Fantastic experience: Came into the cbt quite worried but by the end was a smooth and fun experience. Nicest and most enjoyable instructor and I couldn’t recommend working with him or the other guys enough.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT with Paul + Julian yesterday and can't fault it one bit. Having never ridden a motorbike before I opted for the manual 125cc to be better prepared afterwards. It was a fun day and all instructions were clear + easy to follow. Paul had a way of inspiring confidence in me at times where I was feeling abit overwhelmed in my head. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to complete their CBT.

Fantastic experience: Having done many cbt’s, my a2 course and my full category A license with the boys at riders Worcester I can honestly say you won’t get a better team to teach you and get you through the tests, massive thanks especially to mark and fran both great guys no nonsense, straight to the point and that’s what you need! They made the whole experience great! 10/10

Negative experience: I would avoid this place I took my CBT yesterday they had someone surveying the trainer's which meant they where paying more attention to the surveyor then the riders they were meant to be training and told us we haven't got time to do everything today and we would have to come back another day we wouldn't of had to do this if we spent more time riding then just sitting their on the bikes then they want you to pay another £130 to go back when you have paid for your test but not completed it because of the trainers and surveyor I would avoid this place at all cost absolute joke of a place there scammers

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here completing my Mod1 & Mod2. I found to be welcomed, well briefed, and an atmosphere of an encouraged open forum for questions. I was also reminded a few times to also enjoy it. Completed both tests in Gloucester which was great to practice riding in different and unknown routes, all instructors taught me to read and ride the roads and not just how to pass a particular route. My instructors were Mark, Susi and Fran, they were all passionate, patient and brilliant instructors. Not sure how the booking system works but it is also worth a mention, that the flexibility and effort made by the team to make your modules and tests fit your schedule, is brilliant. Fantastic experience: Did my direct access with Riders Worcester. Complete novice rider so did everything from CBT to Mod 2 over about 3 months. Mark and Susie in particular were excellent. Great instruction, patience when needed and a telling off when needed too! They worked around my availability for training and mods and I highly recommend.

They are clearly motivated and commited to helping their students build confidence and lead them to becoming safe, confident riders! Fantastic experience: Another 5 star review! Riders Worcester were absolutely fantastic. All instructors were friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. Mark was my instructor and he was absolute cream, his approach was brilliant! The way he worked with us was great, he was very honest and critical and gave prefect instruction, I managed to pass both my mod 1 and mod 2 first time! This was due to great teaching. Fran took me for my test and was an absolute gent, he really knows his stuff and was able to help me surpass my nerves. I couldn’t recommend riders Worcester enough. I had such a great experience. Fantastic experience: 5 star with a but. Worcester CBT was amazing! Very kind, friendly, encouraging and comfortable to be around. I felt I was in safe hands. The team there were excellent at answering any questions and giving guidance and help on improving. Paul the instructor was a legend and Fran (I think that's his name) put me at ease from the moment I arrived. Top blokes! However, I had previously attended a CBT at the Gloucester centre. A completely different experience. It was clear the two blokes their wanted to clock off early. They were rude, unhelpful, dangerous and did not set a good example of the biker community at all. They rode without helmets (illegal), mocked students behind their backs and barely paid attention. They took ages explaining things and also wanted every single part of the CBT to an unachievable standard, therefore taking up too much time and ending up unable to go out on the road. If you can get their, go to Worcester, avoid Gloucester like the plague. When complaining, the company were also very hard to get hold of and then reluctant to talk to me. Excuses made and also backed the instructor's lies, however we did find a resolution eventually. To Paul and Fran, if you end up reading this, apologies for the rant, you were excellent. I had a wonderful day and can't thank you enough. I'll see you later down the line for my DAS

