Fantastic experience: Booked my CBT through QuickStart and was so glad I did. Booked with a different place years ago and it was not a happy experience. This time was a very different experience and the instructor Taff was very patient, knowledgeable and positive in his approach to all the individuals on the course. I had a very enjoyable time and learned lots, felt throughly ready to go out on the road by the end of the theory and practical training. Safe to say I passed and it was all thanks to the competence of Taffs instruction. Such an awesome day. Don’t hesitate book with QuickStart.

Fantastic experience: Taff was an amzaing instructor he was very imformative and helpful, i wad quite nerbous at first but he was very patient and made the experience easier by being light funny and encouraging. It was very inventive how they show us all the different types of road markings by using cones to show use how to take different types of junctions and how to use them. When we went on to the road ride he asked if we were comfortable to go out first before we went out and while we were out he was stopping us safely by asking us to pull over the side of the road when its safe to and letting us know on whqt needed improvement and if we did anything wrong and how to rectify it. I would highly recommed this CBT.

Fantastic experience: Initially I went with them for the most competitive price. I did not feel rushed nor encouraged to have extra lessons thrown in £££££ unlike other companies. The instructors themselves. They took my word with what experience I had. A massive shout out and thank you to rich and Steve absolutely fantastic they give the best advice. I was binge watching the living s*** out of YouTube videos. I was told to forget everything I watched one of the best bits of advice I received. If you were looking just to see will the mod 1 and 2 looks like on YouTube? That's fine but don't take other people's advice over their own experience. Listen to the experienced people that are teaching you and what they want for you to do. After all they want the best outcome and they want for you to pass. They cannot emphasise this enough. Listen to your instructor. Not some guy that's after followers and views

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic pair of instructors, both my son and my friends wife started the day on mopeds, by the end riding large motorcycles. Made them both feel exceptionally comfortable and come away very confident, I can’t recommend QuickStart enough.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome guy Chris is, he got me and my partner through my CBT yesterday, made us feel very comfortable, very knowledgeable and got us to the level we needed to be. Fantastic experience: I took my CBT course today with Taf and had an enjoyable training. He was very easy going and there was plenty of jokes. This was my first time riding a 125cc bike and he was very patience. Chris and Taf also was a big help as I was struggling with my U turn on the main road and gave me plenty of pointers. I would highly recommend them for your next CBT.

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great guy. I ha e been riding motorcycles for over 40 years. I have chosen not to go for a full licence so i have been to Chris 2 times to get a new certificate and to break bad habits I have gotten into during the 2 years. I love his sence of humor and banter, it relaxes people who maybe doing their CBT for the first time. He is very knowledgeable and always shows Care with his student's.I will be booking with him for my 3rd cbt early next year.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK!! Worst experience I've ever had booking my CBT first time. Very rude when I had called to book the test first time. When I phoned the day before my CBT to confirm if CBT was still going he said maybe not and that he'd let me know in the afterrnon. After that he was just ignoring all texts and calls. I then phoned on another number where he picked up and told me that it was cancelled! Lost my day off at work and deposit for a bike that I put to collect after my CBT. I don't usually leave reviews but had to for this one and if there was less than 1 star I would use.

Negative experience: Got my CBT here but left feeling very unconfident. Redid it a year later elsewhere and received far more thorough teaching than what I had here.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here with Chris the instructor. Did my CBT and direct access here with no issues at a good price. More of a casual approach to the training with plenty of jokes on the way, I did my direct access with one to one training over a few days which was perfect.

Negative experience: Called to book, main number not in use and called mobile to get an answerphone stating not to leave a message as probably won't listen to it. Very poor.

Negative experience: I am really disappointed with that company and personally with the ignorance they have show towards myself. I had my CBT with them and I didn’t pass for the first time as I paid £115 towards that day, unfortunately I did not pass and the guy told me to reschedule, as I did so one week later I showed up on the day and time but there was no one. So I’ve lost one day of my work and I’ve lost £115. I’ve tried to contact them and asked to refund my money as they didn’t show appropriate customer service towards me. I am really disappointed and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this company to go with if you really want to take your CBT. I still have no contact from the guy. This is not how you should treat customers just to take the money ..... It’s just No for me this company.... There are plenty more in that area.... so please look carefully with whom you will get your CBT

Fantastic experience: I took my CTB here last week. Although I was a confident rider I found the instructor very helpful & knowledgeable & I still learnt a lot. Gave me good advise on the bike I was riding too. I would recommend this school.
