Fantastic experience: I normally don’t write any reviews unless is for something extremely good, the people who are working in there and I mean EVERYONE are awesome, the welcoming, the instructors, the soup, the cleanliness, the owners, the bikes 10 stars. I will be there soon to share the most iconic traditional dish from my home country.

Fantastic experience: 100 percent recommend! As soon as i arrived i was greeted by Angie and Claire who made me feel at home from the off. Depending on where i will be in the country i will definitely make the effort to do my full licence here. Great banter and an extremely helpful team, not forgetting the amazing soup for lunch - thanks to John and his wife I chose to do my CBT so i can get a wee grom in the back of my van. Not only did they have a grom, they let me do my CBT on one and also see if it could fit in my van! hopefully see the team again next year for my full licence… big shout out to Alfie for taking us out on the road and making me want my full licence! if you are nervous and have never been on a bike before get yourself booked here!

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT here but also bought some accessories and a helmet along with riding gear. I had some reservations about colour and helmet sizing but the after care here has been excellent. Not just great riding, but also great customer care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience with Claire & John! I can’t thank Claire & John enough for their incredible guidance as I embarked on my motorbike journey. Coming in with absolutely no prior experience, I was amazed at how confident and prepared I felt after just a few hours of training. They truly are the dream team! Special shoutout to the delicious soup—it was the perfect treat after an exciting day of learning. Highly recommend A2B for anyone looking to start their motorbike adventure. Negative experience: What an absolute joke tA to B are keeping £160 from me for what was meant to be a days training but sent me away after 2 hours with no more help Nothing but greed wouldn’t call that a “Training” School there supposed to help and guide in the right direction has anyone else had this happen to them If so who can I report this too as i don't have much money and this was to be my means of transport for a new job that I have applied for any help would be greatly appreciated
Hi Joanne I have already responded to you on FB and by other means, in your last communications you said you were going to take the matter further so I gave you my response as below, I have explained and you have admitted you have no balance and balance is something we simply cannot teach you on the day and your CBT was brought to a close on safety grounds as your safety is of paramount concern to us as we have a duty of care. Fantastic experience: Recently done my CBT with A2B and they were great, the staff was super friendly and polite. My instructor Alfie was an absolute legend, a kind guy who was a pleasure to work with. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I will be back here to get my big boy license once I’m old enough :)

