Fantastic experience: Love these guys! Read the positive reviews, then take a scan at the negative and you’ll get the gist. Passed MOD 2 last year with TSM... Very late writing review and I apologise to Tracey and Jordan for that. TSM are awesome, I was a returning biker who wanted to get one of my bucket lists ticked at the age of 60 after a heart attack, rusty ain’t the half of it, I was shocking not helped by the fact the controls had swapped sides lol. These guys knocked me into shape. I had the heart , these wonderful people gave me the belief I could do it. Motorcycling is dangerous, conditions, atrocious drivers, inexperience are all things you’ve got to contend with because you open to the elements, exposed ... Not in a safe little box with four wheels. I have driven for forty years and know that today’s roads are fraught with incompetence, inexperience, overconfidence, worst of all tik-tokers and show-offs. As I said “read the positive reviews”. These are written by people who understand that if Tracey is “abrupt” with you .. it’s because it may save your life! If you can’t handle the take constructive criticism, don’t waste TSM’s time or effort.... If however you want to get your full license and enjoy riding a motorcycle... These wonderful people are the school to go with.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take this opportunity to provide a comprehensive review for Tracey and Jordan at TSM, addressing some of the mixed feedback you might have encountered, particularly regarding Tracey's customer service. As an inexperienced rider, I progressed from my CBT to my MOD2 with TSM, completing my CBT, two days of riding before MOD1, and an additional two days before MOD2. During this time, I trained alongside other learners with varying levels of ability and confidence. TSM provided thorough tuition, exceptional observation, and tailored coaching to ensure every rider was equipped with the necessary skills to control and ride a motorcycle safely. The instructors adapted to each individual's learning pace, addressing the unique challenges each rider faced. Some may perceive Tracey’s instruction style as direct, which could be mistaken for rudeness. However, I found her approach straightforward and effective. If you struggle with accepting direct feedback when repeating mistakes, TSM might challenge you. For those seeking to learn to ride safely and become part of the motorcycling community, Tracey and Jordan are outstanding instructors. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their dedication and expertise.

If u don't understand something then they will explain it again in a way for you to understand. Can't wait to go back and do my A licence thank very much to TSM and Jordan.

Fantastic experience: 6 weeks ago I wouldn't have thought that today I would have been passing my mod 2 test. Really can't thank Tracey and Jordan enough for the superb training with the added bit of tough love when mistakes were made, I mean these guys don't want you painting the road so bit of direct correction never hurt anyone. Fantastic experience: If you want a full licence or just to learn how to ride a motorcycle properly, first-time rider or old biker TSM is the place to come. Tracy is the most amazing teacher and will help you to become the rider you want to be, you learn on real bikes, no traction control, no ABS, no fancy tricks, just real bikes to teach you how to ride a bike properly. Jordan is also an amazing teacher, he is patient and takes the time to ensure you know what's wrong and what you're getting right, together Tracy and Jordan simply are the best. If you do your part this dynamic duo will give you everything you need to pass any test and achieve your goals, they will give you the knowledge and the confidence to become the rider you want to be. I chose this school because I read the positive reviews and I liked what was said I also read the negative reviews and I knew this was not a school for snowflakes but a school for those who want to achieve their goals. Tracy has 28 years experience so she must be doing something right and I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. The price is amazing I went for the 7 days with Mod1 and Mod2 and I checked every school in Somerset and this school was the best value for money, luckily it's also got the very best teachers. Those who left a negative review should perhaps think hard about swapping to a car driving course, motorcycles are perhaps not for you, motorcycles are for adventurers, the brave and grown-ups. Lastly, I am going to thank both Tracy & Jordan for helping me with their patience and amazing tuition to achieve my dream of getting my full class A license, I know that if I'd gone anywhere else I would be riding my big bike today, from the bottom of my heart thank you both so much (and also for putting up with me lol) I will be booking my advanced training next year with TSM, the best school in Somerset.

Negative experience: The worst and most unprofessional outfit I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across! The lady that runs this haphazardly put together business is not only severely unfriendly and rude but has no tuition ability whatsoever. The attitude of this business, is to take your money! I wish I’d seen the google reviews before handing over my money. After using another company and having seen the vast difference, I felt compelled to put this review on here. Please do not make the same mistake as I did!

Fantastic experience: Great training, I did my CBT, Mod 1 and just passed my Mod 2 all with Tracey. I have seen some negative comments on here that I find quite hard to believe to be honest. Too many snowflakes out there. She is straight to the point, honest and professional, but that's how it should be. You know where you are and what you are getting, she is a good laugh too, and coffee is good.. if your serious about passing your bike test, look no further than Tracey. Fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Tracy took me all the way from never riding a geared bike to passing my Mod 2 and achieving my A licence. Tracy had plenty of time for me, offered plenty of advice and always treated me with a lot of respect. Great experience and I thoroughly recommend. I can only assume that the disgruntled customers who left poor reviews approached their training with the wrong attitude.

