artic the following week. I did my mod 4 CPC training with Rob C, he knew his stuff and made sure that I knew what I was doing, he made sure I was ready to pass my CPC, which I did. I had Jon as my instructor for the artic, he is brilliant, very interesting man and you'll certainly learn a lot if he teaches you. I passed both my on road and off road tests due to Jon's training. I would certainly recommend doing your class 1 and 2 of your licenses with this company, and any other courses that they have to offer.

Fantastic experience: Absolutley amazing, I passed my c+e first time and its all thanks to 2 start. My first instructor Rob was brilliant getting me used to a large vehicle and really made me feel at ease and great training and advice. Then i went onto the artic with the other Rob, again great training and sound advice. I highly recomend these guys if you are looking to do any type of training. Amazing

Fantastic experience: Massive thanks to the whole team, especially Rob and John, the training was spot on, I can't believe iv past everything first try, really wasn't expecting to due to nerves etc but with the continuous help, support and feedback iv managed to grab me a class 1 licence , two weeks ago I was a van driver and now with their help many more doors have been opened. Can't thank the entire team enough , great teaching/ coaching styles and each trainer had something diffent to bring to the table. Thanks again everything , I'm over the moon Was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend your company to anyone interested in developing their career.

Fantastic experience: Getting in and driving an artic for the first time is a daunting task to say the least. My instructor (Paul) was awesome. His instructions were clear and easy to understand and I'm sure he must have got a little fed up having to repeat himself to me. His patience with me was endless he always stayed calm which made the training quite a relaxed experience and made for a nice drive. He was friendly and great to talk to which made the driving more enjoyable it was actually a good laugh and good fun. I could actually hear Paul's voice in my mind as I took my test like an angel on my shoulder. I passed first time and I can't thank him enough for all his help.
