Negative experience: What happened? I did my CBT with these guys a few times and passed with flying colours (maybe coz I'm experienced?) My friend came in for his first ever look into the bike life and was met with impatience and unprofessional comments "He needs a new brain", etc... Ridiculous behaviour IMO! How can you call yourself a training school if your "teachers" are just as childish as the classrooms they teach? Everyone is different and has different approaches when it come to learning something new, especially a fresh out the box rider who's never had any experience on a motorcycle! Let alone someone with a disability! The owner is probably the only one left here with a braincell, I've could've taken the other dudes jaw off for his arrogance, talking shit about my mate behind HIS back to MY face? Brave choice, nevertheless, he won't be returning for his big tests! Once we've got him up to scratch, The Academy with be taking the £1000 instead! Sorry Al, but your team have let you down again!

Fantastic experience: Allen is an abolsutly fantastic guy ! He made me feel really relaxed, welcomed and caterd to my needs like a true gent. Will be going back for my DAS, cant praise these guy's enough, they are all lovely and down to earth and understanding if you are wiling to be civil and relaxed with them.

Fantastic experience: First started with my CBT and then straight through to my direct access. Took around 2 weeks all together. Just passed my test today and couldn't have done it without the both of them. They don't want you to just pass your test but to be a good, safe driver overall. After completing the training I know I will be a good, safer driver on the road. I highly recommend, they were both amazing and made me feel completely at ease and well supported throughout.

Fantastic experience: Can’t fault them, did my CBT with them, then a year later came back to get full licence. Great team, really knowledgeable, good bikes I felt like they prepared me really well for the tests but also went more in-depth to improve my overall riding.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed the Direct Access Scheme course and had a great time learning with Alan and Strat here at Dragon Motorcycle Training. I'd never ridden any kind of motorbike so I started with my CBT at the beginning of August. This was followed by the theory test in October, then in November a bridging lesson, two days "big bike" training and the Module 1 and Module 2 tests. I managed to pass all without a fault, thanks to Strat who did my training. I enjoyed Strat's dry sense of humour and he made me realise that despite my half million miles driving a car on the road, there's a lot more you need to think about when you've only got two wheels on the ground. Of course they train you to pass the test, you practice the manoeuvres and ride the potential test routes. But most importantly I think they taught me real world stuff that I'll likely use forever to enable the safe and efficient use of my motorbike. I'm off shopping for a bike now and looking forward to dropping by the training school for a cuppa and to show them my wheels. Once I've got a few miles under my belt I'm also looking to go back for some advanced user training that Dragon Motorcycle Training offers. Cheers guys.

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT today and was really nervous on the training ground to start but Alan talked me through through everything I needed to do and built my confidence as the course went along. We done all the classroom stuff then headed out onto a road ride. We was out for approx 2 hours and Alan spoke to me the whole way with our earpieces. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of taking my CBT with Dragon Motorcycle Training today. A great experience. Having absolutely zero experience on a bike; not once did I feel rushed, pushed, or unsafe. Instructor took plenty of time with me, focused in on the area's where I needed attention (there was a few!)... And delivered a real good balance of education, safety and fun. I absolutely have the bug now... And can't wait to use the team again to extend my knowledge and education in going for my full licence!

Fantastic experience: Writing this review today after successfully passing my CBT, MOD 1 and MOD 2. Started the journey back in June with my CBT and then went onto the DAS course after that. What a great bunch of fellas. Tim was my instructor and he was just ace. Very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Explained everything that you need to know to make you feel confident in riding and learning all the new skills. Alan is a top bloke too. Came out on my CBT training and gave me some tips that made it all click. Tim trained me for my MOD 1 and MOD 2 and he made sure that you were always comfortable and concentrated on your weaker parts of learning. never moved on unless you had it nailed on. Wouldn't have passed without these guys in my corner. Very friendly, very relaxed and lots of fun too. Keep up the good work gents, i really enjoyed it all and i will see you as soon as i get my ride.....Col.

Fantastic experience: I looked at all the local training providers online, and visited most of them before booking my CBT with Dragon. Flexible lesson scheduling, straight-forward pricing and straight-forward advice, too. Alan said he and his instructors could get me through my DAS training quick-sharpish, and now they have - first-time passes on Mod1 and Mod2, and timed to suit me, but it still only took a few weeks to get me from wobbling about on their off-road space for my CBT to getting a full license. I couldn't have chosen better.

Fantastic experience: Went today for my CBT, it was genuinely a great experience from really knowledgeable trainers. Relaxed, patient, and fun would be how I would describe the experience and so friendly. If you are looking to do a CBT, or any training on bikes, and live in Frodsham, Helsby or Chester, I would seriously give these guys a shout they are spot on. Back to ebay for my first bike! Fantastic experience: Today, thanks to Dragon Motorcycle Training, I fulfilled a dream that I’ve had for the last 15 years and achieved a full category A motorcycle licence. My first point of contact at Dragon Motorcycle Training was Alan, he offered invaluable advice which allowed me to make a fully informed decision as to which direction to take for my training. I opted to undertake the CBT and DAS. Tim was assigned to be my instructor throughout the training. Relying on his wealth of knowledge and experience throughout, I am very pleased to say that I have achieved passes in the CBT and DAS Mod 1 & Mod 2 (all three on the first attempt ). The success of this training was largely due to the superb instruction and encouragement provided by Alan and Tim. I therefore highly recommend Dragon Motorcycle Training for anyone who is interested in undertaking motorbike training at any level.

