Camrider Diss

Fantastic experience: Just completed my (first) CBT at the age of 50 at Camrider Diss, and I can't recommend these guys enough! Very friendly atmosphere, making it easy to settle in quickly for the day. Martin my instructor) was excellent throughout the entire day: clear, straightforward instructions, allowing plenty of time and opportunities to ask, super on-site training plot and (despite the awful rainy weather) a really enjoyable road ride at the end of the course. Not to mention the plenty of laughters and the coffee/tea he was offering multiple times during the day! If I was to go for a CBT training any other time I wouldn't even think to go anywhere else! Thanks Martin and the Camrider Diss Team for this really enjoyable day!

Fantastic experience: Had my first training day for my full license today with Jan, shes a great instructor & made the day very simple, she explained things in a way that was easy to understand & put into practice. I was a bit skeptical of going from a 125 to a bigger bike on the first day but this was completely stress free. Highly recommend! : )

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT last year and my DAS this year with Camrider in Diss, and both experiences were brilliant. All the instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, with a special mention to Alan and Jan, who helped me pass both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the first attempt. If you’re thinking about learning to ride, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: CBT and DAS was a pleasure with CamRider Diss!! I did my CBT in November 24 on a Saturday and the trainer was spot on and the day was fantastic. The site at Eye airfield is brilliant and mimics the DVSA test sites. The DAS was so easy to book and Tamsin is so flexible and easy to talk to in regards to bookings and moving things around if possible. I cannot fault Adrian or Jim whatsoever, they made transitioning from a 125 to a 700 easy! Jim can see where you’re struggling and knows exactly how to train and coach you to make it click in your head. You can do a full mock MOD1 Test at the airfield which settles the nerves for the real deal. On completing the MOD1, I called Tamsin and she was able to book me a MOD2 the very next day! I’m not saying they will have the availability or flexibility to do this for everyone, but if they can then they will! All in all, CBT in November and a full A licence in March…THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: I didnt use this my self i booked for my son. He had a fantastic time. The instructor according to my son was very patient and brought his confidence up no end.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team , right from the start from booking with Jan who is super friendly and helpful , then on arrival everyone makes you feel welcome. My instructor yesterday was Adrian who was perfect , puts you at ease straight away and goes out of his way to make sure that you understand. I would highly recommend using these guys. Had an absolutely fantastic day and hope to go on to the next stage.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about learning to ride, I was afraid of being a potential hazard or inconvenience to people. I haven’t got very much coordination and I’m awful at multitasking. I was pretty terrified of taking my CBT. Two years ago I was also diagnosed as autistic. I made my instructor aware of this fact on arrival, he took this into consideration for the entire day. He ask me how autism affected me and told me to do what I needed to remain calm and focused. On arrival my instructor, Steve, introduced himself making us feel welcomed. He offered us a cup of tea and explained the activities of the day. We went through each step thoroughly, taking breaks in between. We all got to know each other and shared quite a few laughs. He even brought us each an ice cream. He made us aware of the mistakes we made, gave advice on how to improve and explained the purpose of each action. All the while encouraging us to have confidence in our ability I was most nervous about riding on the road, but twenty minutes in and I was completely at ease and having a wonderful time. Our instructor gave us each an earpiece and explained each manoeuvre to us by means of a one way radio. He observed us whilst we rode, complimenting us on our ability and giving advice where necessary. My first thought after finishing the two hour training on the road, was that of eagerness to go out again. I had a wonderful time, the staff members I met were all very knowledgeable, welcoming and supportive. Thank you Camrider.

Fantastic experience: First of all I suffer from anxiety and nervousness when doing things like this in any situation. Anyway Adrian and Trevor made me feel welcomed, at ease throughout eland they were very very patient and calm when did certain things difficult. All in all it was a FAB bloody brilliant day with them two. Defo come to here to do bike test or CBT . 11/10

Fantastic experience: Just completed my full bike test with camrider eye and it was a very good experience and the instructors are very patient and commited to you as a student into giving you the best training possible, overall fantastic company to do your training with highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: I undertook my CBT with Camrider in Eye with absolutely no experience with bikes, other than cycling and once using a twist an go scooter. It was quite the most intense day I've had in years, but I worth it. I learnt so much which is just as applicable to driving a car as a bike. Tony and Steve were superb with a great way of teaching; friendly and informative. Highly recommended. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: I done my first ever CBT with Camrider in Eye with absolutely no experience with bikes and was a completely changed person afterwards! The instructor was very patient and was very informative and friendly too! We went through every bit of training very well and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back here again to refresh my CBT or even training for a licence! Highly recommend them!
