Fantastic experience: Incredible service. My daughter and I did our CBT with Paul and he was so patient and clear with his instructions. We went from zero experience to riding safely on the road and it was such a positive experience.
Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT and my A2 license here. Paul who i did my CBT with did an amazing job teaching and assessing my riding. He then put me forward to do a 4 day course which he believed would be the most beneficial to give me the necessary training i needed to get me ready to obtain my license. I then did my A2 training with both Mark and Steve and believe they are both fantastic instructors who gave me the best training to help me get onto the road safely and confidently. Couldn’t recommend more and will see them again when i apply to get my full A license
Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend these guys enough! Having never ridden a bike going into my CBT back in May, John had the patience of a saint to get me started. I have just completed my Mod 1 and Mod 2, training mainly with Mark B, cannot thank him enough for all his effort in getting me ready for the tests. He went above and beyond with his training, I gained a huge amount of confidence and had a right a laugh doing so. I got to spend time with Steve and Mark E on the day of my Mod 2 test, each and every member of the team are fantastic, their patient, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and do an incredible job coaching. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience...I've never riden a motorbike. And today I have had the time of my life!! Paul was my instructor. As a driving instructor myself I found Paul to be relaxed understanding and very patient. Even when I made slight mistakes Paul just got me to do things over again and took his time with me. I can't believe I managed to drive from Radstock to Shepton Mallet and around the surrounding areas. We even had to pop to Tesco to full up with fuel!! Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I did my CBT last sunday in Westfield with Steve and he's been very professional, welcoming, polite and even funny at times, throughout the whole process. Atmosphere very calm and relaxed, I definitely enjoyed my time. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my A2 license with All Ride. Was a first time pass with 0 rider faults so as you can see their training is really good. Had a CBT with them in the past and came back to do my full licence. Would recommend and will be back for my A licence in a couple years cheers Dale,Mark and Steve

Negative experience: I have filled in a form called everyday for the last week and no response very bad customer service
Hi Brooklyn, Thanks for the 1 star feedback. Unfortunately we have not received any of your online form requests, Google must have blocked them as spam. When an enquiry form is submitted a you will have received a message that states very clearly "To please call if you have not heard back within 24 hours" FYI We are currently booking 2 months in advance for CBT for the start of July with all the other trainees managing to book in okay, sorry you had the issue but you will find it's down to you not reading the automatic reply message. Our contact number is 07858 729868 if you want to text to call to book. Be aware that If you call and we don't answer it's because we are out training, so please leave a message on our answer phone or send a text and we will respond as soon as we can. At the time of replying we have not heard from you.

Fantastic experience: Awesome return to biking day with Steve. It's been over 20 years since I was last on a bike but after 20 mins with Steve and his friendly, jovial, attentive, precision training it was like I'd never been away. Would recommend this firm to anyone whether a returnee like me, or a newbie. It literally can't get any better. Oh and got aquatinted with Amanda's cafe, now that was an experience! Now, what bike shall I buy?

Fantastic experience: I completed my EUAM2 riding test with All Ride Motorcycle Training, the team there were fantastic to deal with, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure I was well prepared for both the test and riding on the road. Fantastic experience: Took my CBT with Dale, who was so supportive and patient. I am new to motorcycling and he was great at building my confidence through the day and by the end I was hugely enjoying riding the bike. Fantastic experience: Haven't rode for 26 years and am about to get back on a bike. Did a refresher course, 72 miles, with Steve. He had plenty of patience with me and gave me the confidence to feel that I can actually ride again.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT (5/3/23) with All Ride Motorcycle Training. The course itself is well prepared and spaced out nicely, my instructor Dale was patient, calming and always reassuring, especially picking up how nervous I was after falling off on my first CBT. This time round we used two way coms which I actually preferred. I can not speak highly enough about this school and the instructors and look forward to doing my Direct Access with you. Fantastic experience: Did my CBT re-do today with Lee. A great experience for an absolute beginner. Lee was very clear, patient and gave excellent feedback and constructive criticism at all stages of the day. It's clear he has plenty of experience to share. Fantastic experience: had an absolutely brilliant day today doing my CBT, from the very beginning Steve made me feel so at ease, I have a very very limited amount of riding ability and he never at one moment made me feel stupid or incapable, he was very patient and talked us through each task and also demonstrated a lot as well. Fantastic experience: I used All Ride to get me through my Mod 1 and Mod 2 Full License tests which I passed first time! The bike provided was in excellent condition and the instructors were very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Most importantly the teaching style and the planning of each day allowed space to develop understanding and practice everything as many times as necessary to go into the tests with the confidence needed to remain calm.

