From the first query about doing my CBT to passing my full licence the process couldn't of been any easier. Negative experience: Just called to arrange a booking. Asked the woman who answered if they are based in Warrington ... reply " well where did you get the number" when I told her I got the info online she sd " well you shd know we are in Warrington then" Very rude, seriously cannot understand why any company wd employ this person unless their aim & objective is to scare away & put off any potential customers. Avoid would be my advice. Re response .. there she is & the reason to avoid this company. Similar response to any criticism regarding this awful woman. Clearly family run .. reason to avoid nepotism.

Fantastic experience: Great prices. Friendly and helpful instructors. I had Stu for most of it, great guy. Only negative is there isn't an actual shop/office. Just the smoking shelter of the Legion pub. So on a cold wet day it can be a bit miserable but otherwise I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Lambs enough did my CBT in 2023 and later did my DAS in early 2024 passed MOD 1 and MOD 2 first time training isn't pushy in any way everyone has been friendly and supportive like a family, i would like to say special thanks to Helen for fair and prompt communication. i have completed all the training so have no further need however if i was going to book anything bike related contact these guys its been a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my CBT and the Direct Access Scheme (DAS) training with Lambs Motorcycle Training school. I now have a full category A motor cycle licence! Fantastic experience: The team at Lambs is excellent, professional and polite. The team works like a family members. They provide a number of training and test dates in advance and one can choose according to their convenience. Replies to emails are prompt and informative. All my communications through emails was with Helen and never required to give them a call. Moreover they are very accommodating with the dates. My training with Pete was fantastic. He is a very jolly guy, relaxed and an awesome trainer. I got my license for 125cc and will definitely use their service for 500cc+ in a few years time. Thank you so much Keep it up☺

Negative experience: Completed my CBT with them and it went well, until the end where my instructor was very rude about other riders who had been on the test with me, when they left. God knows what he said about me when I left. I decided to use a different company due to this. I misplaced my CBT certificate so needed a replacement. When I told them the reason I needed a copy was to go to another school, I was met with rudeness and very specific times to pick up my copy of a new cert. A 30 minute window, on a weekday, that I could not attend due to work commitments. Due to this, in the end I have re done my CBT with a different company. I thought it was very unprofessional and childish. Shame really, as I thought the CBT was ran well.

Fantastic experience: Best in town

Negative experience: I emailed lambs to get some information about their CBT but I was offered very little proactive information from them, it was like getting blood from a stone so decided to call the following day. The same lady, Helen answered the phone and made me feel like I was wasting in her time with her terrible attitude, I only asked a few questions but she become irate and asked me what school I was calling from (insinuating I was data collecting I guess for another driving school), before I had chance to reply, she’d hung up on me. Needless to say I won’t be proceeding through them. It’s a shame as I wanted to complete my CBT and DAS pretty much back to back. Terrible customer service, avoid.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my CBT with Lamb's and honestly can't recommend them enough. I was booked in for Monday 21.2.22 but due to the weather conditions had to postpone until today. Not only did they find me the next available slot but they worked with me to insure I could retake with in my time off work. As a comple novice I was more than nervous but my instructor Stuart was Incredible and put me at ease immediately and I can't thank him enough. If your are thinking of doing anything regarding motorbikes LAMB'S is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT on 23rd September and I genuinely cannot rate these guys high enough. Friendly and welcoming, as an absolute novice I was given as much support as required and the course was paced perfectly to make sure I was able to get through. I left feeling absolutely amazing and happy in the knowledge I'd been given more than enough training to get out on the roads myself. If you're considering riding a bike I would say two things 1) do it! 2) visit Lambs to complete your CBT!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. I did my Cbt here a few months ago, and decided to come back to do my full 'big bike' licence. Passed both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 last week, thanks to Stu's brilliant tuition. It's only a small team, but everyone I met were super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process really easy. I highly recommend this place, and they worked out quite a lot cheaper than my local school

