Fantastic experience: I passed my test today with Steven as my instructor, I’ve been learning on and off for a few years and eventually changed instructors to Steven. He was miles ahead of any previous instructors I’ve had before, extremely patient and knowledgeable in all aspects from driving controls to the test routes. Can not recommend him enough! Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test first time after completing an intensive crash course with Brenda! She is a great instructor who is very friendly and also patient and supportive. She taught me in a way that meant I felt reasonably confident with driving after only a handful of lessons, as our time was spent actually practicing driving and doing the manoeuvres rather than sat at the side of the road talking about it. I felt confident going into my test after my lessons with Brenda as she had made sure I had all the knowledge and skills necessary to pass my test. Thank you very much Brenda for everything. Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I chose Elevate to help me pass my driving test. After only 4 months of automatic lessons, I was able to pass my test first time. Antionette was my instructor and I genuinely believe she was the best instructor I could have found. Not only is she an incredible instructor who was able to help me at every stage, but she also made me feel so comfortable and relaxed every lesson, something in which I found so important to calm my nerves whilst driving. Before taking lessons with Antionette, I didn’t think I’d pass for a long time since I was so nervous but her excellent methods of teaching helped me so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and I’ve already recommended her to my sister. Elevate is an incredible driving school that focuses on passing quickly and I 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Jen anymore than I possibly do. She’s the best instructor I have had and all around lovely person. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had anxiety around driving and have tried a few times and sadly, quit but clearly they weren’t the right times for it. BUT I woke up one day in April this year and decided “that’s it, I’m going to learn to drive!” and so I called a few driving schools up and I selected Elevate Driving School of Motoring, after discussing my options. I went off to do my theory test, passing that I then went on to start my intensive course. Whilst it didn’t come naturally to me, and the anxiety tried to get the better of me a few times, the self-doubt crept in more than a few times, but with the massive help of my instructor, Julian, who gave me the guidance, showed me patience, he gave me the confidence to believe in my ability and made me trust in myself I’ve actually finally done it, at 45 years old, I have my licence!

I tried multiple other instructors in Nottingham and never made any progress, I was close to giving up due to the anxiety , I wish I had found elevate sooner!!

Fantastic experience: After going through multiple different instructors, I finally found the right one, that being Jason. He is a great instructor with efficient teaching methods that allowed me to greatly improve in manual, allowing me to pass first time with 3 minors. His teaching enabled me to pickup or fine tune various different topics which I had struggled on or had never even been taught. I can recommend elevate due to highly capable instructors like Jason.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I could ever of asked for. From the moment I met Julian he put me at ease and help me to learn to reduce and manage what he calls driving anexity. She is like a supportive sister, always motivating and encouraging me which helped me pass my driving test 1st time. She has always been on time for my lessons and accommodating with scheduling my lessons at preferred times. She is, without a doubt, the best instructor.

Negative experience: The driving school itself is good however the customer support and online system is absolutely terrible. Customer support is rude and unhelpful. If you want value for your money I highly advise you go somewhere else....you can lose alot of money with this company

Fantastic experience: I passed 1st time with Elevate a year ago and they are hands down the best driving school in Nottingham … Google should make all those fake 1 star reviews prove they are actual customers ,not just friends of a Psychopath from Radford who was rejected because she was rude and confrontational… Obviously Elevate refusing to give her lessons was the right decision… A nice Normal person would have taken their full refund and simply rang another company…

Fantastic experience: Jen is an amazing driving instructor. I would not be able to pass the driving test in my first attempt without her guidance. To learn driving is not an easy task for me as I’m not keen on it nor I’m a fast learner. But Jen was really patient and giving me the instructions to build up my speed, observation, judgement, and my confidence! I feel so thankful for having Jen as my first driving instructor.