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter had a great experience at a2b doing our CBT. Having been let down by another company they fitted us in at the last minute which we were very grateful for. Communication from Ang was great and we felt welcomed the minute we walked through the door. The day was very well arranged and the process flowed well. By the time the afternoon came we felt confident and comfortable to do out on the road with Alfie who made us feel safe and gave good feedback and direction throughout. He was particularly patient with me as I often forgot to turn off my indicator. Thanks also to John for his advice during the day and to Ang for the fantastic Minestrone soup and fresh bread. We were also able to do some shopping and got a great jacket at a bargain price and some gloves. Negative experience: My experience with this guys was terrible honestly I would not recommend them to anyone and please be careful…I was there 8/10/24 for my CBT the time was 7.45am I got there 6.20am Waite for them to open..we where supposed to be two of us I waited for next guy till 8.45 before we stated unfortunately I didn’t make it that day because I made a road mistake I ask to be given second chances they refuse fine…I paid £60 for another road test for 18/10/24 on my way there I call to inform them I will be late for 10 to 20 minutes I was told to return home my test will not happen again and should pay another £60 The way the lady talked to me on phone was terrible as I am right now am afraid to continue with motorcycle career due to the experience and phone conversation with them, has discouraged me. I am not supposed to treated like this at all I patiently waited for over 1 hours for the other guy the first day ask Alvin the instructions. She return me back home the way she spoke to me on the phone was disrespectful and terrible I became or look stupid on my way home I pray God give me strength to get better I just remembered on that day I bought riders booth and L plate from them
Hi Martins, as previously stated on here we welcome all reviews, good, bad or indifferent, all we ask is that you tell the truth as we do have the right to reply. When you were here doing your CBT I was on holiday but I have checked the diary, the day you came in at 7.45am the CBT started at 8am, there was another student who was in for a "repeat C" this starts at 8.45 am as it is just that a repeat of their CBT so you are correct that someone came in at 8.45am, they were however NOT LATE, that was the time they were meant to come in at. Unfortunately you did not complete your CBT on that day and you were informed you would have to come back for a "road run" this was booked for the 18/10 8am to 10am, when you called to say you would be 20 minutes not the 10/20 minutes late as you have stated, it was explained to you that we would be unable to do your road run as there was other training booked in immediately after you and as a road run is a minimum of two hours you would need to rebook and yes there would be a charge as the instructor had already been paid to do your road run, you then informed me that you do not like riding in the dark, something you should not be doing anyway without a CBT, you then accused us of being racist, saying that if you had been white and Scottish you would have been treated differently, this is definitely NOT the case and that was explained to you, you continued to be verbally abusive and the call was terminated for that reason. You continued to call back at which point the call was put on loud speaker so that the rest of the office staff could hear you, we could still NOT get a word in as the call continued. We are not here to be abused verbally or otherwise and we are definitely NOT racist and we treat everyone the same, we try hard not to offend anyone by providing a prayer area should it be required, we buy Halal meat for use in the soup, again so that we don't offend and we find it incredulous that you even think the way you do. You have to understand that training schools work to schedules in order that everyone can be accommodated, running 20 minutes late would be totally unfair to the person/people that have their training booked and arrive on time. If you had turned up 20 minutes late we would have been unable to complete your road run and you would have had to come back again. In the end and after your continual verbal abuse and accusations of racial discrimination, we brought the conversation to an end and wished you well going forward
Negative experience: The most dishonest and fraudulent 'school' in Edinburgh & the Lothians. Awful people, disgusting attitude toward beginners and just plain rude. How this company is still functioning is an anomaly. Give a taxi driver a bike license and this is what you get. Arrogance on two wheels, not just four. Incompetent HR, impatient instructors, and a horrible environment for new bikers to begin in. Save your money and energy, go to LMT.
