Fantastic experience: Hands down the best instructor in London, teaches you everything you need to know for your driving test, with just six lessons I passed my driving test on my first attempt and it couldn’t have been done without him, he alters all his lessons to his students ability and really takes good care for his students and ensures there’s no time wasted and that they feel confident on the roads and for their final test.

Fantastic experience: This has been one of best experiences of my life. I had couple of instructors before have my experience with Drive Safe. I must say that Drive Safe Instructor Mr. Raza showed great zeal, interest and patience to teach me all the corners of driving. I am very thankful to have him as my instructor.

He never pushed me for more lessons than I needed showing that he indeed cares about helping people learn to drive rather than taking money as I have seen from many other instructors. Negative experience: My sister was doing lessons with Mrs Raza. She was told that her pratical test will be booked for November and she had already paid Mrs. Raza in Sep but she was not keen on giving her the dates. She asked Mrs Raza about the date several times but kept saying she'll give the date soon. One day after the lesson, Mrs. Raza gave my sister's money back and said to book it herself and did not even give a good valid reason which was very unprofessional. I do not understand why would she tell her that she would book it. We could have booked it ourselves if Mrs Raza had said something sooner. Now the next available date is next year Spring. Mrs Raza just wasted our time and money; now we have to look for a new instructor and do more lessons nearer the time of the test. I think she was trying to make more money as the more lessons we take- the money she makes.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today at Isleworth test centre. As a first time learner it was really hard for me to be in control of the car. There were many times when I thought that maybe I should switch to a automatic car but with the patience and guidance of Raza I can finally say that I passed my driving test with a manual car. The way Raza explains the road navigations, the car functions, roundabouts is top notch just simple words nothing complicated. Fantastic experience: Raza is a really a great instructor. His patience and teaching style with the digital tool (iPad) was perfect for me. It gave me better understanding and visualization on what was my mistake , how to position myself at junction, round about etc. Found him very relaxed and calm whenever I made a mistake. After every lesson I was more confident in driving. He is really helpfully and motivational when you are struggling. I was very stressed on the day of my test, but Raza keep me motivated and gave me last minute confidence. I not only passed my test but he also helped me to evolve as a good and safe driver. Fantastic experience: Passed my test successfully on 22/11 on automatic. I have never derived before, Mr .Raza taught me the techniques on driving and day by day I improved my driving skills. She is very calm, knowledgeable, and identified my strengths/needs very early on. We started off the lessons on quiet Sundays and built up to practising on busier roads at a steady pace - this helped to boost my confidence, which hugely supported my progress! Fantastic experience: I had Mrs Raza she was superb instructor! I passed with only few minors she gave me great confidence even when I lacked it sometimes. She was very patient and taught me how to do everything properly. Drive safe has changed my life for the better! :)

Negative experience: My experience with Drive Safe has been awful. I’m a nervous/anxious driver and Mrs Raza was constantly shouting and being plain rude in her ‘instructing’. On my first lesson, considering I had never driven in her car before, she refused to help me navigate the controls; leading me to feel flustered. This led to her kicking up a fuss of having to teach me the basics of her car, despite that being her literal job! I, stupidly, carried on taking lessons with her as I knew my test was soon. Despite me telling her repeatedly I needed to practice manoeuvres, she would ignore me and insist I focused on other things. I failed my driving test due to my manoeuvres. She also did not go over the show me tell me questions, and only told me how to turn the windscreen wipers on, even then, she was annoyed at me for asking and made it very clear she was too. She has an extremely short temper, and is impatient! Considering I, at the time of my first few lessons, was a novice, she was so horrible to learn with. She shouted at me for my left turns, despite me looking in my mirrors; she claimed I was not looking. She would also pick students up and drop them off during my lesson time, once a student forgot their AirPods in Raza’s car, and Mrs Raza made me drive all the way back to her house and drop the AirPods off again! This ate into 45 minutes of my lesson, which I had gained nothing from. I got sick the week before my test, where in which she demanded an hours worth of money for, as she stated “I did not give her enough notice” when I did. I had called and texted her multiple times to let her know I was unwell, she just ignored each and every call and text! The worst part is, after I had failed my driving test, she acted clueless when my examiner was explaining where I went wrong, as in, she literally refused to come over and hear my feedback? In the car on the way back, she said I should call her when I decide what I wish to do next. I called her about an hour later, and she said she was busy and would call me back soon. Guess what, she hasn’t called me back! If you were caring and considerate about your students, you would prioritise them ESPECIALLY when one has just taken the test and failed!!! Overall, she is an awful teacher and clearly hates her job and needs to retire. I’m not sure on her husband, I’ve heard good things about him, but I would not recommend their services to anyone! Stay away from ‘drive safe’!

Fantastic experience: I passed uk manual driving test today in my first attempt. It was something I thought impossible when I started with this journey in June 2022. Thank you is not really enough for my teacher guide - trainer extraordinaire Mr Ali Raja who moulded me so effortlessly that I didn't even realize the whole gamut of learning , unlearning and re-learning events that occur during the process. The actual test was a piece of cake really compared to what he teaches during the lessons... so well and so fast !! He is a great instructor who tunes the learning pace according to the students and makes it all really easy! Mr Ali, I am so glad and lucky that I found you. I have rarely seen someone so down to earth , friendly , informal and professional at the same time as you are. You are an epitome of safe driving . Very Much appreciated !

Fantastic experience: Mr Raza is a brilliant driving instructor, very patient and relaxed. Lessons felt comfortable and I was able to progress at my own pace. Raza helped me to pass my test and has made me a really confident driver. I highly recommend this driving company!

