Fantastic experience: Finished my CBT with these amazing people, never been on a road before, but after completing the CBT I feel safer, and a lot more confident. Paid £135 for my CBT, bike plus gear included! Cant really ask for any more, and for what you pay you probably couldn't find better anywhere else. Andy the instructor was possibly one of the best I've met, his way of teaching is very easy to remember, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. My life saver check is now officially called "Kiss the parrot". I would 100% recommend S.M.A.R.T to anyone looking to complete a CBT and getting on the road for the first time. 10/10 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Recently passed my A2 licence with 0 faults due to the training recieved at Smart. I cannot fault Steve the instructor at all throughout the mod 2 training, top notch bloke, professional and friendly, as well as Ianto for putting me in for the tests very quickly. Will definitely be coming back to complete my full A licence at some point in the future.

Fantastic experience: Ianto is a brilliant bloke. Passed my MOD1&2 1st time in quick success thanks to him. SMART made the learning experience wholly enjoyable and hassle free. Had plenty of time on the bikes before tests and I went into both assessments feeling comfortable and confident. On face value, training seems expensive but knowing 1st hand the quality of the training provided it is incredible value for money. The lads have your best interests at heart and do their best to make the training personal to you even in groups. Long live SMT, proud to say I trained here

Fantastic experience: What can i say, absolutely brilliant from start to finish, been a long time since ive ridden a motorcycle, so decided to get my licence via direct access, did my cbt with another local company but didnt enjoy the experience put a bit of a negative feeling in my mind and made me doubt if i wanted to continue and do my Mod1 and mod2, so several months later i contacted yanto and the whole experience just became better, not only did he build my confidence on a bike, he also help me to prepare and pass both my Mod 1 and mod 2 test both first time, training and guidance was much appreciated, and he as a superb wealth of knowledge which would benefit any new rider, the only negative i can think of was the rain but that was out of his control. Thankyou yanto keep doing what your doing, i know im very grateful.

Highly recommend for your CBT course. Even drove home afterwards which never thought I'd be able to do

To the point, friendly and welcoming- and sympathetic to the needs of all learners. Off to sort the bike out now- cheers guys ️ SMART Motorcycle training come highly recommended. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys were worth it in my opinion. Patient, understanding and tell you what you need to hear. To say I was nervous on Mod1 training was an understatement! These guys got me through it. Mod1 passed yesterday, now to save up the £‘s for Mod2 and there is only one place I’m going back to… SMART Motorcycle Training. Diolch

Fantastic experience: Great instructors and a wonderful learning experience. Massive thanks to Andy, I went from not being able to start a bike without flying off it to loving it out on the roads within 5 hours. The value for money is amazing, paid £125 for the training and test, and if you decided not to go out onto the roads you can come back another time for half price. Thoroughly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get their CBT, and not be discouraged if you have absolutely no experience.

Fantastic experience: Would like to thank all the lads at smart for helping achieve my direct access today from start to finish, I chose to do my direct access motorcycle course with smart, recommended to me by a friend also heard good feed back off others who done there training with these lads, great bunch off blokes very knowledgeable on how they train you for your tests, very easy going with good banter but above all very professional in what they do, if you are thinking of doing your test with the lads don't hesitate just go for it great experience.

Fantastic experience: Great bunch of guys down to earth and will tell it like it is, will try there hardest for you and make sure your confident with everything and will tell you your mistakes and explain to you ways to not make them again there're cheeper than every other trainer in Swansea but they know there stuff. I passed my A2 and A tests with them easily. Would really recommend them to anyone you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Not only a great place to get your CBT (or other motorcycle training) - but it’s also a pretty fun day out! I did my CBT recently with instructor Steve who - despite his constant (hilarious ) abuse about my on TINY incident where I may have fallen off the bike - did a great job at making the day fun, easy to get through and importantly actually useful in terms of technique, safety etc. Instructors are all top notch - you get decent kit and a good bike to ride and the prices are what you’d expect. Very happy customer who would recommend to anyone looking for motorcycle training in South Wales.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for somewhere to learn to ride and pass your test your search is over. Ian and Chris are absolutely awesome. I recently wanted to pass my full motorbike licence and found SMART. I couldn't have asked for more they were very supportive and just really nice people. Ian took me out a few times and showed me what I was doing wrong really constructively and I always felt at ease. Ian was amazing and very funny to go with it. I went on and passed my test with ease and total confidence. Don't bother with the rest, your search is over. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I've done training with a few different places (2 CBT's and Mod 1 all with different places) but I can honestly say that doing my Mod 2 with SMART was my favourite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for bike training at any level.

Fantastic experience: First class training and service with all at SMART. I can highly recommend them. For me it was CBT, MOD1, MOD2 and also extra training days in between. All in all 4 weeks to achieve Cat A license. Ianto, Chris, Mark & Tony were professional throughout providing all the feedback you need to achieve your CBT certificate and pass both modules. Access to the DVSA training centre during MOD 1 is a great benefit. Top class training, fantastic all round service.

Fantastic experience: Did the CBT course last Saturday very proffessional service And the instructors were full of knowlege and made you feel at ease as i have done a few of these courses in the past . The set up was very good and plenty of room to complete the monouvers and when we were on the roads the instructions were very clear and in plenty of time .I would strongly recommend this training center .

Negative experience: My partner phoned to book test for the both of us on same day, we were really disappointed we had to wait over 2 weeks for a CBT but we said yes. Booked for the 30th of March, imagine our frustration when they phoned my partner a week earlier than booked to ask where we were.... We had nothing planned for the day and would have loved to have had the CBT. Lost our deposit too..... Let down badly. We will go else where now

Negative experience: Booked in 2 people for CBT payed deposit £60 was given date for 30th had phone call on 23rd asking where I was... told them I was given the 30th lost deposit for a mistake made by them.. ripped off ! No I did not get the date wrong phone was on loud speaker and both of us heard sat 30th that's 2 weeks sat ! A good company would of apologised for the confusion and offered another date not blaim the customer for them giving wrong date and taking they money !

Fantastic experience: Great guys instructing you with years of experience on the road as police motorcycle officers. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of patience and understanding to help the most nervous of beginners to the more experienced who are progressing to a full licence. Totally recommend them.

Negative experience: Completed Module 1 training 2 weeks ago. Good price (£219) however was disappointed with the duration of the training (45 minutes actual riding time the reminding 2 hours was spent watching other students). Very friendly staff.