Fantastic experience: Loved it

Fantastic experience: Couldn't possibly be in better hands - very friendly and skilled instructors. Spent a week with these guys, around 4 hours a day and it never felt too intense. Had Stewart as my instructor for 5 out of 6 days and can't think of anything that could've been done better than it was. Instructions were always clear, I was never left wondering what was coming up next and all feedback was clear and easy to follow. Had Peter as an instructor for the last day, who was also great and gave a couple pointers on general riding improvements (maybe not critical for Mod 1/2 but still valuable and much appreciated for a bit of variety). Thanks again to both of you, if you read this :) General flow of the 6 day A2 course: Day 1 - Step up/intro session. 2 hours of road riding up around roads near the test centre. A really nice way to ease into the feel of a bigger bike. Day 2 - 4 hours riding roads near the test centre, practicing contents of Mod 2 with feedback on any errors (things that would be a rider fault, or an instant fail etc). Day 3 - Same as Day 2 with different routes. Day 4 - Focusing on Mod 1 contents - practicing on the actual DVSA test centre with a detailed breakdown of how it'll go, things to watch out for/easy mistakes. Day 5 - Mod 1 test day. Can be stressful leading up to things like this, so really appreciate Stewart's explanation of how the whole process would go regarding Covid measures that are still in place, and the general flow of the Mod 1 itself. Day 6 - Mod 2 test day. Had to wait about 40 minutes after arriving at the test centre down to DVSA scheduling (no complaints, you can only have so many examiners out at once I guess). Easy to get very nervous over that wait, so appreciated the general conversation in this period too. Nice to have that friendly value from small businesses, and the bike community in general. Communication on the admin side of things was also very good, with fast and clear responses at every stage. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, and found it very enjoyable (even with the examination aspect that comes with any licensing).

Negative experience: Very rude lady, I just ask about the cbt course for my husband and explain to her about his English, he can understand well and spoke with her on the phone, but he was starting to drive so I just ask to her if he could call later, she just say she cannot accept this, and hang up the phone, don't let me finish what I was saying. Fantastic experience: I was a little aprehensive about doing my CBT, which was a mothers day gift from my husband and son! I had never ridden a bike and decided on the day to 'man up' and do the geared bike test. The instructors were fantastic, kept me very calm, were super helpful and really boosted my confidence everytime i got it right! And now I'm looking for my first bike! Even after my 3/4 years away, they eased me back into riding and now I'm able to look for and ride my dream bike. The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide fantastic tuition from a CBT all the way up to gaining your full license. I have to be honest I did ring around and try to find a cheaper price but these guys was the cheapest I could find. As for the training I received. This was second to none. every question I asked was answered with a professional answer and always with a smile. not one bad word to say about them. I failed my theory 3 times which was all my fault. I spoke to Helen who advised that the school could lend me a training CD. With the help of the CD I pass. Stuart, Pete, Joe Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. cant wait to get on a ride you wonderful people. Helen Thank you for being so accommodating.

Fantastic experience: First of all, being from St Helens and choosing a school in Warrington wasn't a decision i took likely! id heard from word of mouth that Lambs Motorcycle Training School was a top-notch school with great instructors, and as time was of the essence i knew i had to guarentee a pass. when i first arrived at the school i was slightly surprised that the organisation was ran from a unit container around the back of the legion, however don't let this put you off as i was given the warmest welcome by the instructors and went on to do the CBT. I did the DAS (direct access scheme) which basically means a 'crash course' having never ridden a bike to a full bike lessons over 2 working weeks. (first week being lessons and mod 1 test and second week being mod 2 test) My instructors name was Stewart Brown, which i can recommend as he did just that, got me from never riding a bike before to a full bike license in such a short period of time. Stu is a great mentor and experienced rider and made me feel welcome and calm throughout the lessons and less nervous during the test. I will certainly be keeping in touch in the future. However Stu may not be available, again. All of the instructors at Lambs are fantastic and will endeavour to make your goal achievable, and although a pass at the end can't be guaranteed, i promise these guys will do everything in their power to make it happen. 10 out of 10, and have already recommended to my friends who also would like to do their A license. Fantastic experience: The best place to learn. I came from another (very shady) trainer/school. After learning very little - the team at Lambs took the very little I knew and developed me into someone that can now ride confidently and safely. (I went from riding 500cc to 600cc to pass my direct access) They are fantastic, great supportive people to be around, any daft questions that I may have had (and there were a few) answered sincerely and fully. Even now I've been passed for a year and a bit, I still drop in for a chat if I'm passing by if the guys are there. Even hit them for a cheeky brew ;) Very friendly, accommodating, great people to get to know. I always recommend them if someone mentions motorbikes or wanting to learn. Great people, great school, why would anyone go anywhere else?