Hi Matthew, I think you've sent this review in error so I'm sure you will remove it and post it on the appropriate web site or name the correct school you attended as you have never attended our school since conception. I'm sure that you are aware that reviews can be detrimental to companies, therefore fake and untrue reviews can not only effect businesses but can cost people their jobs, something I'm sure is not your intention. When putting up a review its best to be honest as companies do have paperwork, CCTV along with camera's to that can prove statements to be untrue and they have the right to respond. We at A2B have never been dishonest or fraudulent as you have stated and we do not have a disgusting attitude towards anyone let alone beginners regardless of what your girlfriend Katie Boyes has stated, you were not there and have never been here
Negative experience: People seemed nice enough if you have confidence or have experience, if you don't, then don't use A2B. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, the statement the instructor gave me vs what I was doing, did not match. I was told "less clutch" whilst the clutch was fully out. I felt because the other learner had done his cbt but needed more time, the focus was completely on him. Passive aggressive statements made during my experience, caused for serious confidence issues. If I struggled, there was no constructive help, just pointed out that I managed it earlier so why can't I do it now. Or "let's just pretend you are able to do it and move on". When breaks every 10 mins with little time to wrap your head around it. Which may be fine if you have experience. Did not get taught how to move a bike safely by foot, straight to going onto the bike and moving. Since doing a CBT elsewhere I can assure you, if you want to learn how to safely be on a bike. Use LMT, if you want to pass quickly with zero care if you have confidence or you just want a quick resit, by all means. Also if you email A2B, to discuss your concerns, you will be greeted with more passive aggressive remarks that they don't work for free and make it feel like you're the issue not them. My CBT was stopped because I fell, it was 11:30am. In total was on the bike learning not even equivalent to an hour. I fell by (since learning elsewhere) using front break whilst turning on slow control leads to jerking forward and falling. The anger from the instructor, then the mocking from the people inside watching. Was belittling. Also apparently a clutch lever snapping costs you £70 (even though you're paying for insurance). Paying £175 for less than 2 hours "training", being mocked and confidence shattered, is not how I thought my day would go. Personally, since doing a CBT elsewhere, if a place has a 10 week wait, it's cause the training is worth it. If you can get booked in tomorrow. Maybe question it. I wish I did. I know the response will be of sorts "their professional opinion was I wasn't ready", or "we offered you to come back to complete the cbt / offered you a scooter to pass the cbt"/" don't work for free". Yeah that's fine but you took £175 to not train me. Why offer a scooter to pass a CBT, I want to learn a bike, I paid you to train me on a bike not to give up with minimal training. I passed my CBT with ease at LMT. Different ball game in their training. A2B - Arrogant 2 Beginners.
Hi Katie Thank you for your review, we welcome all reviews, good, bad or indifferent but we do prefer it when the truth is told. Firstly we are sorry you feel the way you do about your time with us but your day was brought to an end when you came off the bike, this was nothing to do with the damage to the bike as a bike can be repaired or replaced but you are our priority. The report on your paperwork and I quote states, "Katie struggled with balance and basic controls and dropped the bike, no injuries were reported but she was understandably upset. Due to the broken lever she was given another bike to use but due to the combination of struggling with the control's, balance and the fact that she was still upset she was given the opportunity to change to an automatic scooter but declined. After several attempts on the other bike bike and several breaks to allow her to get her confidence back and to gain her composure as she remained visibly very upset, the decision was taken for safety reasons not to continue. She was informed that she needed to come back for a repeat C at a cost of £90 and said she would call when ready" I read this and spoke with the lead instructor who took your CBT, in all the years I have worked with him he is the last person I would have said could be "passive aggressive", so I have no idea where this would have come from. As for staff member's inside, there was only one that day and she would never have mocked you, she is a mother of 3 and would have fussed over you like a mother hen as any who have been here before you would testify. What we have found over the years is that schools get the blame for things when in all honesty frustration sets in, this is totally understandable. The damage to the bike was minimal, a lever, yes you were insured but we like other schools have an excess, LMT are the same. We have never been arrogant with beginners whatsoever, we make everyone feel welcome whether a novice or renewal. Yes there was a renewal in with yourself but there was 2 instructors so you ended up with "one on one" training as you were struggling. As for waiting 10 weeks, LMT like many other schools are only sanctioned to do 2 CBT's at a time, we are sanctioned for 14 so can usually offer a CBT quicker as we are a bigger school and not because we are not busy. Congratulation's on achieving your CBT, something I'm sure you would have done here had you returned as you would already have had some experience, stay safe.

