Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience purchasing my bike from start to finish, and it's all thanks to Gary! What a legend! He made the process so enjoyable, gave me a cracking deal and really looked after us. I wouldn't have bought one if it wasn't for him. Brilliant salesman, but not pushy. Just genuinely cared. I would 100% buy another bike from Gary, I can't put into words how fantastic the service was from him. He's an asset to you at M&P's.

Fantastic experience: This was almost like visiting Motorcycle Live, plenty of bikes to view by various manufacturers, large showroom of accessories plus helpful and friendly staff. Wish we had an M&P in the North West.

Negative experience: Bought items for years off them but can't seem to get them to deliver my bike jeans paid for them on ebay on 14th June 22 but still waiting it's 22nd how long does it take to post an item!

Negative experience: Waited 2 hrs for a 5 minute job because the software needed up dating on THERE laptop, if a jobs booked in make sure your prepared to do it , not happy will not use again

Good evening Adrian. Very sorry to read this review especially as our Kawasaki diagnostic software is always kept up to date and your visit was for your Ducati which you serviced yourself and wanted our technical team to reset a service light for you and stamp your service book despite us not carrying out a service on the vehicle which we explained would have been a unauthentic entry to the vehicle's service history.

We did only charge you for the pre agreed time despite your Ducati needing substantially more software updates than your original request of just having the service light reset which isn't a true or fair reflection on your statement.

Regardless, apologies for the inconvenience caused and wish you well.

Fantastic experience: I bought a Z900 after seeing it on Autotrader. As it was lockdown, everything had to be done over the phone/internet. This was not a problem as there was great communication and the bike arrived a few days later. M and P offer a great service and their guys are very helpful. Most importantly, the bike was an excellent price with no hidden costs.
