Fantastic experience: As a motorcyclists of mature years I rely on people to fix and mend my motorcycles I would like to say thank you to Alex Buckingham motorcyclists for helping me out and providing me with a new rear tire to my triumph motorcycle. I rang up on the evening before the work was carried out and by midday the next day the work was completed. I'm very happy with the work and I shall be returning to Buckingham motorcycles in the future. I found the work very professional and value for money see you next time Graham , Triumph T120.

Negative experience: Contacted this dealer,agreed a dealer,waited 4 days for reply,had to chase up myself,was told they were too busy to contact me,excuse me I presume bike shops survive on dealing with customers and agreeing deals,sorry for the inconvenience of selling you my bike cheap and paying top money for the bike I wanted to buy off you.....absolute shocking customer service

They have moved to roundswell which I knew about only recently and had to get them to tell me where , Google is not showing the up to date info. I cannot fault this company, they are brilliant

Negative experience: Appalling service. Paid cash up front for a bike for the lads 16th. When called for delivery had a whole host of excuses saying it could not be delivered as agreed. After a lot of negotiation agreed to delver but the bike had not been registered. They had two weeks notice and tried to blame DVLA! Made out they were doing us a favour. Had minor damage to paintwork, waiting to see if will sort this out as promised Attitude was disgusting. Wish I hadn't paid upfront. I was looking at another bike there for myself; not a chance.

Their instructors are amazing and I can say this with experience, nothing is too much trouble. They fit you in asap with a full breakdown of what was wrong and what needed doing. I would highly recommend them too any new rider or, or as a repair garage.

Fantastic experience: Bought a kawasaki er5 from Buckingham's after completing my das training and I can only recommend this shop. The quality of the training is very good and the instructor is easy going. The second hand bike I bought came with 3 month warranty. Bike is going strong and it never let me down. All in all, very happy.