Superb and just shows the quality of training. Soup was amazing at lunchtime Wouldn’t do the training with anyone else… looking forward to doing my full licence ❤️

Fantastic experience: I'd recommend this place and this team of people to anyone who wants to get into biking. Tuition is excellent and the bikes are all maintained. Claire and Donald went above and beyond although I was tempted to knock a star off the rating for having to listen to Donald's woeful attempts at cracking jokes. Thanks again guys.

Negative experience: The most dishonest company ever!! I took CBT on 22/08. Upon arrival, the place seemed to have a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been checked in and informed that there will be a DVSA man (whom they know as it is always the same person) assessing them, looking around, etc. The course started as scheduled. However, myself and another trainee started to have long breaks every 15 minutes as the instructor (who is the owner) was chatting a lot with the DVSA person and showing off his bus license, how much he uses it. We didn’t know the exact schedule of the course, so we played along. The more time passed, the more unrealistic it started to appear for us to complete the course on that day. As I mentioned, our instructor was busy chatting. Finally, at around 3 pm, our instructor told us we won’t finish the course due to lack of time and that we’ll need to be rebooked. Perfect, right? Couldn’t be more wrong. They have requested me to pay additional £90 on top of the £150 I have already spent. The lady at the desk who is also the owner started to shout at me that nobody will work for free, they need to pay the instructors, I don’t have to come back if I don’t want to. So I spent £150 for nothing? For the instructor having chats and having extremely bad time management?! Anyway, as angry and disappointed I was, I paid the £90 and rebooked it for 11/09 (I need to mention that they stressed out how grateful I should be for them to do so as they require the course retake to commerce within a 10-day period, and they waived that for me). A few days prior to the retake, I sent an email asking for better time management; however, that woman from the front desk/owner, Angela Allan, clearly doesn’t know how to treat paying customers, and she gave me the same attitude over all the emails we exchanged, without being diplomatic. I attended the retake CBT on 11/09, and I didn’t have to wait long for Angela to start steaming off at me (in person), blaming that the only reason I didn’t complete the CBT on 22/08 was me not meeting standards; they don’t do preferential treatment (which I didn’t even ask) and started to push with her agenda, putting words in my month, and also that in her opinion I don’t speak a good level of English. She was extremely arrogant, rude, and over the top with her anger, confrontational. I tried to minimise any arguments, but it was impossible, as she constantly was coming up with something else to pick on. She decided to have another go on me and my boots. Now my boots weren’t suitable, even though I wore the same pair on the first day I attended there. At the end, her employee instructor accepted my pair of boots. I then started the course with Claire and another instructor whose name I can’t remember. They had excellent time management, were very patient, knowledgeable, and super nice and happy with the progress I was making, as well as others. After lunch we were briefed about the element E, informed that me and another guy will be with a third instructor, Donald. Donald presented a very patient attitude and did his best to help us give our best on the road, and we all received certificates. All the credit goes to these instructors. However, if you’re thinking of doing your CBT or DAS here, it's better to stay away, as in 98% of cases you’ll have to deal with unpleasant, greedy, arrogant owners who will do ANYTHING to overcharge you and abuse their power not to progress you to next steps, using the excuse that YOU didn’t meet the standards. Chances are high for Angela to pick up a fight with you for no reason at all. Something that should be a joyful experience was a nightmare; caused lots of stress and anxiety. £240 for a CBT... It is a bummer, as I’d be very happy to do my DAS with Claire, Donald, or the other instructor I had on 11/09. But no more of my money will go to those greedy owners.
Hi Asley, thank you for your reveiw, we welcome all reveies, good, bad or indifferent but we prefer it when the truth is told and so reserve the right to reply. The day in question of your CBT, you are correct in that the DVSA were in attendance to do a regular "check test" on one of the instructors, this happens on a regular basis to ensure all standards are met. On doing your CBT both you and the other gentleman, were not treated any different to anyone else but unfortunately, you and the other gentleman were struggling, you actually struggled when attempting to put the bike on the stand, from there both of you struggled with many other things. Yes there were breaks but no more than what we be given at any other time with any other pupil and unfortunalelly both of you failed to make "reasonable progree" throughout the day and as time was moving on, the CBT was called to a halt at 3.30pm as there was no way there was enough time to complete element C, D & E that day, this was explained to you during the debreif and whilt you appeared to understand the reason behind bringing you back, you were not happy at having to pay a reduced fee of £90, that is £70 off the normal daily charge. It was explained at the time that we as a company cannot do this without a charge as the instructors want paying for the work they do, in fact at that point you were asked if you would do a days fork for no money and your answer was no. You seemed to un derstand, paid the £90 and it was explained that normally we ask that you come back within 10 days but you informed us you had other committments so you were booked in at the first available date that was convenient for you. During that day you had requested information on DAS, you were informed that we would need to wait to see what the instructors thoughts were to you moving forward with that. Prior to you returning yesterday, you had emailed the office asking for a guarenteed pass and it was explained that this was not something we offer. On turning up yesterday, you said you expected to offered the chance to complete ALL the elements and that you thought you should have "special treatment", you were told that everyone was treated the same but that if you had wanted "one on one" instruction, that we could offer that but it would cost you more money, you politely declined. With the knowledge you gained from the first day, that enabled you to complete your CBT successfully withing the time frame regularly given, for that we offer our congratulations. Re your boots, all boots are checked by the instructors for safety reasons, you were no different to anyone else. Don't get me wrong, we get that not all are happy to be told that they need a "repeat C" but usually when tnhe return they understand fully why they were brought back, regrettably this is not the case on this occasion. We understand that people can and often get frustrated when they do not complete the course in one day, your frustration was increased when you were told that were not ready for DAS and that you needed more time on a bike before that was a consideration, unfortunately for sefety reasons we have always found that being honest with someone is the best way going forward. Please be assured, if we had been doing anything wrong, the DVSA would have brought the CBT to a close without us making the call and may have brought it to a close much earlier than it was. We are sorry you feel you had a bad experience and wish you well going forward.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely nothing I write will give it the respect and justice this company deserves. First off, the value for money in these difficult times is amazing. Top class training is provided and your even fed at lunch time with amazing soup and Tiger bread. I personally was trained by hiccup and heartburn, Claire and Alfie. Great laugh but extremely professional and knowledgeable about riding motorcycles. My only regret is that I just wish I had done this much sooner. If your thinking about doing your cbt but maybe a litter nervous or anxiously Definitely go with this company for it. As I progress onto the bigger bikes I will be using A2B for my training. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT course at A2B with my brother and dad. I had a fantastic experience. From the start, the team made us feel really welcome and even served some lovely homemade soup ! After my CBT I decided to go for my direct access license with them. The staff were amazing. Really ,professional, patient and supportive all the way through. Chuck was my main trainer, and i Can't thank him enough ! Really positive and supportive guy, Absolute Legend ! The prices are also very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend A2B to anyone thinking about getting their motorbike license. Give them a call. Five stars from me! Brilliant team. Thanks a lot guys !

