Fantastic experience: Great training with Roger, absolutely transformed a helpless unconfident rider into a first time pass on both mod 1 & mod 2, patience of a saint and picked up quickly on areas needing improvement! Cannot recommend enough

Negative experience: Did my first cbt there. Instructor more interested in walking his dog around and day dreaming than doing training. Bike constantly broke down due to poor wiring, including during the road portion. Bike barely road legal. When I did see the instructor he was not helpful. If you succeed here its in spite for the "training" and machine, not because of it.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant cbt instructor

Fantastic experience: Had my second cbt with them and couldn't fault there services. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. In the shop there's food pastys crisps ect also a cold drinks fridge with standard priced drinks coke, monsters ect also spark plugs and newspaper and toliets on site. Cbt with Roger was really good we talked about all the things needed for the cbt, road safety, maintenance, clothing what's going to happen during and next ect ect he also made me feel confident about moving onto getting my full licence. Very good service will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Called in with our new motorhome to fill up before going home to South West Wales. I dopped the keys for the D handle without realising I had done so. My Wife, a brilliant detective, worked back to where we had been and low and behold worked out I must have lost the keys at the garage. One phone call sourced them and next day we had them in the post. Cannot say how much we appreciated the help we have received. We shall return with Welsh Cakes. Thank you.

Negative experience: Went there for a CBT. If you like food and water don't expect any here. Bring your own and eat/drink when you can! Bikes are in poor condition and barely road legal. The instruction is meadioca at best. Very brief talk about road saftey and PPE. You learn more from YouTube imo. On further research and talking to others, I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience here.

Fantastic experience: Roger is a great instructor. Quickly worked out my strengths and weaknesses and got me test ready very efficiently. Obviously a highly skilled and experienced biker but communicates in an easy jovial manner that gets the best out of his students.

Negative experience: The female receptionist is very rude and messed up my lesson dates as well as my friends (writing on his behalf aswell), so i turn up after driving 50 odd miles to get there and she cancelled them and didnt ring to say. she also said i couldnt use there bike for my mod 1 & 2 because i havnt turned up to lessons i didnt book so having already booked my mod 1 & 2 i didnt want to reschedule them so had to find a trainer in the space of 2 days that had free slots. Wouldnt recommend them, but if you do use them remember any thing that gets messed up such as dates, etc - its your fault aparently and the receptionist wont admit to anything or take responsiblity!
