Fantastic experience: Where do I start…Having completed my CBT various times over the last 15 years (with different companies) I decided to put myself through the whole hog! Booked all my training and exams through 3D and couldn’t be happier. From my initial CBT training right up to my MOD2 the team have been amazing. Hayley, Mark and Martin are all inviting, giving you the time needed and to make sure you are prepared for the examinations ahead. Having never ridden a manual bike and always doing my CBT on an automatic, I inevitably needed some extra TLC to make sure I could progress at the pace of the course. Martin gave me additional tuition to make sure I understood what was going to be asked of me at an exam level. The facilities are great, and the atmosphere is relaxed with plenty to talk about on and off the bikes. I’ve now passed all my modules and am starting my journey on the road, but the team here have helped me get to this point. Giving me the confidence to get on a bike and tackle the roads. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending 3D for any training type. Once you’ve passed, you don’t just pass…the door is always open and for social events / meet ups! Thanks for all your help guy, Fraser. ✅

Fantastic experience: I've had a brilliant experience with Martin and the Team and 3D. Having spent a day doing CBT last year, I've been riding for about 12 months before returning to do MOD1 and MOD2. The level of patience, support, encouragement and fun is equally balanced, so the experience isn't daunting at all, but prepares you brilliantly for your tests and riding bigger bikes solo. Having now passed both MOD1 & 2 on the school's high-quality bikes, I feel super-confident end excited to enjoy riding bigger machines very soon.....thank you!

Fantastic experience: Couldnt thank the team enough, especially Martin. I struggled to get a test in the north east and the school I was training with wouldnt travel to a test centre outside of their area. Rang 3D up and Martin booked me in for a days worth of training and sorted my test date out, he even went a step further and rearranged his day off to take me to the test. Passed Mod 2 first time. I felt so much more confident with them and really enjoyed the day of training. Over the moon thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Where do i start, Booked a 5 days motorcycle training with thses guys, cbt to das in 5 days , i was a novice and came away with all the passes 1st time,the work these guys put into you is well worth it, had a laugh along the way, was serious when it needed to be, I wouldn't go anywhere else for training fact! Only people i recommended for theis training is 3D by far!!! Nothing but good words clean facilities and upto date modern bike! Dont delay books with these guys!!!!! Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience with these guys guiding me through my CBT. Extremely patient, very helpful and always happy to answer any and all questions you have regarding bikes and getting yourself ready in all aspects to get on the road, passed my CBT with them today and I couldn't be more grateful to have had such brilliant instructors that are so dedicated to making sure you're not only safe but also relaxed. Negative experience: Mark should probably focus on getting some good rap about him, instead of sitting on his rear judging people for L plates not positioned where he'd like them, especially when it's not even one of his own students he's trying to intimidate. Focus on your own students and keep your mouth shut if you have nothing worth contributing to say.

Fantastic experience: i recently passed my module 2 with 3D and couldn't be happier. after being wiped out by a bad driver on my first CBT, everybody at 3D was very supportive and helpful in getting my CBT completed at no extra cost and helped build my confidence. thanks to mark for helping me through my MOD 1 & 2 and within a good time period. i would highly recommend them for all things bike training.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic day. Did my first CBT course with 3D and I will be doing my MOD 1 and 2 with them in the future! In the morning we were all greeted and welcomed. Refreshments of bottled water and coffee were offered. (Bring a packed lunch) there aren't any shops close. We started with some basic theory on motorcycle equipment and safety, very informative and interactive also. Then we were split into groups dependent on riding experience (2 in each group with an instructor each). We had Hailey she was superb throughout the whole day. They then showed us around the bikes how they work, what the different controls are. After this our group with the more experience rode the bikes over to the coned area to start training. Later on we did a 2 hour road ride with some U-Turns and Emergency stops which we learnt earlier on. Hailey was good in which she would give credit where due but also give some great pointers and tips. We finished the day and passed. This is NOT an attendance course. If you have never been on a bike before, I would recommend taking the novice course prior to taking the CBT. 3D are good in a way they will not let people on the road if they deem them to be unsafe! Fantastic experience: Spent a very productive day doing a 1-on-1 'Back to biking' course made to measure for me. After 40 years in a car, and never having had and formal training, my motorcycle skills were a little rusty (to say the least!). My instructor Dave Reeves quickly put me at my ease and worked me through the things I wanted to improve and highlighted the things I needed to improve in a supportive and friendly way. I can thoroughly recommend 3D for all motorcycle training from CBT, mod1, mod2 and direct access. People were training for these qualifications throughout the day I was there and all seemed to be working with the same structured support I experienced.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional quality of training and the instructors really help to fill you with the confidence to go out and keep enjoying riding no matter what! Would 110% recommend to anyone considering doing anything from CBT to DAS to tours.