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT yesterday at a2b with Clair She was fantastic laid back and funny she made me feel at ease i really enjoyed myself i also learned everything I needed to know about my CBT in a nice chilled environment. The whole team were very friendly and welcoming. I also managed to get a pair of new motorbike gloves from there shop 40% off I was buzzing and some lovely soup and a muffin was a great day Thank you .

Fantastic experience: Very Friendly Staff Members and Trainers. I have taken CBT and motorcycle trainings in past at other places but this place (A2B) is just awesome. Probably one of the best places to get your bike training and get trained by some of the nicest and skilled people in this industry. Apart from providing training, they also serve you well by asking for tea and coffee multiple times throughout the day. The free lunch (Soup and Bread) offered and served by them during whole day courses like CBT takes their service to the next level. Awesome people, amazing training. I highly recommended them.

Fantastic experience: A big thanks to John and Claire for their excellent training. Their Instructions were clear and precise and had the patience of a saint , they didn’t rush us and gave us the confidence to get through the day with laughter. Fantastic experience: Me and my mate done our CBTs yesterday and both passed! My mate had never road biles before in his life and with the help of john he was able to pass easy , the staff were very professional and very knowledgable , on arrival we were offered tea and biscuits and then at lunch we had some lovely soup and some tiger bread ..PS the soup was brilliant !! Thank you A2B we will be back ! I highly recommend anyone wanting to do any bike traing to book woth A2B yous wont regret it !

Fantastic experience: After a poor experience at a training school closer to home I decided to upgrade my A2 licence with A2B. Everyone from the owner to the instructors were fantastic. Constantly offering food, tea, coffee, etc. The banter is also second to none! Can't recommend these guys more. Well worth the drive for me!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this team of people enough,, from the minute i walked in i was gave a warm welcome and made to feel relaxed,, On arrival i was offered tea/coffee and had some humorous chat whilst we waited for others to arrive.. The instructors on the day ( Donald / Claire ) took into consideration that i had never sat on a bike before and explained every aspect of the bike in detail.. Whilst on the learning pad they gave me extra time and guidance to go over and master a manoeuvre which others had completed first time. When ever i needed that little bit of advice or reassurance both Donald and Claire were on hand to break it down step by step..( that helped me realise how simple the task in hand was ). The staff here have the patients of saints.. which is rare in the world these days and i can't thank them enough,, also a special thanks to Angela + John for your time...and your wonderfull home made soup

Fantastic experience: I am nearly 50 years old and have not really been on a bike since I was a kid. I have finally got my act together after many years and decided to pursue obtaining my full motorbike license. I looked around at the many motorbike schools in the area and thankfully I found A2B Motorcycle Training. The welcome from Angie and the team was great, I was made to feel right at home, and they have an excellent environment for learning. In short, I went from not being able to get the bike into gear in the morning, to confidently riding around the busy roads by early afternoon in amongst trucks, cars and buses. A big thankyou to Claire for her patient instruction and articulate explanation of everything from maneuvers to bike checks. I am looking forward now to completing the next two stages of my DAS with A2B Motorcycle Training!