Fantastic experience: I always wanted to get my motorbike licence and finally, at the tender age of sixty, Alan from Dragon Motorcycle Training helped me achieve it. He assigned Tim to teach me. Tim showed a great level of knowledge, technique, patience and persistence. The tailored training gave me a great basis to get through my CBT, mod 1 and mod 2 tests, each at the first attempt. My previous experience consisted of riding a moped for 18 months from the age of 16, solely to get around until I could drive a car, so it was over 40 years since I relied upon two wheels which presented Tim with a challenge. I now have the basis to get out there and put into practice the skills and advice learnt from Tim and Dragon. I can't recommend too highly Dragon Motorcycle Training to anyone wanting to get on two wheels. Whilst not cheap, the cost was certainly lower than the other riding schools out there and the quality of the training was top notch. Further training is available to learn further skills and hone existing ones once you achieve your initial goal. I will certainly look no further than a call to Alan when I reach that point.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Just completed my DAS with Dragon, I hadn't ridden a bike 5 weeks ago and they've got me through from CBT to Mod 2. The instructors are great, had a good laugh and I always felt they knew exactly what they were doing whilst also keeping it quite relaxed in a good way. Will definitely go back for some advanced training once I've got some miles on the bike!

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT last month and booked my Mod 1 for 4 weeks after and the guys at Dragon Motorcycle we're amazing extremely patient and explained the reasons why we did everything. Cannot thank them enough for there support and having just passed my MOD 1 with no minors I am over the moon cannot recommended Dragon Motorcycle enough 10/10

Fantastic experience: I passed my CBT with the guys at Dragon, I had a really fun day but most of all I felt confident and safe. I bought a 125 motorcycle and after 6 months I went back to Dragon and did their direct access for my full license. I did 3 full days lessons and then passed both mod 1 and mod 2 first time. Kerry and Allan are brilliant teachers and they are both really good fun. I'd recommend Dragon to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT with Kerry today on a geared bike, have never ridden a motor bike previously. Found it really hard to get to grips with at the start but thanks to kerrys patience it all came together. Very good instructor, very knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about. Thoroughly recommended. I'll be going back to take lessons with him after today.

Fantastic experience: Started riding with Alan and Tim from CBT up to full licence (which I had to complete twice due to A2 restrictions). Cannot recommend these gents enough. They take the time to ensure you are a safe rider as well as competent in passing the tests. Best of all, I had a good laugh. I trusted them when they recommended how much training I required and they were spot on - no taking advantage or trying to over charge. Genuine honest company that have a passion for bikes.

Fantastic experience: I went on a CBT course elsewhere and realised that I needed more practice and tuition. I found the course quite difficult as an older novice and I struggled with some of the manoeuvres but I did realise what my mistakes were and that I needed encouragement and the time to work these things out. Unfortunately the instructor on the course was more interested in the other trainee who had past experience and I fell by the wayside. I did some research on the web and called in on Dragon and had a long chat with Alan. He listened to how I felt I needed to progress and gave me a lot of encouragement, putting me at ease and offering me a taster session there and then. His enthusiasm and humorous approach helped me to relax. He was happy to arrange one to one instruction to meet my needs and this took place with Tim. Tim was filled with enthusiasm and very encouraging and succeeded in getting me through my CBT - no mean feat! I'm now happy tootling along on my 125 enjoying the open roads and will be returning to Dragon sometime soon to move on with Direct Access. I can't recommend these guys more highly. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Good Morning fellow bike riders out there. I have just completed my Direct Access Course with Dragon Motorcycle Training & what an experience it was. I went from C B T training right through to passing my Test in Chester on 25/10/2016 all in a couple of months, first go Yahoo! The guys who I worked with, Alan & Tim, were brilliant and very flexible with my lessons & times and they made me feel at ease with all aspects of the course. We also had great banter along the way and a real good laugh but it was their way of teaching me as I don't listen properly sometimes to Instructions as I know everything anyway LOL. We spent lots of time practising on the training circuit and a lot of time out on the road. I was with Tim on a one to one. He is a superb Instructor who comes highly recommended by myself. The courses are top class and very professional. I went in as a novice and came out as a professional. I cannot recommend Dragon Motorcycle Training highly enough to anybody in the area and beyond. Fantastic experience: I completed a DAS course the first time of asking at Wolf and could not recommend it enough. Firstly they were happy to squeeze me in and provide a flexible program that took into account my rigid university hours. Not only that, the pricing was second to none in the area, and by quite some way compared to other places. This was really important to me as a student on a budget. The training itself was brilliant, I never felt patronised or pressured and they couldn't take enough time to make sure I felt confident and safe in every aspect of the training. This was no rush job, in and out the door, they want you to leave a safe and competent rider for life. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Recently completed a DAS course at Wolf which resulted in me passing my Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests. Excellent standard of training throughout, preparing me very well for both of my tests. Everybody involved had a great positive attitude which helped me no end especially when nerves began to kick in at crunch time. I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn how to ride a bike proper and safe to give Wolf a go.
