Negative experience: Never again, smashed my indicator while my how was getting MOT and won't own up to it, brand new indicators 10 mins before MOT!! Before this I've had a few bike with different problems an they always come out with" we can't touch it" and whilst I was wanting to put a complaint in they was rude enough to put the phone down!! Wouldn't even let them fix a wheel barrow never mind my bike