Fantastic experience: Me and my son went here yesterday for our CBTs. What a wonderful place with some really nice people. We both were made to feel very welcome and were put at ease as soon as we both arrived. My son is young and all the instructers were amazing with him, very very helpfull and extremly patient. I travelled all the way from Glasgow and it definatly was worth it. We both will be going back soon to further our licences. Fantastic experience: I went and did my CBT and I had an amazing experience and a really great day. The staff and Instructors are very helpful, kind, welcoming and great teachers, and I learnt a lot. The soup was incredible, the inside of the building is very well decorated with cool motorcycle posters. And I would highly recommend A2B to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Well today I had an amazing time doing my CBT even if Claire did suspect me a dvsa spy most of the first half of training. I felt well nervous in the morning but those were soon squashed with the chat in the office before the course started thank you. The staff treat you like family not cash cows, a mean come on homemade soup, bread and bottled water as you need it included in the price. I will be back to do my das in a year and will recommend to anyone no hesitation. Thanks to Claire and the team for a great day. On another note I went driving home singing if your happy and you know it nod your head

Fantastic experience: I didn’t come prepared for my Cbt at all. The lady at reception sorted me out at the bike shop on the premises with all the biker gear that was required to protect me on the road (Great prices). Instructors are brilliant at what they do and make you feel at ease during the course. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, I went from zero experience on a bike or car. To being on the road in a safe controlled environment, and gained my CBT Davey was a great laugh, but also told you when you went wrong. (Saftey way clearly a priority) Would also like to give a big thanks to Claire and Casie. One of you tapped me a vape , and the other helped me understand the rules of the road properly.

Hi David, thank your your review, we welcome all reviews good bad or indifferent but they’re alway better if factual but do give us the right to respond. We were called at 7.30am the day of your CBT informing us that you were sick and would not be able to make it in for your CBT, you were offered an opportunity to move to move to another date but there would be an admin fee as stated in the terms & conditions, on finding there was a charge, your wife stated had she known there was a charge, you would have pulled yourself together and would have made it. I tried calling you today after being off for a week sick myself, all you said was cheers and then you hung up the phone. If you had let us know the day before, we would have possibly been able to fill the space but that may not have been possible if you just started to feel sick that day but we have instructors that are paid to come out and train you on the day I think we were fair in offering to move your date but just sad the offer was not taken up but the terms and conditions make it quite clear what happens on these occasions

Fantastic experience: My partner and I completed our CBT and add an amazing experience. The trainers Claire & Dave were superb very knowledgeable &patient. We were even treated to a free roll in the morning and soup for lunch. Ang and her husband went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience and even offered motorbike buying guidance. Fantastic experience: Great experience (highly recommend). The wrong side of 50, car driver 38yrs, I was a total motorbike novice! Davie the instructor a chilled guy, great knowledge and attitude. Weather was far from nice on the road 2hr part but invaluable to be in those conditions. My theory was the next day which I passed and 2 questions I knew only because of info Davie had given me on my cbt, two marks more than I would have gotten! The CB125F used was a great wee machine and I really enjoyed the entire day, all be it mentally tired at the end. All staff I met were great easy going people, what a joy. Now for mod 1 and 2. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with A2B and what a day it was. Had a chat with Angela in the morning, office is looking great! My instructor was Clair, she took the time to explain how the day would play out. She is really knowledgeable and made sure all the information that was covered was understood. Moving out to the pad, Clair set out each manoeuvre clearly and demonstrated when needed. Element E was brilliant fun. Clair could see that me and the other rider were feeling confident but made sure we were safe at all times. She took us to roads which would further test us but provided tips to look out for. Back at the training centre, we were given a debrief and certificates! I stayed back a little to watch Chuck give Mod 1 training to a group. It was clear that he is also very knowledgeable and had the ability to get the best out of the candidates too. All in all, I can't recommend A2B highly enough, I'll need to see how long I can last before the hunger for more power pushes me to take the next step. Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to carry out motorcycle trading, carried out my CBT with A2B. Any nerves on arrival were soon eased with the relaxed atmosphere the instructor tried to encourage. Was a very enjoyable day, with a very patient and thorough instructor. Will be returning to undertake a DAS course.

