Negative experience: Brought my bike in for running issues, they blew carb out which helped the bike for 5 miles then same issue came back and didnt fix it. I rang them multiple times explaining my carb keeps getting dirty, instead if finding out y, they cleaned the carb again (which i done 4 times before going garage) and sent it back to me

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic day completing my CBT with Morgan. The day was very well structured and suited very quickly to my training needs. Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant time doing my CBT, Kevin is very patient, straight to the point and always gave advice/tips when he could see you struggling with something. The 2 hour ride around Pembrokeshire was great. I then went on to do my Mod 1 training with Kevin, another great day practising each part of the test. Again very patient and I ended up passing first time. Mod 2 training with Kevin. Thoroughly enjoyed riding around Pembroke dock getting familiar with possible routes and riding the 650cc on the road. I failed my 1st attempt at the Mod 2 but it was completely down to me, the mistake I made had nothing to do with my training it was just down to my own nerves on the day. I left it a few months before attempting the Mod 2 again, contacted west Wales motorcycles and they booked me in for my second attempt, Kevin was kind enough to allow me to pop down to the training ground the night before my test on short notice to familiarise myself with the bike again. Passed my second attempt with no faults, can't recommend Kevin enough, my brother will soon be booking his CBT with West Wales motorcycles. Thanks again for your advice and training made getting my full license an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Done all my motorcycle training here, cbt with Morgan and mod1 and mod 2 with Kevin. I have to say what a great experience and knowledgeable trainer's they both are. Passed everything first time with these lads. I highly recommend them if you're looking for training and they will go out of their way to help you through. All the best.

Morgan was also very chatty during the CBT answering all my questions and going into detail on what I wanted to know. Fantastic experience: Just done my CTB training with my son, neither of us had ever been on a bike before. Morgan was excellent and very patient, not only with our riding but all of our questions. A brilliant day, learnt so much and had a great day, and yes with Morgans guidance both passed in spite of the strong wind and rain . Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking this test. Did my Mod 1 yesterday and smashed it with a pass and Zero minors, Nice one Kevin great training and advice as always. Fantastic experience: I've been riding for 30 years and was keen for our boys to get their CBT even if they don't want to ride in future as it will give them a better appreciation of the road and to treat riders with respect when their driving a car. The three did it on the same day at the same time. Jamie was brilliant and from the start I could see that he was teaching them the right things. The boys loved it. They had such a laugh and came away with huge smiles. Well done all at WWM!

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with Jamie from West Wales motorcycles 12/05/21.Even though I hadnt ridden for over 15 years Jamies calm and concise approach put me at ease and really boosted my confidence getting back on the bike and on the road. I will be using these guys to train and take my Mod1 and Mod2 with without question. Thank you West Wales Motorcycles. Now Done Mod1 training with Paul the yoda of motorcycle instructors. Negative experience: I first contacted them in regards to give my bike a once over and the bloke wasn't trying to sell me anything, just giving me advice so i thought this is an awesome place so i booked her in for a check over, came back to me saying needs calliper cleaning, new chain and sprockets and rear shock, couldn't afford the shock so decided to fit that at a later occasion, I was charged £180 for chain n sprockets and front calliper clean, I turned up to collect my bike ,my controls were twisted so my clutch didn't pull in, my steering lock has stopped working and my mirror was hanging off , so I now have to take it to another garage to get sorted along with the shock , I did email them to let them know thinking maybe its just a rare occurrence and they would be apologetic and offer a partial refund or to fix it etc, but i got no reply at all , they did a great job fitting the chain n sprockets and happy about the quality of that part of the job but overall, i was disappointed as it felt they didn't care how I got my bike back

Negative experience: One of my biggest regrets. I took my bike to get MOT'd and have the sprockets changed. Twice in person I reminded them that I needed to keep the old sprockets and twice on the phone. I rode that bike all day, every day, for six months half way around the world - all on that set of sprockets. Despite everything that I said, the front sprocket was thrown out. I had planned to keep the front sprocket as a souvenir and my publisher wanted to use it as part of the promo material before my book comes out next year. Sadly this is no longer possible. On top of all that the work was overpriced, I was a bit surprised that my bill came to £250. Avoid.
