Belle Vue Motorcycles is a business established in 1935. We pride ourselves on top-quality service and great value. Belle Vue has been a Honda Motorcycles dealer for over 20 years and our experienced and knowledgeable team is available to assist in all departments.
We also sell all makes of quality used motorcycles alongside our New Honda Motorcycle range and offer a comprehensive selection of demonstration bikes available for test rides.
Our service department is operated by certified and manufacturers factory-trained master technicians and our workshop, MOT test center, and parts teams are available to advise and assist. We offer a ‘no pressure’ visit where you can speak to our staff and find the perfect bike for you.

Fantastic experience: A stressful morning having my bike let me down when due for a 1st service made easier by the support of Belle Vue's service department and the AA getting my bike to the dealership albeit late for my original appointment but they accommodated me wonderfully. The defective battery was replaced under warranty and all was well afterwards. My only gripe was the cost of the 1st service. £179 for a 1st service, 3 months/600 miles seems somewhat excessive, but the staff were very helpful given the flat battery made me late for my appointment time but they accommodated me, gave me free coffee and made me feel at ease after a stressful morning.

Positive experience: Very friendly and helpful staff and clean waiting area. Serviced my bike within advised timeframe. However, I have a fault with the bike as it sometimes misfires but unfortunately the technicians were unable to trace and therefore rectify and simply advised me to keep an eye on it.

Positive experience: Knowledgeable and non-pushy salesmen. In fact you tend to forget that you’re talking to sales people. My experience is limited as I only had a call and decided not to buy because wanted a Yamaha rather than Honda. If you want a Honda I feel you will get an honest treatment from here. One star loss because I am unable to review their purchase and after sales process as I didn’t buy a bike from here.

Fantastic experience: So, at 58 I decided the time was right to get my first motorbike... and couldn’t have been more happy I ended up with Glen and Chris at Belle Vue. The most friendly and no-pressure show room I’ve ever been in, with an excellent selection of bikes and kit to choose from. You can tell the care and passion that they have for motorbikes, and the knowledge and advice was brilliant. The litmus test for me about quality of service and confidence in a company is the simple question of “ would you recommend them to your family and best friends?”, and the simple answer here is “absolutely!”

Fantastic experience: Had second service on my NT1100. Had to cancel on the morning and then rebook with no issues. I then had to rearrange as my day changed, staff were perfectly accommodating. Bike was parked ready to drive before due time. Great service. I will use BVM for everything I need.

Fantastic experience: Our 18 year old son purchased his first motorbike from Belle Vue Honda and picked it up today. From the very off Glen & Andy made us feel welcome and answered our endless questions. They are so knowledgeable and never once put pressure on us like some bike dealers. They had a great approach and built a rapport with my son and his friends who first came with us to have a look but also reassured us as non-biker parents. Negative experience: I order on the phone drive belt for honda silverwing 600fjs last Thursday and I ask for postage so yeah the lady said I’ll receive it Friday , then she said no not Friday , Saturday for sure !! Now Wednesday and I didint received it yet !! Each time I call them they give me excuse, That’s very bad am losing money can’t do my business

However, as you are aware there is currently postage disruptions currently with the ongoing Royal Mail postage strikes. These strikes also included last Friday & Saturday, this has had a detrimental effect to all postal delivery services across the UK. You did place an order with us on the Thursday, as agreed this order was posted out to yourself immediately after we received our daily Honda parts delivery from Honda the following day (Friday). At no point was a next day Saturday delivery offered or even discussed with us at the time of your order. We have communicated to yourself all available information we have had from the postage company on to yourself & with current delivery options available we hope this delivery issue is resolved quickly for yourself. We do also offer a collection option direct from our Honda Dealership Parts counter in Southend on Sea that might be a better option in the future if this helps speeding up your Honda motorcycle down time/repair time.
Fantastic experience: Got there just after 8am my bike was in great hands off it went for its service while I wait for it . In reception they are always pleased to see you a cup of coffee was on tap even made me one while I got my jacket off price was fair . I'm on my 3rd bike brought from them as well even though I have travel 45 mins belle Vue are always my first port of call thank you for everything. Took my brother to pick his bike up today and taking a mate back in the afternoon to look at one can not praise the shop and staff up enough friendly don't even come close to the amazing show room .

