Fantastic experience: Another taster done today and I can’t fault the instructor’s patience, direction, and effort in making sure I got he best out of my taster. I definitely won’t leave it too long before next one, as I’m still on the fence if this is for me (always pillion) either way I gain more respect and knowledge even at this old age Highly recommend even if you simply try it.

Fantastic experience: I have completed my CBT, mod 1 and mod 2 with MTW at both the Pontypridd and Swansea sites. I would thoroughly recommend MTW for your motorcycle training. The equipment and bikes are of great quality. The instructors are experienced and provide very good tutorship. For the mod 1 and mod 2 there is ample time on the day of the test for training as the training is well structured and gives you a great idea of what to expect in the real test. For prospective prior to my mod 1 and 2 I had not ridden anything bigger than a 125cc and that was only during my CBT. Yet under the guidance of the MTW instructors I passed first time in both the mod 1 and 2 on a CB650R. Thank you so much MTW.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT, Mod 1 & Mod 2 thanks to MTW. Fantastic instructors who gave me confidence for every test and supported me in every way + plenty of banter and light heartedness to make the days go by easily. The support provided was exceptional, after failing my Mod 1 on the first go, the instructors supported me to make a claim against the DVSA. It was determined that I should not have failed and the DVSA reimbursed my money for this. This was in no way MTW's fault and more down the examiner on the day, but MTW helped me to claim that money back. Fully passed and on my big bike now! Thanks again!

With a range of riding experience within the group, John (instructor) catered the training to suit everyone's needs. Fantastic experience: With no prior experience on a motorcycle, John (the instructor) gave me confidnce and the ability to pass my CBT and some advice and tips to progress onto my mod 1 and 2. Great quality of people and fair skill evaluation.

Fantastic experience: Passed my MOD1 on second attempt (foot down on U-turn) and MOD2 on first attempt with the guys down at MTW and couldn't be happier. Great guidance and training to get you ready for your tests and plenty of advice and insight into how to get it done on the right way. Genuinely impressed by the set up and obvious investment they make with their trainees, wouldn't think about going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to John for helping me get my CBT license today. I am absolutely thrilled I was terribly nervous on the way there but as soon as I meet John I felt more at ease straight away. As an instructor he is first class. He explains everything in an easy to understand way and gives plenty of encouragement and feedback when needed. He is extremely patient with new riders knowing how nervous most of us are. When you’re out on the road you feel 100% safe as John is reassuring and guiding you all the way. I would encourage anyone who may be feeling nervous like I was this morning to go ahead and book your CBT. I am an instructor myself (car) and I know you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT with John on Feb 9th. I was very nervous as I had never ridden a bike on the road before. After a quick chat and run through of what the day included, he made me feel much more relaxed. His training and explanations were spot on which made my confidence grow quickly which meant that I couldn't wait to get out on the road. We had good banter along the way which kept my nerves down and loved every minute of it, even though the weather was wet and cold. I will be booking my Direct Access through MTW again as soon as I've passed my theory.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t thank John enough for helping me pass my CBT. From the second I got there, John was very welcoming and was very throughout when teaching me the theory behind it. When learning to ride the bike, John was very patient and helped me overcome little difficulties I had. While out on the road, John was very reassuring and made me feel safely confident. I was quite nervous before arriving, but John made the day fun from start to finish. Anyone debating doing their CBT should book in ASAP with John, really cannot recommend him enough. Once again, thank you and I will see you in future!

Fantastic experience: Saw one of the awesome instructors out while on my first ride after passing my Direct Access scheme so here is my review. Went through my CBT, mod1 & 2 with MTW. Impressive instructors such as Dave but not him alone the whole team are great at their jobs. Highly recommend MTW for anyone wanting to get on the road on 2 wheels and don't let age be a deterrent. Fantastic experience: Came to MTW to do my CBT today. John, the instructor, explained the whole day and put us at ease. I had very little experience of riding but found the course gave me the skills and confidence to be able to go out and ride safely on the road. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I’ve had. From never touching a bike till I went for my CBT at this training centre. The instructor was very professional and experienced, and he got me going quickly. I was also impressed with how calm and helpful John was during the practice and road test. They also have tea and coffee what more could you want. If you’re considering the CBT you are in very competent hands. If you have nerves about it just come down anyway the instructors will know if your capable or not and won’t make you do anything they don’t think your capable of.