Negative experience: Extremely bad set up. Tracy is so unbelievably rude, her training is more focused on older students that she seems to take a fancy to. I have payed close to 700 for 3 days das training, now wants a further 205 for 2 days training. Definitely a rip off. Legal advice has been sought because of the discrepancies in what I've actually payed for. Please use anywhere else but tsm as you'll 100% get ripped off

Negative experience: This is so, so badly organised, my son arrived before 8am (on his only day off from doing 12 and a half hour shifts) and they’d obviously booked more people in than they could manage so he was sat waiting for hours, in the sun, with no food, drink or shelter…..he got home nearly 10 hours later with a migraine and feeling sick with hunger! And the difference in the two teachers is insane, if my son needs another cbt in two years we’ll either book else where or only book when Jordan is available. I asked on the phone If he needed to bring anything, no mention whatsoever of food and drinks, he did his first cbt two years ago and had a positive experience, it certainly didn’t take all day long. Such a shame

Negative experience: The difference from this school and others is huge . I'm sorry that I choose this school because it was cheaper and with quick availability but that's a giveaway of what's to come , poor training , old bikes , after doing mod 1 training with Tracy , when I did my first swerve , I hit a cone the first time I did it , she stopped the training immediately and said the training is finished and she still wants me to take the exam just to see how it is , so I was set up to fail , later in the week she did message me to do extra training but I couldn't as I was working. It took me more than 6 months to train , I was calling to get a mod 2 exam , kept getting different que numbers d from 2 to 4 ....so I gave up calling and went to another school and that was the best decision I could of done. The good part of that school was Jordan , he was professional , good , kind and patient unfortunately I think he left . Before me there was a guy who was trying to get his license for a year , after he passed he didn't even look back ....

Positive experience: Professional tuition. They are down to earth and can have a joke. It was a good day on the road, they gave me some new skills to ride safe. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Perfect teachers

Negative experience: Very odd place. No sense of customer service. Bike wing mirror fell off day before my test and the owner said she would replace it before the test and didn't. She spent the whole week behaving as if she were doing me a favour and was rude. Good thing was I passed first time and didn't have to speak to her again. My daughter is due to take CBT training. Would not give this company my money again. I even came out of the it with an A2 licence which I made clear I didn't want but she gave the bigger bike I could have used to a squaddie on leave. Not good value for money, awkward, unenjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 46 year old and new to Motorbikes (Never touched one before). Took my CBT with the Taunton School of Motorcycle. I really enjoyed the day from start to finish. Jordan our instructor was bang on the money in regards to his tuition/instructor style. He gave assistance where it was needed to all the students taking part with a relaxed, good humoured and sound instruction style. I would highly recommend this School. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: used for cbt, mod 1 and A1. very friendly, very informative. I found them very easy to talk with and really good instruction were i was weak in my ridding. I would have no problems recommending them to any rider out there.

Negative experience: I did some training with Tracy (Tracey?) and honestly her method of training is "oh my god you are so bad why are you bothering" then when you do your test and pass its "oh I taught you well".. If you want to be constantly berated/sworn at then go for it, I did actually pass my test so gave a bonus star otherwise it would of been 1/5

Positive experience: Did my DAS training here. Passed both m1/2 Tracy is stern and fairly direct when in terms of teaching standard. Be ready for a ad hock method of learning. Get ready for some noise in your ear over the radio. Overall fairly good.

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt was very anxious but the young instructor was very welcoming put me at ease fantastic instructor made it easy and fun to learn and always gave positives to you even if mistakes were made he didnt make big deal but gave positive criticism andways of improvements upfront honest trainer very good price for such a excellent standard of service you received recommend these 100% to anyone

Fantastic experience: I did the 5 day direct access with Tracey and I passed my test courtesy of her excellent training just over a week ago. Her honest, direct and sometimes brutal assessment of you on your first day with her makes you realise what you truly need to learn to pass your test! And if you listen to her, you will. Simple as that. Not only does she provide you with the tools to pass. Its only after the test, you realise she's made you an entirely different (better!) rider. My faults were at roundabouts (solved by a lot of p*** taking in my right ear!) And corner positioning (solved by showing me how big the gap was by riding straight through it!!) All in all, a good laugh and quality training. Well done guys! Thank you!! Her coffees are terrible though!!

Negative experience: STAY AWAY Buyers beware. This company will take your deposit and not provide the goods. Other companies in the industry say he went bankrupt in late last year. And he is known to the DVSA, Trading Standards, Consumer Direct and the police for fraud. He takes bookings online and then keeps cancelling until you go to another company. He has done this to several people. Once approached about it, he becomes verbally aggressive and threatens to come to your house and sort you out!!!!

Negative experience: Stay away from this company they took our money and cancelled twice with no notice. I was there waiting. And again today it was a no show. Disgusting customer service as you can't contact them. Trading standards and DVSA are looking into it. And doing my research we are not the only people they have conned.