Negative experience: This review is more for the after care service from Hondacare service Uk and Belle vue after care... I was hopping the customer service from Honda was has good or even better than the service I was getting from my previous Motorcycle but unfortunately is not the case. I only have a Bike licence, so when I buy a bike I make sure the dealer can provide me with a replacement if anything happen. After 1 year first big issue on Friday and Honda uk can't help and Belle Vue Motorcycles is not in a rush to help....Feel very let down by the Manager who didn't seem to understand my situation 4 days not being able to go to work. The bike was bought new, I'm very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Purchased an elderly trade in via eBay auction. Everything as described, no complaints. Glen was very nice and helpful as we're the other staff I had minor contact with. I'm not local to Southend so probably unlikely to deal with them again which is a shame as they seem very easy and honest to deal with. I thoroughly recomend anyone local to give them a look. Fantastic experience: I bought a new Honda Motorcycle from Hal remotely. I'm in Bristol and never got to see the bike until it arrived (other than some photos). Hal was extremely helpful from the outset promising to source me the bike in 2 months when every other dealer was quoting 6 months. He kept his word and also arranged for several options to be fitted. The delivery was sorted and all done with minimal phone calls and emails. Great easy communication. Very happy customer.

Fantastic experience: I must admit to being a little anxious about buying a motorbike over the internet without seeing it in the showroom but I need not have worried. The bike was exactly as described and looks better than in the photos. I spoke to Hal on the phone who answered all of my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. Negative experience: I went there to have my issue trouble shooted my bike wasn’t starting and was cutting out, they charged me £40 for it and a “temporary repair”. The temporary repair was a cable tie around some wiring which literally done nothing. I got quoted £280 to change a solenoid which costs £20, I got the part my self and had it changed from else where and it turns out there whole diagnosis was incorrect and the issue was elsewhere. Update* The fix ended up costing £30 which is less than Bellevue charged to have a look let alone do anything !

Fantastic experience: Staff here are brilliant service staff also my mate broke down there and these guys got him back on the road very quickly. We hope to visit soon as he now wants to replace the bike. Sales guys dont pressure you into buging which is also a plus. However i have to say these guys should have 5star rating the negative comments just for a punture repair which is a standard price all over. Keep up the good work and see you soon

Ref review Mohamed Hegazy 04/12/2020 “Even 1 star is to much for this place” We thank you for taking the time to review Belle Vue Motors. As a small family run local business, all the staff here at Belle Vue motors take both negative & positive reviews very seriously. I have now completed an investigation to understand any short falling we may have regarding your 2 negative reviews. During my investigation I understand that you arrive at Belle Vue Motors with your Honda Moped that you use for your delivery job in and around the local area of Southend asking if we could fix your rear wheel/tyre puncture. You specifically ask if it was possible to fix the damaged/punctured tyre rather replace the tyre. A member of service reception came out & inspected your Moped rear tyre & confirmed that the puncture was in the centre of the tread & therefore it should be ok to repair. With that good news you ask if we could repair it immediately as you use your Moped for your job delivering food. Taking that into account our service reception staff went through our normal process to confirm your detail & also to confirm the work that you where requesting Belle Vue Motors to carry out. You then signed the job sheet to confirm you agreed with everything that was discussed. Our motorcycle technician removed your rear wheel from your Moped, then remove the tyre from the wheel & repaired the tyre from inside to make the puncture 100% sealed & safe. The tyre was then refitted to the wheel, the wheel was rebalanced & the rear wheel was refitted to the Moped. All this was carried out within a timely manner whilst you waited outside due to the current COVID-19 situation. It was when our service reception staff presented you with an invoice for the puncture repair that you questioned the amount. Your reaction regarding our fee of £32.50p + vat (which is our set menu price for fixing punctures, this price includes the puncture repair kit, all labour charges & wheel balance fee) did astound our staff along with your comments stating you could have got a new tyre supplied & fitted for £30. We are sorry that you felt our fee was more than you could have got a new tyre supplied & fitted for, but we did provide a service that kept you on the road at a time when you seemed to be in a hurry to have your Moped back. I have discussed this with the staff here & we do feel that our fee is currently in line with most other motorcycle garages. I believe we welcomed you into Belle Vue Motors as a new customer politely & also in a professional manner. I understand that our costs where more than you had presumed or hoped, but that does not reflect fairly on your comments of Rubbish service or 1 star is too much for this place. Once again, I thank you for taking time to review Belle Vue Motors & all the staff here wish you Merry Christmas.