He took a laid-back approach, which I feel is important with beginners, to ensure we performed in a safe and calm manner. Had a great day. Lots of fun. I’d highly recommend doing a CBT with these guys.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with MCW at the Llandarcy site and the around Swansea for the ride out. A great refresher after not being on a bike for at least 44 years. The instructor John had a lot of patience, resulting in a successful pass. A great team to be and work with. I did mine with another and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: CBT, theory, Mod1 and Mod2 completed all within 3 weeks and 2 days. From saying I would never get a bike to getting my full category A. Big thanks to the guys at Mtw Wales . Had the pleasure of being trained by most of the instructors all of which were top guys. The training bikes I rode, 125's and the Honda 650's were near new, very well kept and dream to ride! First big ride out today on the MT07

Fantastic experience: Great instructors, took my CBT here with Paul after having an hours assessment the week before with Kevin. I would definitely recommend doing the hours assessment before booking the CBT it really helped. Everything was explained clearly and concisely before going on the bikes. I'll definitely be going back for more lessons to take my full test. Really friendly and welcoming guys.

Fantastic experience: Arrived having had a terrible CBT experience with another company and, therefore, with no confidence that I'd actually be able to do it. They managed to sort me a CBT with 2 days notice and the instructors immediately put me at ease. Kev was incredible at building my confidence and was really down to earth. Despite living in England, I will definitely be making the journey again to do my further training towards my DAS. To anyone that's as nervous as I was, this is definitely the place to do it.

Fantastic experience: Recently done my cbt, theory, mod 1 and mod 2 all within 3 months. All the instructors are extremely friendly and patient. I had dave for mod 1 and gethin for mod 2 both really nice guys and extremely helpful. Passed first time on all of them thanks to the training provided and on the day of my mod 2 I didn't have much equipment and Paul was nice enough to lend me a neck scarf so I could concentrate on my test and not the cold. Highly recommend Motorcyle training wales for all aspects of motorcycle training!

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools around very reasonable on price to other schools and passed my cbt with them at there ponty site and did my mod1 with them in swansea and passed first time and had my mod 2 test with them this week in merthyr and passed first time thanks to the help of the bike trainers at mtw and with only 6 hours road ride time for all parts shows how much these guys are good at what they do

I went from a total novice, having barely even ridden a push bike to passing my CBT and wanting to continue with lessons for a motorbike! Fantastic experience: Recently travelled an hour to get to these guys for my Mod 1 and Mod 2 due to lack of availability in my local area. Katie was fantastic at putting my mind at ease when booking me in and very honest about the whole process. Managed to do both Mod 1 and 2 in a space of about 6 days and passed first time. Dave the instructor was amazing, very patient, really informative and encouraging. Was really nervous about the whole process but can’t thank them enough. Would highly recommend these guys for training in the South Wales area. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Excellent training with the instructor; clear, patient and really helped to build confidence. The bikes are excellent, (Honda CBR650s) and very easy to ride for a newbie to bigger bikes. Great that we each had our own bike to get used to and a warm up and run through the morning of the test. We then rode to the test centre on the same bike to do our test. All really useful to get to know the bike and do the MOD1 with confidence. I passed with 2 minor faults (shoulder check on the U turn and only 49kph on the collision avoidance); the bike was lovely with loads of torque with very low risk of stalling, easy to ride. Great training and thank you MTW. I will be back to do my MOD2.

Fantastic experience: Just did my CBT with these guys yesterday and was left very impressed with them. Everyone I came in contact with was warm, friendly and informative. From Gethin, Dave and Tony to Kate in the shop, nothing was too much trouble. I started from zero upon arrival and left with my CBT at the end of the day. Although I was the only customer there with no experience I never once felt under any pressure or criticism. A throughly enjoyable day. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a good and reliable place to get your CBT or license then come to these guys. I've done everything with them, I started with a CBT and then I went ahead to get my A2 license, and now 2 years later I was able to progress further and do my full Category A license, and I did everything first try. They have the best instructors in my opinion