Fantastic experience: Completed my DAS course today with All Ride passing my MOD 2 this afternoon. Done my CBT in August having not ridden a bike for almost 20 years and my instructor Lee was spot on and gave me lots of encouragement whilst giving me vital tips for beginning my DAS. My instructor for the DAS Mark was also fantastic getting me through my MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests first time and really putting me at ease. If there was something I was unsure about on the road mark would explain it very clearly and then we would ride the bits I was unsure about to put my mind at ease. Steve was good with the communication and the whole test booking process was handled by him. Would highly recommend All Ride iif you're looking at getting on two wheels.

Fantastic experience: Review update - just completed my DAS with All Ride (Dec 23) again spot on training with a mixture of Dale and Mark both of whom were excellent, patient and made the whole experience fun. Perfect training to pass your mod 1 and 2. Just done my CBT. Excellent day and thorough training, and even though the weather was poor the training was absolutely spot on.

Fantastic experience: Did the intensive 4 day course (including the 1 day conversion course) at the age of 46, in pretty horrendous weather - Allride got me through it and managed to pass first time. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I passed my MOD 1 last Thursday and my MOD 2 today with All Ride. I've received nothing but excellent instruction from Mark throughout the various sessions I needed. He's a very laid back instructor who really puts you at ease. He's not only able to deliver top class riding tips but also helpful 'strategies' to to give you the best chance of passing both tests. Well done All Ride! I must also add that the actual MOD 1 & MOD 2 Tester at Kingswood (Tony?) was also very good. A genuinely nice bloke who helped calm my nerves before both tests.

Fantastic experience: What a great bunch of guys. Professional, friendly, helpful, patient and enthusiastic. They really want to get you through the training and help you to pass your test – whether that be CBT or Full Bike licence. It took me a few attempts to pass my Mod 2, but I always had the support of everyone at All Ride who never failed to encourage and motivate me and I finally passed yesterday on my fourth attempt. So never give up! All the instructors are first class but I would particularly like to thank Steve, the two Marks and Matt (you all know who you are) for helping me to achieve my dream in my 60th year, thus ensuring that I’ve a fun-filled retirement ahead of me on two wheels!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend these guys highly enough! Really nice team who made my CBT a lot of fun! I learnt a lot and had a great time - it took me 2 sessions to get my CBT because I was too nervous for the road ride the first time, they were super accommodating and made it clear this is something we all do at our own pace :) Look forward to going back for my full licence in the future!

Our instructors know everyone learns at a different pace and nerves play a part in that process. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend All ride enough. Had the pleasure to work with several instructors and all have been very helpful and informative and the days have been enjoyable. Had 5 days with them from CBT to full license and I have come a long way from the nervous wreck I was when I first started. On the 3 days for MOD1 and Mod2 I was paired with the same other learner as well, which made accommodating to each other a breath. Great bikes as well, with the z650's being more than enough to put a smile on any new rider's face.

Really enjoyed my time learning the ropes and feel extremely safe and confident on the roads now as the guys teach you how to ride properly and not just to get through the tests. Now to work out what bike to get!

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent short lesson with Steve to get my confidence back and improve after a long break from riding. Brilliant teacher - friendly, encouraging, easy to contact, patient and clear in his instructions. The lesson was centred around what I needed and there was plenty of opportunities to ask questions and adapt the lesson. Also very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing motorcycle training, friendly and caring instructors that will get you up to speed with your Mod1/2 training and test. After a few attempts with some lesser motor schools, the huge leap in attentive, tailored rider learning is apparent. AllRide are without question THE BEST place to get you ready for motorcycles post-CBT. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: So today I spent the day with Steve ( instructor ) on a refresher course , I have had held a bike licence since 1983 and apart from my lovely little 41 year old DT 175 Mx I have not riden motor bike for 15 years. I treated myself to an MT09 street bike . Being such a powerful bike I felt the need of some coaching to stay safe and be safe to others , Steve tought me many many things I don’t think I would have learnt on my own . His calm manor soon helped me relax and build my knowledge and confidence , a big thank you to all ride for a great day , we covered 100 miles of all road conditions . Now I need to get the miles in and gain experience . I will probably get a couple half days of tuition as and when . 5 stars