Fantastic experience: Faultless from start to finish, booking super transparent, easy, and welcoming. Anglea was super quick finding me availability quickly for my CBT and answering all my questions at all hours. Shop onsite well stocked and staff with amazing advice to complement it for a proper newbie. For my CBT couldn't have asked for more: really fun day everyone in the building was friendly, welcoming, supportive, and great sense of humour to boot. Our instructor Andy was great, full of useful positive feedback, practical tips, covered the info we needed but was also a proper laugh and didn't take it too seriously. Took all the nervousness out and really made it an engaging day, built confidence and helped you go at your own pace. I'll get some experience and be back for my modules 1&2 in the future! Also have great soup and coffees throughout the day.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT here on 28th November.. started at 8am sharp and finished at 4pm. by 11 I was starting to think I was going to be struggling with clutch n gears n have to do it on the scooter. but with Johns instructions I managed to get it on the test pad, once I was out on the road training part, it just seemed to click, the road part of the training was carried out by Andy and within 5 minutes I was feeling at ease and starting to really enjoy riding the bike, kept forgetting to cancel indicator but Andy sorted that, when I heard him on intercom saying I think you left something back there, I instantly start thinking my phone or wallet fell out my pocket, then realised it was the indicator. Never forgot them after that ;) excellent place to do training with a great shop onsite and the soup is defo worth trying :) looking forward to returning for my direct access training. Fantastic experience: Ended up traveling down all the way from spean Bridge as there was nothing in the area. I'm glad I did, and I would of traveled further if I knew before hand how brilliant you guys were before hand. You've got an amazing team, and there was great banter throughout the whole day which helped calm the nerves. Couldn't fault the experience at all, I'll definitely be back if I decide to go For the next part. If not, I'll definitely be stopping by for some soup!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly people, lovely bikes to ride, never nice soup. First time on the bike and they made me feel so comfortable and took there time, even when I thought I was messing up or doing stuff wrong, they corrected me and were very supportive. The whole experience was more than 10 out of 10...defos going back to sit my big boy tests... Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: Recently passed my Mod1 and 2 through the team at Livingston and they were excellent. No motorbike experience before doing my CBT but these guys were amazing in teaching me how to ride a 650 confidently. Had a right good laugh at all of the sessions which really helps. Special thanks to Jack, Andy, John and Ange as they really made this journey enjoyable and couldn't do enough for you. Never got to taste this famed soup though so will need to drop in soon, cheers all

Fantastic experience: Completed my cbt today with A2B, the staff are genuinely down to earth and conveyed everything I needed to know with clear demonstrations, explained in detail as they progressed. Thanks and looking forward to DAS Update:28/10/22 As with my comment above, the instructor I had for DAS was incredible, I have gone from absolutely zero experience on motorbikes to passing MOD1 and MOD2 as well as being a more confident rider thanks to the A2B staff

Fantastic experience: Done my cbt here the other day with instructor dave ( David Lee) we had great banter cracking wee drive about would recommend to anyone who wants on the road with a bike. And the soup was good dave didn't Finnish his lol. Thanks guy's

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT and DAS with A2B. An exceptional atmosphere with all the instructors and staff. You feel relaxed and confident whilst being trained. Exceptional soup as well.

Fantastic experience: Attended to carry out a CBT course. Hadn't been on a motorcycle for 30yrs. Course was great and really enjoyed getting behind the handlebars again. Great instruction, relaxed atmosphere and a bowl of soup and crusty bread for lunch

Fantastic experience: My son and I who had never been on a motorbike went to gain our CBT certificates. The training was very intense and thorough. Davie my instructor was a credit to the school. Josh had a difficult start but his instructor put him at ease and he completed the training. Thanks for the day and the famed soup.
