Fantastic experience: Bit over due this one as I’d completely forgot to write a review. But thanks to the amazing people triskelion I passed my mod 1 and mod 2 first time round. The team are a lovely bunch of people and without their help I would not of got my big boy licence. I’d personally like to shout out kev as he got me upto the standards I needed to be at. Again a great bunch of people with extensive knowledge of anythikg bike related and the training was 5****. I would recommend anybody to go to triskelion whether it be a cbt or a full DAS course. Fantastic experience: Just re-done my CBT today after being recommended by 2 other people and everyone is great. Everyone is calm, professional and easily approachable. Really good knowledge of high way code and changes that are implemented in said code. Road test instructions are very clear and spoken more than once to make sure you understand what you are doing and where you are going. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough AND cheaper than a lot of places in Sheffield. And they do all of that while still being able to have a laugh! Excellent job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience: Staff was talkative and had banter. Website stated £900 for the package and I paid £950 so either website needs updating or I was overcharged by £50

Fantastic experience: Just completed my CBT with Triskelion, really great. Even though I could already ride, I tend to get nervous doing things like this but Ash was amazing and put me at ease. This was a much better experience than when I did my first CBT (I won't name the company) Honestly, even if you live more Clay Cross way, make the extra journey and pay these guys a visit - you're not gonna regret it!

Fantastic experience: I came to Triskelion via a friend's recommendation and I honestly glad I did. I cannot speak highly of Triskelion, their staff and especially their Mechanic Gruff. Professional and polite service from the moment of speaking with them initially right through to completion of work done I took my Intruder 800 for new tyres and exhaust fitting. My bike was in safe and secure hands all the way through and I cannot complement Gruff enough for his work ethic and attention to detail.on the replacement of my exhaust. Top work done by a true gent All round, superb experience with top tier banter with the people who work here. I will absolutely be bringing my bike back here for work I might need doing in the future. Thank you so so much!

Fantastic experience: Triskelion have taught me right from the start. I took the CBT course initially and then moved on to DAS on the big bike. I have recently passed and would definitely recommend Triskelion if you are looking for a school that will teach you how to ride properly, not just a weeks crash course. Tom and Kev are great instructors, giving you guidance throughout.

I took my cbt with Adam and even though I was nervous and had to retake the test he was still patient with me and made me feel a lot more at ease, helping me pass my test and feel more confident. Fantastic experience: Phenomenal school. Very welcoming crew here, what they don't know about bikes and riding isn't worth knowing. I paid for my DAS upfront and then when personal issues prevented me from continuing with it they held it and said I can resume whenever I'm comfortable. I've done all my training here.Could not recommend more highly for any level of rider.

Fantastic experience: I did about 4 or 5 CBT training with Triskelion before plucking up the courage to go for full bike licence I was rather nervous for a while but all the training team gave me confidence in myself even when I didn’t realise that they were. They built my confidence up so that I was able to take the mod 1 and mod 2 which I had passed no and got my full licence. So I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team especially Kev and Tom who gave me the training I needed I did go out mostly with To so thank you very much for your patience and amazing training throughout my training. All the team are incredibly helpful and patient. Anyone who want obtain there full licence or even the CBT go with Triskelion they are the company to go with

Negative experience: I had been with this company for several months, and to be fair they started off good. The training went well, the support and I couldn't fault the team. So what went wrong, I don't 100% know. I was out last week. I was given an instruction but didn't hear it on the first call. Its a one way radio, so you can't reply back or answer. The only moment I knew something wrong was when I heard the radio kick back in. The instructor was angry and very upset when the radio kicked back in and I didn't know it was aimed at me at first, until I heard bike 1 called. Was I happy with how he spoke to me. NO. He was swearing and threating to ram the bike where the sun doesnt shine, if I continued. The rant didn't stop, he continued his tangent, all the way back to the yard. I have never had a problem and have always listened to instructions. So why was this day different? I was upset with myself, as If I heard any instruction to pull over, I would have done and two, to have abuse to get your point across doesn't work for me. I've now lost £700 and got to start over. Very disappointed and let down..

Fantastic experience: Renewed my CBT here in June and was pleased with the approach and professional attitude of the instructors so I booked a Direct Access Course. Tom & Kev were patient and thorough even when some of the techniques took some sinking into my brain. I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests first time which shows the calibre of the tuition I received from all at Triskelion. Be prepared for a little 'rough humour' and the smokers corner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Triskelion for your motorcycle training needs.

Fantastic experience: Booked a Direct Access course through Triskelion having done a CBT elsewhere prior and wanting to get my full Category A license done and dusted - glad i did. Everyone is lovely, patient & experienced, always got good tips during and at the end of my lessons on what to make sure i polish up on - and finally, today i passed my MOD 2 and it's all done and dusted. I won't be a stranger either, will pop down from time to time and see how everyone's getting on

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, very friendly team .

