Negative experience: Bought a 390 Duke, went to collect the bike, not ready as extras ordered did not arrive even though I was told everything had arrived, went back 5 days later collected bike still waiting for 2nd screen protector, left 2 phone messages and a site inquiry message have had no reply to either, not impressed, will be taking bike to KTM Croydon or P and H Crawley for servicing etc

Negative experience: I recently bought my new KTM Superduke 1290 in for a mandatory recall only to have damage appear on one of the plastic panels. I queried this but they insisted it wasn’t them. There is no way had happened by me. I suspect a tech swapped the panel for a damaged part. Also, the bolt holding it on was the incorrect size which had to be change. This is very deceitful and disgusting behaviour by Laguna. One to avoid.

Negative experience: Honest review... I'll never go back. Experience wise was one of the worst I've ever had. Went in with all the intention of purchasing a bike, in which I did purchase one and it started well. In terms of contact, it was always me contacting the dealership for an update. Never received an email/phone call from them unless I contacted them first. I had asked a few questions to be sure of a few things (new to riding and first bike), to then be ignored. I do understand their system was down a day or two but not getting a response back was frustrating. I came down on a separate occasion to pay the balance, to then be told the person who I was meant to be seeing has gone home. I'm also 30 miles away so it wasn't the easiest on top of work commitments. Bearing in mind I'm new to riding and wanted to be shown around the bike before I took delivery - there was no handover what so ever. Still finding out bits and pieces from friends that have experience with bikes. When I left the dealership after paying the balance, to my surprise, I could overhear the guys in the workshop talking about me. I don't know if they knew I could hear but this isn't professional and also not appreciated as it wasn't nice. To make things worse I then had to sort out the delivery myself as the person I was dealing with was on holiday and the delivery driver was ringing me to find out what was going on as he didn't know - he also had no contact from anyone. I've now had the bike 2 days after being delivered, still not had any contact to make sure the bike is here and I'm happy etc. Very surprised I've had this experience as I'm in the motor trade and know how it works myself. On top of all this, I haven't actually signed any documents at all, order form, invoice, handover checklist etc. Quite concerning really.

Fantastic experience: Visited today as was in a hurry for a lid. Good range to suit varied budgets. Ended up spending quite a while there discussing gear with an extremely knowledgeable salesman (didn't catch your name, sorry bud). Bowled over by the level of service. Will definately use again. Shame they don't work on Harleys, but gave good reccomendations. Cheers.

They were extremely busy but managed to find some time to see me. It is often the case with some companies that the answer is no sorry you will have to book it in when I have had last minute problems, but the couple of occasions I have needed their help at LPC the answer has always been yes bring it down and we will see what we can do. We were both challenged to complete the deal during these COVID times, compounded by the fact I live nearly 200 miles away. But we both stuck with it and I collected my new Multistrada 1260 Enduro on Sat morning, which looked resplendent in the winter sunshine.

Fantastic experience: As a Ducati owner this place is a regular visit for me. Usually just to browse the bikes and dream but on this occasion i needed a part. The staff were helpful and friendly and they managed to track down the part and get it ordered in for me. Good amount of parking outside. Only down side is the wait for any work to be done i was told 3 weeks before i could get a tyre fitted which i thought was a tad excessive. Managed to get it done elsewhere sooner which was a shame as their prices were good and i like to support local businesses when i can.
