Negative experience: Horrible customer service, my girlfriend went there to do her CBT, and she was received with the most arrogant attitude by the lady in reception, she just handed a form to her and said “if you don’t get at least 9/14 questions right, you can pack your things and go home”, when she asked for a bit of guidance the lady was just ignorant towards her, the people at this center have no focus on actually teaching riders, they’re just taking people’s money 100% do not recommend

Fantastic experience: First time ever riding a bike and they made it easy. Very good relaxed style of teaching which makes you feel comfortable and confident. The free tea and coffee was a nice bonus!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team at HMT. I did my Cbt with Nad back in April and a gear conversion course a month or two later. I was disappointed by the 2 month wait time for DAS so had to go elsewhere. This is not HMT's fault at all, other bigger schools book and hoard all the test slots, and I was really sad to have to go elsewhere because the sessions I did with them were superb. I've had my license for a month or so now, and these folks got me started on that journey in the best way possible with knowledgeable, experienced instructors who really know their stuff and how to get the best out of you. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank you so much Nad and Mike for making this CBT fun and easy for someone who has only ever driven cars for 38 years, has also been a car driving instructor for 18 years. Fantastic experience: My son aged 16 had his CBT test here today. Firstly these guys went out of their way for him from the highway code part, (my son panicked as he is terrified of tests he had practiced and he passed no problem without pressure as they allowed him to go in a couple of days before to take the pressure off) he went along this morning he was immediately put at ease as there is plenty of banter and laughs. My son Is a type 1 diabetic and thankfully one of the trainers has personal experience with this along with training so I was immediately as a mum completely at ease and walked away feeling he was in safe hands. He was very well looked after and the giant smile when I came back just said it all. They took their time with him and took him out on the road several times to ensure he was definitely ready to be on the road. My son was happy and confident and over the moon that he passed. I cannot recommend this place more whatever your age, my experience was taking along a very shy 16 year old who was brought right out of his shell. They did an amazing job myself and my husband will be returning for our bike licences. The trainers are out outstanding, caring, and very on the ball, lots of patience I watched them with other people that struggled a bit and they went round and round on foot running along side the bikes helping their confidence grow it was amazing to watch. Thank you so much to all that looked after and helped my son understand he is very capable. His taken to it like a duck to water and once home after a few hours rest, he spent a good 4 hours out and about while we followed in the car and he was amazing clearly I have a natural born rider and he can't wait to be old enough for his bike licence he will definitely be coming back here. Both trainers today 20 out of 10 thank you guys and thank you to the lovely Nikki who was extreamly accommodating when booking and taking the highway code.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 with Heathrow Motorcycle Training. All passed first time, huge thanks to my instructor (Mark) for being patient, clear and informative. Nikki was great at providing all the details I needed and kept good communication on any changes. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Make sure you read the information sent to you, come prepared i.e right clothing, paper work, have a good understanding of the highway code and you will have an amazing time with a pass at the end. Negative experience: Very bad bad and fraud please don’t book here because they won’t give any training they directly took exam and they already charged £160 and now they are saying within 15 min they took exam and we got 8 marks and now they are saying to book again very worst they won’t give any training only because of for payment they do this all worst please don’t go here and please don’t waste your money because we all know how money is important to us and please very very bad service only money minded people

Fantastic experience: This is the best CBT centre I have seen so far in my driving career. I got my renewal here I recommend everyone to go here . After getting my CBT I got troubled with my moped the battery is dead and these guys are really awesome they helped me a lot to get my bike started I would give them 10 star but I have only 5 star really great friendly nature centre . For sure I’ll get all My CBT renewals from here.

Negative experience: Totally fraudulent company. Was 15 mins late and when I came there nobody was there. I Couldn’t find the site As I live other side of London and couldn’t find the class which was storage unit at the back of a empty car park next to the leisure centre. You wouldn’t even know they were a motorcycle school. They wouldn’t rearrange even though she said there was only two people there. I paid £168.50 and the teacher refused to rearrange. They just want to take the money and are not a good Company. I wish I checked the reviews first. I did call them and they are fraudulent as many other reviews have said all for various different reasons. It also doesn’t matter I booked through a third party. I expect to take the training I have paid for. I have given them £168.50 and not had my training rearranged for being 15 mins late which is unacceptable and unreasonable,

Negative experience: Dodgy CBT where they 'fail' you for silly reasons and keep your money! Avoid

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT today with Nad instructing and I have absolutely no complaints. Being a complete beginner, they were informative, friendly and encouraging for the entire time about each aspect, on and off the bike. Constructive feedback throughout allowed me to feel comfortable and to improve over the time we spent and I couldn’t recommend them more. Nad was also great for the on-road portion and didn’t feel like I didn’t belong out there with him at any point.

