Fantastic experience: So to say Steve is good at his job is an understatement! As of yesterday I passed my Mod 2 and have also completed my Mod 1 and cbt with Steve. Highly recommend Steve to anyone who is in the market.

Fantastic experience: Steve is a top tier motorcycle instructor!!! After being unsuccessful years ago trying to acquire a full bike license (with another riding school) I’d lost all confidence and was so gutted. I decided to give it another go, I figured third times a charm right? With Steve I completed a CBT, Mod 1/2 (direct access). Got my full license today, I am so happy! I got all my confidence back on two wheels thanks to Steve. Would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my Mod 2 under Steve's guidance. His was the only school in the area which provides training on an automatic 125, which is niche but useful if you have no intention of bothering with gears. Steve trains to a high standard, to the point where the actual test feels like plain sailing - which I guess is the point! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt with arrow and have absolutely nothing to complain about, was given as much time as I needed to get used to the bike, super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Arrow to everyone that's wants to learn or relearn to ride, pick going back to do my full test.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Arrow Rider Training! Being a complete novice, I thought I was going to be in for a very difficult day. Well I was very wrong! I really enjoyed the day and got my CBT. The trainers were absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and by the end of the day they made this novice feel confident and safe out on the roads on a bike. Big thanks to the trainers for everything!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed and passed after 3 weeks from CBT to 650 direct access. I would like to thank Jo, Steve and Anthony for all their help in passing all 4 modules. Helped me so much towards my driving test and a can not wait to go back for my bike test the instructor was really patient and helpful the office work was dilivered beautifully and helped me found instructor and he helped me set my days for my learning schedule so thank you guy much appreciate!! 5 stars from me :)

Fantastic experience: So I came to Arrow to do my DAS module 2 as I didn't have time to do it in London. They have a really nice set of guys here who will look after you (which incidentally you can tell when you pick up the phone). After the training the guys booked me a test which I went on to pass. Thank you to all the guys at arrow ... Much appreciated for everything!

Negative experience: If you are thinking about doing a cbt do not book it here because your booking will be given away, I booked mine over the phone and was told I had to leave a 75 pound despite, as I work 5 days a week I said that I couldn't get the money to them until the next day. They said that was fine and that they would keep my appointment till midday the next day, I told them i could get someone to drop the money off. The next day I got a phone call off the person that had gone to to drop off the money saying that they had given my appointment away. This was all before the time I was told I had to pay the deposit, they also said if anything changed they would call me this did not happen, I was asked if I would like to book a different date but I refused in fear my booking would be given away again. Terrible customer service for a company that works out of a very good bike dealership.

Negative experience: My test got cancelled apparantly on 4th Jan( odd as my friend had his 40 mins after mine) and I was given a form to claim back expenses from the DVSA. Filled it all in and a few months later the DVSA told me Arrow didnt even book the test for me so I could not claim anything. I raised this issue with Arrow at the beginning ot March. I have sent countless emails,called several time and even sent letters. They have been totally ignorant and rude and because of their mistake I am 100+ out if pocket with no sign of a refund. Also on the day of my test I was taken out by Derek for a lesson. My radio was intermittently cutting out and when it was working I found I was being spoken to like ribbish and shouted at to pull over. I explained my radio issues and I had to follow him to the test centre - on the way he went through an orange light so I stopped at the red light only to hear "f****** idiot" over the radio as he pulled over to wait for me (not my fault we were running late - maybe if we actually started the lesson on time you wouldnt of been so stressed?) . What a great way to prepare a learner for their test! Needless to say I then cancelled all future bookings with them and went elsewhere, I am now looking into applying to the small claims court to retrieve my money from Steve as I dont see why I should pay for their mistake. I would just like to say that Neil and Dave were very friendly,informative and professional instructors and I enjoyed my lessons with them

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team got me through my CBT and Direct Access course in just a few weeks. Excellent tuition from all their instructors, the training motorcycles are new and well maintained and there's a great breakfast van in their car park.