Negative experience: Avoid elevate and save your money and time. Do not purchase a block of lessons and pay up front as they will mess you around as they already have your money. Elevate need to hire someone with more customer service expertise. Threatened me with police in comment, but through looking at the reply comments a clear breach of GDPR has been done with a customer sharing their personal address. This should be suffice for anyone to call the police on your company. So do not make threats, I do hope Google goes through the comments

Fantastic experience: Finally !! Google allowed my genuine 5 star review ( I've been trying to post it for 2 months )... How do those fake 1 Star reviews from fake accounts and fake people get allowed so easily .... I passed 1st time on a crash course... Elevate sorted everything, booked my test for me and got me test ready in 6 weeks... Without a doubt they are the best driving school in Nottingham for crash courses, my instructor Julian had the most banter and always made the lessons fun and enjoyable.. A little tip when you do contact them, if you're going to be rude don't call them, they won't take you ( who would take you ? )

Negative experience: This review is not fake. The driving instructor was driving at over 70 miles per hour down Alfreton Road blasting obnoxious loud music. Very scary experience… and the fact that the person who does customer service is now saying my review is fake… and the fact that they are a psychopath who makes fake 5* reviews using the address of clients. Somehow they still don’t know how to delete reviews from google but now how to make multiple fake accounts to boost the average review. Childish and psychopathic tendencies if you ask me… … … … … … … … They probably did really well in English GCSE with their use of ellipsis… It really ruins the suspense of their terribly worded sentences.

Fantastic experience: I’m surprised at how easy it is to leave a fake 1 star review from a fake account but I’ve struggled to leave a genuine 5 star review. I have nothing but praise for Elevate driving school. I used Red in the past and had awful experiences but I was immediately comfortable with Elevate. Thank you to Julian for being very accommodating and helping me pass after many years of putting off driving! The intensive automatic course is so much more affordable than other similar courses on the market but the service is still 10/10. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend going with elevate, had tried instructors from other driving schools wasn’t working but when I began learning with Elevate driving started to click, I would definitely recommend my instructor Martin as he fount a way to teach that worked for me and had great constructive criticism to my errors in lesson. Fantastic experience: Hi, I too had problems with the instructor Elevate sacked a month ago and I too was also pre warned about him… I rang Elevate and explained my situation… I told them that I understood that Elevate were not to blame and Elevate was fooled just like myself and I didn’t hold it against them and I asked if they could help me and they did.. They gave me another driving instructor and everything has been absolutely fine, they have been so helpful and supportive… Update 02/05/2024 Passed on the first time with 2minors. ✌️ My driving instructor Julian has been AMAZING!! He’s a PERFECTIONIST. Thank you for taking me with your busy schedule and helped me to pass. He is really professional and friendly to work with. Personally i would recommend Julian and elevate driving school for anyone. Thanks again Julian.

Negative experience: We picked this school after seeing all the positive reviews but it turned out the driving instructor who contacted us is being investigated for fraud and the school did not help us get our money back for the lessons we’d booked and never received. After initially booking lessons with that instructor, we were sent a text by the school saying that he did not pass his probation and has been terminated with Elevate. When we called the school, they said they couldn’t do anything and would not give us the money back. They suggested the best thing to do would be to go ahead with the lessons (if the instructor even shows up) or pay for new lessons with another driver and accept the loss of a few hundred pounds (and take it up in court)! I think this is unacceptable and looking at their response to another review from someone who experienced the same, the school should have provided us with another driver to deliver the lessons rather than insinuate that we “decided to stay with the instructor”. Being glib and mocking customers for whom apparently “it hasn’t worked out well” when we were left with the option of losing hundreds of pounds, having to pay for even more lessons with a new instructor and going to court OR heeding the suggestion of the school representative we spoke with and just seeing if we could get the lessons we paid for is unprofessional to say the least... Even after all this, when we contacted them to book lessons with another driver, we never heard back. Considering the lack of professionalism on their part, we have decided to go with another school.

Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing driving school here in Nottingham and a huge thank you to Julian. A kind and patient instructor for the great support provided all through my learning with elevate driving school. Not only is he a great instructor who makes it easy, comfortable and enjoyable to learn, he won't get mad or annoyed if you ever mess up in anyway. He was very helpful and friendly all through my driving process, he gave me wonderful tips and tricks to help me remember the more difficult parts of driving and I had an amazing experience with him. Julian is an excellent communicator with many years of professional driving experience. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Brenda and she helped me to pass first time. Having had a few driving instructors, this is the first one where i felt completely comfortable and at ease. She made my confidence grow so much and is very accommodating. So thankful for her patience and expertise. THANK YOU BRENDA!!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with my instructor. I received a text to let me know “my self employed driving instructor had not passed his probation.” I was provided with the instructor by Elevate they did not offer me an alternative instructor. They also suggested if he owed me any money (which he does) to take him to court. I’m very unhappy with how they accept no responsibility for the situation at all and have offer no happy going forward.

Fantastic experience: Booked a crash course and Brenda got in touch with me asap, she made me feel so confident and relaxed just from the first lesson and i knew i was in good hands and thankfully because of her i passed first time!!! would very highly recommend a crash course and would highly recommend Brenda, Certi instructor. Fantastic experience: Great driving school! My instructor was Antoinette, and she is the best instructor ever. She is a very patient instructor. I was initially scared and nervous about driving, but she was patient and used effective methods to help me overcome difficulties and build confidence. She successfully trained me to have the ability to drive independently. As a slow learner, I appreciate her patience in teaching me and never giving up on me. Thank you! I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a crash course with Brenda and passed first time! Brenda is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Anything you need to adjust with your driving Brenda will pick up on straight away, her style of training allowed me to progress with ease as her instructions were concise and clear throughout. A top quality of Brenda’s is the reassurance she provides you this gave me the confidence I needed to progress. Brenda is very reliable and also good to crack a laugh with! Definitely would recommend Brenda if you are thinking of taking a crash course, you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Jullian was the best driving instructor I have ever had. He is so calm, and patient with his learners.He is so mature,turf in a good way because he want you to pass. His vast experience put you at ease when learning with him. Jullian was introduced to me by his son. Maas, shout to mass. He has been a blessing in discard throughout this journey. Fantastic experience: Just passed my test with Jen. She is honestly the beat, most patient and thorough driving instructor. When starting my driving lessons, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing, and she was always so kind and patient. It made a whole difference and I’m just so eternally grateful. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test (Auto) this week, 1st time And I couldn't have done it without the amazing Antoinette. I had already taken 3 lessons with another driving school, which had gone so badly I nearly gave up. After lots of looking at other schools in the area I came in touch with Antoinette at elevate. She was so calm and patient with me, gradually bringing my confidence back. Anyone looking for an automatic instructor she's the one!! Pushing me and believing in me to help me go on and smash it Genuinely can't thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my driving lessons with my instructor Julian . He makes it so fun and has so much patience with being a very nervous driver. Very professional and everything explained so thoroughly and carefully. I have previously have been with three different driving schools and just never felt as confident as I have with my now driving instructor Julian and just after 10 weeks of intensive driving lessons with Julian I passed first time ! What are the chances of going from a nervous wreck to passing first time!!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin! Safe to say I’ve heard plenty of stressful stories from friends and family going through multiple instructors until finding the right one. After checking the reviews and credibility I decided to contact Elevate, I knew I wanted to do automatic but had never driven before. I needed to pass ASAP as I’m a midwifery student with a long and expensive commute via public transport. I was contacted promptly by Antoinette, what a woman! From the first day we hit it off and learning to drive with Antoinette has been a fantastic experience. She pushed me when I doubted myself and right until the second I went off to do my test she was confident in me. I passed 1st time yesterday with only 3 minors! All thanks to Antoinette, the laughs, the in-car therapy sessions and her genuine want for me to do well. I couldn’t recommend her and as a whole Elevate enough to my friends and family who are extremely excited I’ve passed first time (some who have been learning with other driving schools longer than me and not passed yet). My phone was ringing! Everyone wanted to know who my instructor was….So I highly recommend contacting Elevate for the perfect experience and if you get a message from Antoinette you’re lucky and in good hands!!