Negative experience: Thought i was paying premium prices for professionals but the trainee instructor puts her helmet on the floor upside down and gives it a kick for good measure. Says is not a problem if you drop your helmet on the concrete from anywhere under a meter. Having a very new trainee and an proper instructor working together was very disjointed. Do not inspire confidence in their pupils. Very expensive CBT course go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Some advice if you're doing your CBT here: They're really not joking about getting there on time and having good gear. Make sure you factor in some time to find the entrance as it's easy to miss and don't buy the cheapest helmet you can on amazon as they need it to be certified. I'd also reccomend bringing water/windproof trousers, scarf, plenty of layers, and food. The only actual negative for me was that the bluetooth earpieces they use to communicate are not particularly comfortable, so maybe bring some extra padding for that if you've got sensative ears. Overall though, I'd really reccomend doing your CBT here, the tutors clearly know their stuff, the facilities are good, and they really do everything they can to get you to a pass-worthy standard, and I'll definitelly come back here when I want to get onto the bigger bikes.

Fantastic experience: 3D are excellent. The attention to detail on the training was fantastic, safety 1st in everything. Really experienced riders, real people.... I'm heading back for my "A" courses when they have a space for me. If you're looking to start riding 3D would be an awesome place to start.

Fantastic experience: Superb training school. The team got me through my CBT with patience, professionalism and above all, experience. Their knowledge and focus on safe riding is reassuring and will set me up for a lifetime of enjoyable riding. They are responsive, constantly reviewing their course offerings, the latest being Slow Speed Riding which I attended today, which was incredibly helpful. Their focus on improving riders skills is at the forefront and would recommend them for any rider, from CBT to refresher and advanced training.

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt and cbt renewal 1st class instructors you'll be hard pressed to find better, recently been back to do my direct access course and the training again was 1st class. Highly recommended.

The instructors were really knowlegable, patient and clearly very good at what they do and care about giving you the best training possible. I will be returning for my DAS and I highly recommend 3D to anybody wanting to get on a motorcycle.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this company, I had my cbt booked and due to family issues I arrived late They couldn't of been anymore understanding and even offered me a brew to calm me as I looked flustered when I eventually arrived The training itself was second to none I had knowledgeable trainers who put your safety first ,all in all the day was a great experience really enjoyed getting out on the road and the route we took was breathing (exactly the reason I want a bike ) I am now on the list to do my mod1 and mod2 assessments which I am so looking forward to and wouldn't use anyone else Top company top trainers can't fault them one bit And finally thankyou for the experience it was incredible

Fantastic experience: Bang on. Did my cbt with them on a hideously hot day, and they got the group through in record time, to beat the heat. And yet it didn't feel rushed. That just goes to show that their instructors know what they are doing, and how to do it.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Had my CBT revision after an unpleasant cbt I got somewhere else. Was no where good as 3D. Pete is such a highly knowledgable, professional and friendly guy. Mark has all the patience and teaching skills that made the day pass smoothly in the blink of an eye.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT today with these guys Colin and Mark.I can’t speak highly enough of them training was strict but fun with them both.I did my on the road training with Mark 2 hours riding out on the main roads Mark was absolutely amazing with me built up my confidence even though I can ride a moped but under test conditions we all get scared of making mistakes.But Mark was absolutely superb with me.I would recommend 3D TRAINING TO ANYONE.