Negative experience: Terrible riding school, they don’t understand they are there to teach you the basics, I had a instructor called Chris he was unfriendly and arrogant, bikes are not good and don’t function properly. They will cut your day massively short and then tell you you have to come back another day and pay again, it’s all a con they do it to almost everyone, if you try and complain they point blank ignore you. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and hassle and book with a better school, because these guys are absolute clowns.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the Riders team at Worcester! I booked a training day and then my MOD 1 and MOD 2 with Riders and passed both first time. Only previously passing my CBT 2 weeks prior (with a different company) I wish I booked that with riders as well. Riders made sure I had all training and tests close together to ensure the best results. Not to mention plenty of hot and cold drinks when required. A big thank you to Suzie and Mark for getting me test ready. You really can’t get better instructors! Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: Started my bike journey with riders back in May 2024 doing my cbt and completed my mod 2 on the 1st August 2024. All the staff are so helpful even when I failed my mod 1 the next test was August but Suze rearranged her day off so I could do it on the 22nd July. I hadn't rode a bike over 20 years but they took the time and don't shout if make a mistake just reguide you. For anyone thinking about doing your bike test Riders is the place for you even if nervous or don't want to look silly they really don't judge just be honest with them. Thanks again for all your help over the last few months.

Fantastic experience: As an older scooter rider, I did my CBT late last year. I had ridden a motor scooter in the early 70's but felt I really needed the training before I went out on my 1959 Lambretta. The guys were great, patient and instructive. I didn't get through to the road test, to be fair I wasn't ready. I am back tomorrow for another go having left it a while as my confidence was severely shaken. I look forward to seeing the guys again and I am sure that I will do better. These guys have your best interest at heart and will do everything they can to get you competent - wish me luck

Fantastic experience: I contacted riders to gain a full motorbike license. After completing my theory I made plans to carry out my CBT and direct access course through these guys. My CBT was carried out by a different person to my DAS who I found quite harsh towards myself and also had his favourite by the seems of it but DAS was carried out by Mark. Excellent training, made you feel relaxed and most importantly gave you confidence on the bike. I feel privileged to be trained by him and also feel I passed easier with him as my trainer. Now classed as a biker i feel if I can ride a bike 10% of the skill this man carries then I’d still be a top motorcyclist. Cheers Mark for one training me and two giving me skills I’ll carry for life. Hope to see you out and about soon. Pleasure mate.

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT with these guys a few years ago, and have just done my Mod 1 and Mod 2 training and passed both of my tests on the first attempts. All the instructors are ace. I am ten times the rider now, after only 3 days of expert instruction. They are honest in their appraisals, they give you great feedback and they get you very prepared to be a safe rider and to pass your tests. I am so excited for my motorbike journey and I am grateful to Worcester Riders for setting me up so well!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my CBT today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m new to riding motorbikes and am keen to complete my DAS and get on a ‘big’ bike. Mark and Paul gave me honest feedback throughout the day. Mark could have easily given me different advice that would have meant me spending a lot more money but he is more concerned about training better, safer rider than putting money in his pocket. I’ve been through the CBT before with another company that experience put me off riding, today was so much fun I can’t wait to ride again! Thank you Riders Worcester, I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT with Riders today and couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were fantastic, making sure everyone understood all the safety points clearly without it becoming too dry. Julian was really thorough and knowledgeable and made sure we got to grips with all the key skills without cutting corners. Not everyone found it easy, but both Paul and Julian were calm and professional and instilled confidence. When it came to the road ride I continued to learn from Paul who was patient and gave clear instructions throughout. Amazing experience and I'd love to be back to complete my A license in a few years. Highly recommend these guys!

Negative experience: I had booked a CBT with this company but when i tried to resceduale with them i was getting voicemail after voicemail from them turns out they hadnt put the correct time on there google site or hadnt made it clear what the times meant at all so long story short i lost £180 and the company could not care less i will never go here and do not recomend them at all they are a waste of time and money

Fantastic experience: It was an absolute pleasure doing both my CBT & DAS with riders. I felt pretty confident going into it anyway due to prior experience but I came away feeling even more confident due to the extra knowledge that they pass onto you. Mark is who I worked with throughout my DAS and I can say he does go the extra mile to ensure you’re completely prepared to pass both required tests. He is clear with his instructions, utilising simple process to not over complicate the task at hand and ensure you’re safe on the roads. I would highly recommend anyone who’s considering using this company.