Negative experience: Very rude instructor, did not say hello when went there, my English is not that great as I am from India. It was very cold freezing temperature I was given a test paper to complete with no instructions and I only got one wrong answer and he failed me and again without any information just said you ho home. And gave me a phone number and told me if you have questions call on this number. I would not recommend this training centre to anyone not because I failed but the way they treat you and its really make you very funcomfortable

Cancelling any course with at least 14 clear working days’ notice; will attract 75% refund of any monies paid minus the admin fee. Cancelling any course with at least 10 clear working days’ notice; will attract 50% refund of any monies paid minus the admin fee. Cancelling any course with less than 10 clear working days’ notice; will NOT attract an automatic right to a refund. This company cancel our course before the 10 minute start .how could this is possible from their side. You guys know the weather status why you not call before the three days why you call same day.

Fantastic experience: My recent experience with Heathrow Motorcycle Training was fantastic I would like to pass on my thoughts. Having never riden a motorcycle before, my training took me from virgin CBT rider through to DAS, In just over a year. I cannot recommend them high enough. From the first phone call to HMT with Niki I was impressed with her attention to detail and brilliant customer service. Although the CBT took me a couple of attempts, the instructors Identified I needed a bit more support and training to get me to the correct standard to allow safe transfer on to the road. Saftey first always. I put my trust in HMT and they came up trumps.The teaching from all the instructors has a good balance of time on the bike practicing and rest periods for you to take it all in. The skills needed to pass the Mod 1 and 2 are gradually drilled in to you. The atmosphere is lighthearted but working students full on to the smallest detail. Mark took on the personal challenge of getting in to my brain to ensure I could learn in the most efficient way. His years of experience undoubtedly showed through. He Identified and coached me with various techniques to enable me to learn and retain my new bikings skills. I suffered terribly with nerves and lack of confidence, he coached me in such a way that put me at ease and built my confidence in a short period of time. Although I found it a challenging learning period at no point felt I couldn't achieve the goal . Because Mark teaching was spot on. Great value for money. These guys know how to train, don't go anywhere else. If they can get me through MOD 1 and 2 on first attempt ! See what they can do for you.

Negative experience: Horrible, please AVOID. I went for the cheapest CBT locally (here) and the instructor doesn't give any training at all despite saying I have no experience. He expects you to know everything already and doesn't tell you the VERY IMPORTANT basics such as going and stopping, how to turn, throttle and brake management, etc. He blames any wrongdoings on yourself and not his training. To top it off their mopeds are terrible and half working. And no refund or reimbursement was given, these guys are a scam. Please AVOID. DON'T BE AFRAID TO SPEND THE £20 OR SO EXTRA FOR A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE ELSEWHERE.

Negative experience: Disgusting service. Nikkie booked me in for CBT renewal few days prior to my appointment and cancelled my appointment an hour before my time slot. Nikkie texted me a day before my appointment and asked me if I can do earlier time on the day and I told her I can’t because I have physiotherapy appointment but she didn’t respond to my text until next morning, an hour before my appointment and cancelled my time slot, even tho I told her the day before my appointment that I can’t do any other time as I work. Spoke with Nikkie few days after to rebook again however middle of the conversation line got cut off and never heard from her, tried calling back but couldn’t get through. Send her a text message asking her to call me back but she never bothered to respond.

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT assessment here today after putting it off for about 5 years. the instructors Mark and David were fantastic, really welcoming and knowledgeable. I did feel a bit intimidated being the only woman in the group but they were encouraging and patient. Good selection of manual and automatic bikes to be assessed on. Excellent talk on bike safety/maintenance before hand, you could tell that they care about getting safe riders on the road and not rushing you through for the money. Lots of exercises and time to practice before you go out on the main road for your ride. I did run out of petrol in the middle of the assessment so had to push the bike to the nearest petrol station which though not ideal turned out to be good practice for real life and helped you get a feel of the bike more. I would 100% recommend Heathrow motorcycle training to anyone wanting to do a CBT on a manual or automatic. The introductory email advises you to wear sturdy shoes. Please take that advise. I turned up in trainers which I regretted when trying to manovure the bike onto its feet. Thanks again guys. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: Through no fault of the schools it took a bit longer than I had hoped to pass my CBT and subsequent DAS course. The various lockdowns caused innumerable delays to lessons and tests but Nikki did a great job and spent a lot of energy in rebooking everything when these delays occurred. Mark was a great instructor - patient, knowledgable and very helpful in getting me to the stage where I successfully passed my DAS course. I would happily recommend the school to anyone looking to complete either a CBT or DAS course.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! My CBT was cancelled at another location 2 hours before it was due and my certificate was due to expire the following day. I called up HMT to query if they could help me last minute and squeeze me in, I couldn't believe my luck when they said yes. I arrived at this location, was offered a hot beverage upon arrival and I had some lovely conversations with the team! The hospitality I received was outstanding and although this is not my local training centre, I would be extremely happy to travel the distance in the future. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it and will never forget how you saved me from having to catch the train to work

Fantastic experience: Great place to polish your riding skills. The instructors are friendly yet blunt. They will be completely honest and tell you exactly how mich training you need. I passed my full A unrestricted test with them in the first go. Even through the pandemic they were able to book in my practical test before my CBT expired. Thank you! I heard they have started a wall of fame with the Signed L plates from the students that have passed . Be sure to go and leave your mark there.