Fantastic experience: This is a great 'bike training school, highly recommended without any hesitation. They communicate well and get things very well organised (training days, test days and so on). The 'bikes are in good order and mostly recent models. The Instructors I met (three) and trained with (two) were friendly, patient, skilled and experienced and the on-bike training, both 'slow' and 'fast', was all expertly delivered. And the important thing was that I came away with a full-Licence pass from the DAS course following an almost two-year lay-off after my first CBT. Even though I managed to give a Hazard Avoidance cone a hefty kick on my first Mod 1 attempt! All in all, a first class operation.

Fantastic experience: A great day, learnt a lot and enjoyed myself! I found the past experiences of the instructor were really insightful and useful. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without previous experience as All Ride caters for everyone. Fantastic experience: Great Day and a great introduction to Motorcycling by way of the CBT. 4 pupils, two instructors. The instructors were so good. Really positive and wanted us to do well. I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to learn/refresh no matter what your age or skill set.

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT today with Lee. I have zero experience on a bike and he was awesome. A great instructor, patient, knowledgeable and generally wanted to help and provide the best experience. I'd highly recommend All Ride, the bikes are quality and not battered about (which i was expecting) and the cafe opposite is banging for lunch. I'm sure all the instructors are great but Lee today was quality. Thankyou.

Positive experience: Good course short staffed when I did my cbt
Hi Jutsanator, Thank you for your feedback with it being a "good course" as this is what we aim to achieve with all of our training.However we are a bit baffled by your comment of us being short staffed? Could you please elaborate as we only ever have the DVSA allowed amount of instructors required to run our training courses ensuring we run with the correct number staff to the amount of trainees that we have booked in on the day. If you could also let me know the date you attended so I can investigate why you thought we were short staffed and your real first name too. Many Thanks Steve
Fantastic experience: Took a re take of my CBT today and it was ana amazing day, my instructor Matt was a really nice guy and really helpful and supportive, I learnt more things this time around then I did the first time I took my CBT which was another training centre, 100% recommend All Ride. Well worth the money and an all round great day.

Fantastic experience: I undertook my CBT today. From start to finish all of the team were professional, helpful and genuinely down to earth. I was a bit concerned the instructors were going to be a little strict but this was not the case - they were able to have a laugh and made the day really fun. I did this course as I wish to do my full bike test but even if you only wish to ride a 125cc, I thoroughly recommend All Ride. Hopefully see you in a few weeks!

Fantastic experience: Passed my Mod 1 + 2 in the space of a week. Great bikes and great 1:1 instruction. Adrian and Mark got me out on the road as quick as possible to maximise my learning time. Fantastic experience: Excellent set-up. The CBT training was thorough and expertly run. Steve was super helpful when I made contact via the website; giving me loads of advice over email before the training day. On the day the theory side of the training is run inside their cosy offices. Steve was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about riding, road safety and the best equipment to purchase. The current bike training area is small, but this works to your advantage, as you have to practice your turning and bike control even more. Steve explained each activity very clearly, and made sure we were 100% confident before moving on to the next task. The final 2hr bike ride, was really helpful to pull together all the theory and practice. Steve was giving useful commentary throughout the ride via the bluetooth headset, to pick up any little changes we needed to make. His observations of potential safety hazards was brilliant. Can't fault the experience. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my Mod 1 and 2 with All Ride. From start to finish they have been complete professionals. The bikes we used were really easy to ride and well maintained, in fact I think mine was brand new. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn to ride correctly, in fact I intend to go back myself for some advanced training when I have a few more miles under my belt. Fantastic experience: Very helpful from my initial questions about training when I first contacted to my day doing my CBT today. Very wet but they can't be blamed for that! Very patient and encouraging throughout the day. Now off to get some more on the road experience before considering my full test later on. Update: passed my mod2 today and got my full licence. A huge thanks to All Ride and all the instructors. I can't fault them at all.

Fantastic experience: I booked on a return to ride one day refresher course on 10/03/18 after 20 years off the bike and I found it a very worthwhile course. The instructor was excellent and gave me some great feed back, both positive and negative. In fact the whole experience from booking on the course to the day itself was really good, and I am now a lot more confident about my return to biking.