Fantastic experience: During my time at The CBT and DAS Centre Worcester, I had all but one of the instructors on offer, They were all good and offered a mix of teaching styles and opinions on what could make things easier. Mainly my instructor was Susie, who was very very good and had all the time in the world for explaining and answering questions, very informative and easy going, very constructive with feedback during and after the training sessions. I also was with Mark for both of my test days, and the ride down to and on the way back from Gloucester was very informative focusing on riding for the future, and teaching riding skills and methods for riding after the test in the real world. Fran the owner, took me for the mock mod1 test and was giving me pointers along the way. All in all a very well equipped friendly centre with excellent staff. I would recommend to anyone.

As having short legs I bought my own bike as I couldn’t find a school which had a bike low enough. Fran offered to take my bike to the school for my first day of mod 1 training and from then on instructors would come to my house and ride with me to the centre. Fantastic experience: I've had my licence for 25 years although ridden a vespa most recently, so wanted a re familiarisation session on a geared bike. I was super nervous although Fran is brilliant, we spent an hour off road practicing skills then out for a couple of hours fun testing the skills. Exactly what I needed tailored to my needs . Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I recently went through my CBT with Ritchie which was a great experience. Then I had two big bike “conversion days” to get me ready for my DAS. These were with Fran and Mark and were hugely helpful and a lot of fun as a new rider. I then took my mod 1 training with Suzie who was another excellent instructor, passed my mod 1 test first time after a nice ride down to Gloucester’s test centre with Fran the next day. Finally I had a day’s mod 2 training which involved several mock tests with Mark, polishing up my skills ready for another first time pass for my mod 2 despite miserable weather. Throughout the experience the whole team couldn’t be more helpful, even managing to rearrange training and tests around the DVSA cancellations! What sticks with me most, aside from every instructor’s excellent abilities on the bike and teaching - was how much they each cared about their students and took personal interest in making sure everybody got what they needed from their lessons. I heard several discussions between instructors about how their students were getting on, and they were genuinely pleased to hear when one of their students passed a test. As a student you feel valued and supported and after passing my CBT and DAS without issue, they can obviously teach people how to ride safely!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave reviews, but it felt necessary this time, having had an excellent experience learning with Mark, Fran and the rider's team. The great training and excellent facilities helped me pass my Mod1 and Mod2 first time. It is a great place to learn, feel at ease, have fun, and ride confidently and safely.

Fantastic experience: Can't not recommend enough ! I headed over to riders Worcester after being told but a self proclaimed (best instructor around ) that he couldn't train me after a 5 minute assessment.. .. so slightly demoralised I decided to try Worcester riders ! Well after a day's training and guidance by the super carm and humble Mark ! I passed my mod 1 with a completely clean sheet no minors first go !! If you don't want to waste time or money book yourself in with Worcester riders and enjoy it it's a cracking day with lovely people that make you realise why you want to be on two wheels !!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic little place! Did my Direct access with this place and all I can say is well done! I passed my mod 1 first time and passed my mod 2 first time. I had Superb advice and guidance from Suzie for my mod 1 and she covered absolutely everything and kept making sure I was confident with all aspects and pushing me a bit further to guarantee I achieved high standards. She is an amazing person and makes it so easy to learn and understand it all. After the first day with her, I left fully confident in myself all thanks to her. My mod 2 training was with Mark and he is a great chap with loads of very good and useful pointers. He went through everything related to my mod 2 and has some very useful and creative ways of training which definitely works. Had a very nice ride out with them both during training. If you’re looking into doing any sort of motorcycle training I highly recommend you use these guys and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. Really was worth the money and time. Thanks to you all! Fantastic experience: Direct Access Scheme - A fantastic experience start to finish with a big thanks to Mark, Richie, Susie and Fran. Oh the whole, a great biking experience. I went in with a lot of off road riding, growing up on 50-300cc motorcross bikes, starting at the age of 5. They quickly showed me how to carry some of my riding over to the road and more intricate parts of riding a motorcycle. Even when things did go wrong (as they naturally do like bike breakdowns) the instructors were quick to act and got me back on the road and progressing quickly. The team went to a huge effort to rearrange the tests when cancellations occurred, meaning we had to travel to Bristol for MOD 1. I passed MOD 2 successfully under the direction of Mark. To give you an idea of timescale. I chose to do CBT, practice day 1, practice day 2, MOD 1 test, MOD 2 test. This shows you how good their training is to get me through first time with only 3 faults. I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructors!!! Clear easy to follow instructions, if they can get me through a c.b.t they can get anyone through!! Cannot rate these guys highly enough!!! If you have any problems i.e social anxiety, ADHD, or any other mental health issues or physical problems just let them know don't be embarrassed as they can work around that with you. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience training for my full unrestricted licence with both Fran & Mark. Both are very patient and knowledgeable trainers & all round genuine nice guys with lots of experience and professionalism in their field! Bikes were great too! Would recommend without a second thought.

