Fantastic experience: I recently completed my course here. The training is second to none, you learn how to effectively ride a motorcycle as opposed to how to pass your test. It's a mixture of off road manoeuvering training, on road riding and classroom theory all essential learning. I fully recommend this course to anyone thinking about it. Don't put it off

Ade is a great teacher learnt so much within the course and managed to pass both my mod 1 and mod 2 test first time, now have a full unrestricted licence and couldn’t be happier. Despite one test being called of due to the weather he fitted me in fast would highly recommend to anyone looking to get there licence !

I thought the training was excellent and whilst the instructor was tough and pushes you hard he does it for your own safety. If you listen to him and trust his knowledge you will progress. You are made to feel welcome from day one, and for the duration of the training you become part of the family. It does not take long to assess your current riding level, and the knowledge and experience Ade has in order to get you to a capable standard is second to none. Fantastic experience: Will always recommend Alpha to anyone wanting motorbike training. I had a few years experience on a 125 but nothing major and passed both tests first time with no minor faults. While my riding was amazing (haha), most of the credit goes to our instructor Ade who helped me across the week to exceed passing standards. He's patient, very knowledgeable, a great laugh on the course and very professional at the same time. Alpha not only gets you to pass, but to pass with confidence in your ability to ride and be safe on the roads. The bikes they use are like no other - basically brand new Honda approved bikes. No rust buckets with failing parts like I've seen at others! Thanks Ade and Maria for everything. I'll be back to visit!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Alpha Rider enough! Ade was brilliant throughout, brought a nice calming presence to the training which was great and made you feel really relaxed, but at the same time drilled the essentials you need to ride properly. Passed both tests first time despite my nerves and a couple if brain melts....thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to get a bike now!

Fantastic experience: At 52 years old I decided I would like to tour Europe on a motorcycle. Just one problem.......I didn't have a license. I discovered Alpha rider Training while taking my daughter to the Grantham Honda dealership to get her a bike so called them and loved what I heard so booked a direct access course. Brilliant! Passed MOD 1 and MOD 2 with a clean sheet.....no minors. Couldn't have done it without the fantastic guidance and training that Ade (Adrian) gave. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed both MOD 1 & MOD 2 with Alpha Rider with 0 minors, Ade is a down to earth character with a wicked sense of humour, the delivery of his lessons are to the point and tailors the way he instructs individuals so they can understand the process of whats happening on a motorcycle. Ade uses brand new Honda CB500F's & CB650r's so you will learn on brand new machines. I will be 100% sending everyone who wants their motorbike licence to Alpha Riding, Ade, thank you so much for your time & patience... I'm now on a Harley!

Fantastic experience: I did my direct access 2-3 years ago now. The way Ade trained me has undoubtedly made me a better and safer rider. Incredibly grateful and would recommend to anyone looking to ride a bike safely and properly. Will probably be looking to do an advanced rider course with Alpha in the near future!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rob to both experienced and inexperienced riders. I was an experienced rider with three big handicaps. I was use to riding on the right hand side of the road, not familier with riding in the UK and I was an experienced rider. I decide to engage Rob for his CBT and big bike course. After my first day of riding I was pretty depressed but Rob was able to identify my areas for improvement and worked to correct them. He takes you through the entire process including the testing center. I am happy to say that I did pass the tests on the first attempt and now hold a full motorcycle licence. Perhaps more importantly I am a much better and safer motorcyclist due to this course. Something I should have done when I first stared riding. So I will say this, if you want to become a better, safer motorcyclist and pass your test engage Rob. If you want someone to stroke your ego you may wish to look elsewhere. Me.....I wanted to pass.

Fantastic experience: The last time I rode a bike was well over 35yrs ago but Ade and Ian had the patience of a saint and made me feel at ease and I would recomend Alpha rider Training to any body from a novice to somone that wants to up grade their licence .. Thanks again to you all ( nearly a year now since I passed my A licence and enjoying it every time I go out still have a big smile on my face )

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my training with Alpha,. Ade and Ian did a fantastic job. It was both fun and scary, their aim is to get you to a high safe standard of riding. I opted for the direct access, I made mistakes but also surprised myself at times. I can honestly say it was one of the best things I've ever done. I'm totally hooked now. They also give great advice on everything you might need to know regarding biking and stop at some great cafes . I would recommend them to anyone .
