Fantastic experience: Should have done this review a long time ago. Done 3 CBT's over the years through this school then eventualy decided to get my full licence. Great instructors, can't fault them. Highly recomend to anyone looking to get onto a bike.

Fantastic experience: Premier Bike are a fantastic motorbike school. The instructors are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and really care about making you into a safe and skilled rider. I did my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 with them and it all went very smoothly. We had plenty of time on the road around the Gateshead test centre so I really felt I knew the area and what to expect when it came time for my test. To Paul, Helen and John - thanks for all your help and for making it such a fun experience too!

Fantastic experience: So after moving back up north I messaged the team and Helen quickly booked me in for a short assessment with Paul. once that was. complete Paul said I would need 6 lessons 3 for Mod1 and 3 for Mod2. So within a month I now have my full bike licence. Thank you to Helen, Paul, John and Richie (although I haven't had lessons with Richie) I can't recommend Premier Bike Training enough. The team are fantastic and really care about every single student, taking individual needs in to accommodate you. I just want to say thank you so much I really appreciate everything you done and continue to do. keep up the good work and safe riding!!!! ️

Fantastic experience: Excellent guys to learn to ride with. Paul and the team took me from having never so much as touched a motorbike at the start of March to passing my test for my full license at the end of May. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to learn to ride.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT training today 28/1/23 and to say i was nervous is an understatement having minimal bike experience but communication at time of contact and booking was first class and then on the day my instructor Helen was fantastic and very supportive, even tho i struggled to know my right from left. Negative experience: Booked my CBT 2 months in advance, the morning of the CBT, I left the house on my way and 40 minutes before the cbt started they cancelled as their bikes was broken? You'd think they have more than 2 bikes.. Will not be booking again.

Fantastic experience: An absolute pleasure of a company to deal with and a great experience from start to finish. In 5 months (including 3 month lockdown break) I have gone from a complete novice rider to my full Bike licence. My CBT on a cold showery Sunday in December (Paddy) was concise, informative and reassuringly safety orientated. Mod 1 training (John) was confidence building and technical whilst being enormous fun. Rest assured John I am still "giving it the beans!". My 3 Mod 2 lessons (Paul) were incredibly informative and had a laser focus on the skills needed to pass my test and become a safe new rider. Behind the scenes Helen organised all lessons and tests around my work pattern with ease and efficiency. The whole team and setup is an absolute credit to Paul and to themselves and I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided. If you are thinking of learning to ride, there is no better place than Premier Bike.

As well as having a bit laugh and carry on, the instructors carried out their duties in a very professional manner. Fantastic experience: I learnt to ride with Paul and it was an excellent experience. Paul is analytical, patient and calm. These are critical qualities needed when giving training. Paul has a lot of experience in giving instruction and it shows when he is on the road with you. When you are learning, your attention is on the road and the bike. You don’t want a voice through an ear-piece inside your helmet distracting you, giving you too much advice or negative feedback. Paul gets the balance right. The advice is supportive and tailored specifically to your needs. He listens, observes and genuinely takes in your point of view. It creates a harmonious environment where you not only learn but also enjoy process of learning. I think enjoyment is a critical part of the training as that is why many of us want to ride motorcycles. Paul is the only instructor I've found who I could respect and learn from. Now that I have received my unrestricted license, I plan to take more lessons with Paul under the enhanced rider training scheme. The bikes are in excellent shape too – I rode a nearly new Yamaha MT07 which is a really nice ride.

Fantastic experience: The whole team were great for my CBT, it was a really fun day, then Paul took me for the lessons and was a real pro, he was patient and a great teacher. He let me know when to book theory/Mod1/Mod2 etc. Very happy with the lessons and the end result (full A2 licence)

Fantastic experience: Premier bikes are brilliant, they got me through a extended test, very patient even when I dropped there bike, they built my confidence up and I passed first time, they also organised a ride out it was a good experience, staff members gave me riding advice and told me where I was going wrong just by looking at my tyre wear and the advice has been taking on board.