Positive experience: I took my CBT with Triskelion and it was a strange day of ups and downs. I'll be the first to admit that I was not the best rider. A lot of the skills took me a while to get my head around. I'd never sat on a bike before, so things didn't come naturally to me at all. I was pretty nervous beforehand as well. The instructors were patient which was good, and they did occasionally take the time to explain things further to me which was good. Though there were other times when I was doing the same drill over and over again where I was looking for some feedback to what I was doing right or wrong and I didn't get anything, just "Turn round, do it again". I feel this could be improved a little to complete novices like myself. Also, we did run out of time to complete the CBT though. As stated it was supposed to be all day but we finished the training at 3pm as the training area was booked for something else, so I felt a little short changed in this area. There were a couple of off-putting things to me from a personal point of view as well. There was a lot of cigarette smoking going on which of course is fine for those wanting to do that, but having to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in/out of the office room, I wasn't a fan of at all. There was also unfortunately some racist language used. It certainly shocked me to hear words I haven't heard for decades being used and I found that a little upsetting as well. Overall being totally honest... I'm not sure I would go back. I think the training itself is decent enough, it just didn't fit with me that well. I certainly need more training myself but having to deal with the negative things I mentioned means I don't think I could bring myself to return to Triskelion for it unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I attended after wanting to do my CBT/Bike test for 27 years. They are brilliant, nurturing each person's needs, no pushing for you to get it done ASAP. The staff are all characters in their own rights, but all share the passion for safe biking. See you next year guys for my full test. Your legions xxx

Fantastic experience: After doing my CBT with Triskelion I had no hesitation in booking my DAS with them and I cannot thank them enough. Very professional and helped me right through to passing my test. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to learn to ride or go for their full license. Best bike school around by far. Fast track to now, and I've done 2 CBTs and passed my full bike test all with triskelion, and now I'm even on my way to becoming an actual motorcycle mechanic... All because of the amazing people that make up the triskelion team! I couldn't be more grateful to them, or more proud of myself. 10/10 x

Fantastic experience: I'm training here at the moment and so far all my interactions have been great with friendly staff who know what they are doing. For someone who is a stress head like myself I must admit I was nervous at first but as soon as you walk in you feel so welcome ( they had hero's stapled to the ceiling lol)

Fantastic experience: Met Rain today, after a phone call of a million questions, in which she was very patient and professional explaining our next steps to complete our training. The face to face meeting was excellent in which she took us out (on our own bikes) to see where we are at and then a general catch up on what we have covered with our other training center (which we have left). Rain spent a considerable amount of time (for free) explaining things and was not at all pushy in trying to make us join the school. Rain had masses of knowledge and is very understanding too of learning needs (Both of us being dyslexic). We have booked in for a few lessons and hope to both pass mod 1 and 2 with the help of Triskelion and the lovely staff. Great experience

Fantastic experience: Having done an unsucessful DAS course at an atrocious riding school down south a year ago, Triskelion Motorcycle Training were the complete opposite. The owner and Instrictors are patient, experienced and thorough, and don't just teach you how to pass the tests; they teach you how to he a proficient rider too! If I'd known just how good they were, I wouldn't have paid for the guaranteed pass - thanks to the high quality instructors and personalised training schedule I passed both modules first time! Thank you in particular to Lorraine, Kev and Tom = )

Fantastic experience: Worth travelling 20 miles just to get my CBT done with this school. I would rank one of the best motorcycle training school in Chesterfield. Did my 2nd CBT with instructor Mike on 20/08/21. We been doing mostly practical on bike and dealing with all off road safety, observation, move off, manuerver, Salom figure 8, emergency stop and we spent the last 2 hours riding on the main road like urban, countryside road, dealing with traffic at juction. Over all it was great experience. Lorraine the motorcycle owner school, I spoke to about the further course, she was really friendly and nice. I will definitely come back for Direct Access Updated After 1 year of holding CBT, I decided to came back and did my DAS course and finally passed my Mod 2 yesterday for the first time. Loraine, Tom and Kev are very brilliant, very patient, always giving good advice, very supportive and friendly instructors and always up for banter and laugh . Not only they teach you to pass your test but they teach you to ride confident and safely on road . Highly recommended if you looking to progress further training or obtaining your licence. Nathan

Fantastic experience: I started yesterday at 8.45am as a total novice and by the end of the day i had a CBT certificate in my hand after a day of full instructions, safety and a fantastic 2 hour ride out on a geared 125cc. Thank you to the whole team but particularly Kev who had the patience of a saint. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Safety first is the moto, not how much can we get from you :-)

Fantastic experience: Should have wrote this review last year when these guys got me through my big bike test, i started off at a pace in Leicester which turned out were only interested in taking your money and not your safety. Gruff and the guys are leagues apart they are patient and make sure your fully comfortable with everything, and give you very direct feedback, add to that they are genuine bikers with great stories and sense of humour, the banter is as good as the lessons, none of this rush you through and get you out after your hour lesson, they take their time chat you through stuff over a brew and really care about making you a bike rider, not just getting you through the test. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough it was almost a shame passing my test as that meant the end of my lessons!!! If your really wanting to learn to ride these are the guys to go to thanks Gruff and the team.

Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely fantastic. From start to finish they could not do enough to help and assist. My 16 year old and myself both attended to complete our CBT, though my son managed to fall of the bike during his 1st attempt, the guy's managed to get his courage up and build his confidence back up enough to get back on the bike and successfully complete the course. Fantastic experience: I myself run highly on customer service and undoubtedly these guy go the extra mile for their students right from the first phone call too all the way now to my mod 2 every time I rang always helped even if I do ask some daft questions haha. Two of my close friends passed the DAS with triskelion and now at the point of mod 2 in just 4 weeks I can not speak anymore highly of the training these guys give. Negative experience: My brothers CBT took 10 hours! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Even worse that he had done it before! Lost out on a full days wage through them wasting time! Choose CMC every day of the week who did my second one in under 5 hours which meant i could get to work on time!

Fantastic experience: Because of weather I spent a full very cold Friday with all of these guys and I've probably never laughed so much in my life all of them are so down to earth and easy going ...the weather really was not that suitable for bikers but they hung around for us and got us through it witch they didn't have to do also cheapest guys around 100% recommend..good luck on your tests