Negative experience: Was hoping to get some experience in before a biking holiday as I’d never touched a bike before and thought a short CBT course would be perfect to get me confident on the road. Unfortunately ended the day disheartened and bruised. One of the instructors was quite nice and patient but as luck would have it, not the instructor I was put with for most of the outing. The other instructor seemed more concerned with the bike than my well-being and I finished the day shaken, upset and less confident than I started after inadequate training. I have no doubt some people can come on this course and pick up the bike without problems but for those that struggle the instructor/s were disinterested and had no time for. Equipment was nice and bikes were well kept but I think the trainers would benefit from some training themselves. I’ll be trying to forget this experience and will take the biking holiday slowly. Teaching myself will be the best way forward. Confidence knocked, money wasted.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my DAS with riders Worcester. Great few days, instructors Fran & Mark were nothing but supportive considering I’ve never ridden a motorbike before this. Finding faults in my riding but keeping a positive attitude for me to correct them. What ever they did worked as I managed to pass MOD 1 & MOD2 first go. Great commentary on the headset from mark on longer rides helped it all feel more natural and entertained along the way.

Fantastic experience: In august I went to riders for my cbt and had a great day renewing with mark. Over the weekend I did 2 days mod 1 training with mark and he was brilliant, made sure we knew how to ride before ever leaving their training centre. Second day was a long ride to Gloucester to do a mock and practice test on the dvsa test pad and marks guidance paid off as I passed my mod 1 today. I have now booked my mod 2 with riders and am hoping to get another great result

Fantastic experience: I have now completed my mod 1 here with Mark. I cannot recommend this school highly enough! Amazing tuition, they don't over complicate, they don't flog a dead horse, it's just solid teaching of safe riding. Went back to do my DAS, had a series of unfortunate events with weather and breakdowns, Fran and the team made sure I wasn't set back, managed to get me through when originally planned. Fantastic experience: Well I'm on cloud 9 today as passed my Mod1 with flying colours thanks to 2 fantastic days with Mark who really helped me overcome my mental block from having dropped a bike before. Brilliant instructor and could not have asked for more, he'd adjust to our personal training styles and would even stay late to make sure we felt confident. Felt like riding on the road with my mates... Though he didn't have to show me how to look good on the bike, I already had that one down!!! ;)

I was completely new to bikes and the training I received was fantastic! Mark went above and beyond to ensure I was confident and competent on the road by the end of the day! Fantastic experience: Completed Full Category A license as of 07/08/2024. Booked Two days with Riders. Mark instructed me for both sessions as a refresher for my MOD 1 and MOD 2 test. Got me out of the bad habbits of a A2 rider and even though Mark's bike had a front wheel puncture. He was commited to continue my learning with Riders. All I can say, is Thank You Riders & The team for progressing me from my CBT to A2 to a full A license in the end. I hope to cross paths again in the future. All the Best! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 years prior: Booked my 2nd CBT for 12th May using my YBR 125cc (2 year CBT Certificate due to run out end of May), Fran (DAS Instructor) took the morning session as the group were already familiar riders. Fran was great, calming and informative during the theory and practical elements. Later Richie took 2 of us, out on the road with a 1-way radio system. Instructions were given clear and in good time of junctions, change of speed signage and other road hazards showing good knowledge of Worcester. Highly recommend, hoping to take my A2 with them soon!

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT today with Mark and Rich. Had a great day and glad to be able to get back on the bike again. The guys we’re both very informative and a good laugh. Despite having experience already they made sure to leave no information out and to ensure only high levels of road safety. Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT with Mark and Chris at Riders Worcester today and it was excellent experience. Thorough training, loads of attention to details topped up with dose of good humour is perfect recipe for good initial bike experience. I can’t recommend them enough and I know I’ll be coming back to complete my direct access with Riders.