Negative experience: My lessons with Mr Raza were really bad, the guy doesn't have patience at all and put me really nervous during my instructions, as learner I have made mistakes, but the guy was not very helpful as was really rude and humiliating. Another bad point for him is that his Car is Very Old, dusty, smelly and the gearbox hard to shift. I think that for the prices he charges, he should have a decent car and clean conditions.

Fantastic experience: I passed today the driving test at isleworth. Mr . Raza is one of the finest driving instructor I have met. His theory of teaching to drive is commendable. After a few attempts to find a suitable instructor, I met Mr. Raza, who is a calm and understanding instructor of the problems I face to pass the exam. Fantastic experience: Happy to have passed today first time round with Drive Safe! I started my lessons with Raza last July but due to COVID, my test was scheduled many times. Was recommended to him by my mum as he also taught her and some relatives about 20 years ago. I recommend Raza if you’re trying to learn how to drive a manual car as well. I also recommend practicing in a friend/relative’s car outside of the lesson to help you build on what you’ve been learning in the lessons

Negative experience: If I could give a zero star, I would. This lady on the phone is the reason why they don’t get the business sometimes. I was clueless about driving lesson in the UK so I was making calls to find out how to take up driving lessons. The moment she found out I won’t be able to take up driving lesson (yet) until I get my provisional licence, she was even more rude than she has been. If she could be more patient and have a better customer service attitude towards someone who really want to take up driving lesson, she would have my business once I get the provisional license. So thank you for the tips of DVLA which I have to learn from your rudeness but I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks. UPDATE : The reply from the owner below (highly likely from the same lady I spoke on the phone) have just confirmed her rudeness. Please kindly judge yourself if this is the company you want to be paying your money to learn. I rest my case.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, just the right man I needed for this! Calm, compassionate, very understanding and above all well organised. His instructions truly reflect his vast experience. Not too less not too much, exactly what you need to drive the right way. He would carefully examine how you drive (if you are experienced) and will recommend only required driving lessons with very nominal fees (not like take unnecessary extra classes). Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today! One day shy of the second Lockdown in England ! Really thankful to my instructor Raza for all his input. He is such a calm and experienced instructor who knows exactly what you need to work on to progress and help build your confidence. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Negative experience: I tried to ask them if they're available for a driving lesson this Friday. Not only the signal was bad, the lady who answered my phone was hard to understand and rude. Our conversation was fine at first as she asked me basic questions at first such as If I want to drive manual or automatic and my address. She then said she couldn't do this week, but next Friday. I said I'm working at that week, but she kept repeating that she can do next Friday. When I said that I can change my schedule since they're not available this week, she laughed then responded that you said you're only available on Friday. She then hanged up to me. When I called again asking about the schedule, she said she will call back... She didn't. I saw many excellent reviews and was excited for my first lesson, instead I got discouraged by just one phone call.

In the event of DSA cancellation due to Covid, Raza spend a lot of his personal time to book a test on my behalf. Raza is following all COVID safety rules like use of mask and gloves. I will recommend Drive Safe to everyone as Raza is truly the best Driving Instructor I have known.

Fantastic experience: Mr Raza has taken me from beginner level with no experience to passing the manual driving test on my 1st attempt. I was particularly impressed by how Mr Raza would plan a lesson structure beforehand, while also allowing me to have an input into the lesson content based on what I was finding difficult. The lessons were tailored to my learning style, with detailed diagrams being used to explain anything I was unsure about attempting on the road. He was very patient with me and communicated across his points in a clear, concise and interactive manner. I am grateful for his willingness to provide honest and constructive criticism in a way in which I would be able to understand and correct my mistakes. I also greatly appreciated the the efforts made to ensure that I had lessons on a consistent basis, fitting lessons around my busy work schedule. Mr Raza is unarguably one of the most experienced and accomplished driving instructors around. I would recommend this driving school to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Mr Raza trained me on the manual Car. His way of teaching is immaculate with his years of experience. He teaches you through the basics and is honest while giving feedback. More importantly he ultimately trains you to be a Safe driver and trains you on all the test routes that you will get in your test ,without ever rushing through the process . Fantastic experience: I am very glad I chose Drive Safe Driving School to learn. I passed first time, with only 2 minors all thanks to Raza. Raza guided me throughout my experience, he was very professional, taking everything in stages. With every stage, he not only taught you but also made you understand the theory behind each stage, as well as always make me aware of my weaknesses and strength. At the end of every lesson we reflected on what required improving and made that the focus of next lesson. I had a clear understanding of what I was doing, and what my focus points were. I also really appreciate that Raza tried to fit lesson's around my busy schedule being a full time university student, and having a job. Fantastic experience: Mr Raza is a professional driver instructor where in he first checks your driving skills and will let you know how many lessons you would require to get to the finishing line that is to get the driving. Fantastic experience: I came to drive safe after having a really bad experience with two local driving instructors. I had to postpone my test several times previously and this affected my confidence and I was ready to give up. Five stars is not enough for this driving school in particular Rukhia was excellent and really supported me!! From the moment I began my lessons (3 in total) l immediately felt reassured and able to improve the areas I was struggling with. As a young mum I really felt that Rukhia was flexible and went out of her way to support my learning. I passed my driving test first time with minor errors and it's all thanks to Drive safe. I am strongly recommending this driving school and Rukhia specifically for her knowledge ,expertise ,patience and ability to teach drivers the skills they need to pass. Fantastic experience: Drive safe instructor is a very highly recommended, highly experienced, very professional, patient, punctual and hardworker. He carefully observes your driving behaviour, finds any pitfalls and provides appropriate instructions to rectify the same using his specially tailored instruction techniques and lessons. As an Indian driver there were few things to be relearned and my Drive Safe instructor has provided required instructions to pass the driving test.
