Fantastic experience: This is the best place you can get a top notch HGV training. They will literally hold your hands and walk you through every step and process. I got my C+E licence through them. And even when I didn't have the finance to start the journey, they made sure I got the finance I needed and I passed all the tests without having to repeat any. I guess it boils down to my determination and making use of all available materials and training provided to me by the HGV Training Network. And they are willing to help me work out my CV at no additional costs. Above all, they don't compromise on high standards of training. What an experience .

Fantastic experience: Company dealt with me extremely well from start to finish. Office staff helpful, friendly and I literally just sent them my documents and show up on said dates nothing else required from my side . With the practical my instructor Phil was amazing. Very patient, very funny managed to teach and guide from a complete novice to being able to man pass first time in all tests. He walked and talked me through all the assessments and all the things he emphasised came up. I can't thank him enough. Challenging but enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: When I decided that I wanted to pursue my C+E Licence, I went to HGV training network and spoke with Richard who stayed with me from start to finish. He was informative and helpful and got me set up and ready to go swiftly. I passed my test first time and within an hour of passing, Richard had rang me to congratulate me. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone wishing to gain an extended vocational licence.

Positive experience: Really good company when it comes down to the staff. Very friendly & professional. Got me in for my medical quickly, all theory tests on the same day and on road training not long after. However, as other reviews have mentioned, if you don’t pay in full, you can pay via finance. But be warned the finance company charge interest daily. I want to also mention, that in the T&C’s from HGV Training Network, if you fail a test, you then have to pay for it from your own pocket. It’s not covered by them nor can it be added to the finance. Especially when it comes to your practical test. You have to repay the test fee, along with extra training working out an extra £500+ out of your own pocket on top of what you have already paid or paying the finance company monthly. Unfortunately I did not pass and left with paying the finance for nothing. I feel like at least 1 re-test should be included in the price. I would recommend paying in full if you can to avoid the finance company. But again, staff are nice so that’s alright I suppose

Negative experience: I paid £80 per CPC module (£320 for 4 CPC modules) with this company. Found out everyone else on the online CPC course was paying £39 a module. On this companys online form I clicked on my home town, which turned out to be a waste of time as the CPC course was, as I said before online, with people from all over the country.

Fantastic experience: HGV training network have given me an excellent service from beginning to end. My handler Richard Allen was extremely professional, friendly, and helped me throughout the whole process in order to achieve my Class 2 licence. If you want to pursue getting your HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence these guys are the ones to go to. The whole process took about 5-6months but I'm now a qualified driver and ready to hit the road and start working.

Communications were outstanding from the start, they always explained everything perfectly, we’re there for any question I had regardless of how simple it was as I’m a complete newcomer to the industry going in blind, and as they took care of all of the logistics for me everything was stress free. The trainers they used were truly outstanding and gave me the best possible chance of passing everything first time, which I did. Fantastic experience: From starting the process in early March to taking, and passing, the practical examination in May, the team at HGV Network were with me every step of the way. Their guidance instilled confidence from the beginning and knowing that they covered all the necessary arrangements ; theory, hazard perception, CPC tests and practical driving, it allowed me to just focus on the studying and to learn as much as possible from the literature provided. Sarah is just super!!! she guided me through the whole process and made everything easy to understand and encouraged me, each test that I passed was a equal achievement for Sarah, even after passing my tests and qualifying as a class 2 driver. Fantastic experience: Great firm. Before starting was unsure who to go with as there are loads of dodgy company's out there in terms of booking your course. Spoke to Richard and within 30 minutes was sure this was the right way to go. They keep in regular contact and make sure everything runs smooth from your medical to driving test. Managed to obtain my license within 80 days thanks to Richard and his colleagues. Don't hesitate to contact them as they are the way to go no need to look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I initially was on the hunt for a decent HGV training company in 2021 and made an enquiry with the HGV Training Network (spoke to Chris) but wasn't sure if I wanted to purse with driving so waited.
