Fantastic experience: Did my CBT 1-on-1 with Julia and it was an amazing experience. I felt a bit bad that we'd gone out in torrential weather for the two hours on the road part of the CBT. They very kindly offered for me to come back (as it was really coming down and very windy) but I also wanted to get it out of the way so I could get more training. Highly highly recommend them. They have great facilities and a good selection of bikes. Lovely people and excellent instructors.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT, MOD 1 (0 faults) and MOD 2 (0 faults) with T&K. My time with them was full of laughter and reassurance. Everyone is so welcoming. But I have to say I wouldn't have done as well as I did if it wasn't for my instructor Clive for always making me believe in myself. He really is amazing at what he does. I am going to miss our random talks on the ride outs. Much love to you all and will see you all soon when I get my new bike :-)

Fantastic experience: I've never left a review before but felt like I had to after my CBT and a short 2 hour refresher with T&K. I had my first CBT with a different (respected) provider and had a terrible experience which I failed. After that my confidence was rock bottom so I came to T&K and Julia got me through my next CBT with no problems. A week later on my 125cc I'm already thinking about going for my full license. This must sound like a fake review but I honestly can't believe how much my knowledge and confidence has grown in such a short time. T&K had lots of extra space on their private location and around their site in the countryside. I feel this really helped me build my confidence whilst practising (my first CBT before T&K was in a tight car park and straight on to a busy main road). T&K has great availability too. I called to book an appointment and was surprised they could fit me in so soon compared to others. Once I got there I could see why, they have multiple trainers, lots of space and concentrate on training rather than sales. A week after my CBT I followed up with a 1-to-1 refresher with Pete (not compulsory). Once we were both happy with my riding we rode to a popular bike spot and I was introduced to the social side of riding (and a free cup of tea). I honestly couldn't recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a massive thanks to Rachel for guiding me through a 1-1 training and a CBT today. You were extremely helpful and reassuring, and really helped with my confidence today. I felt great whilst completing the pad exercises and the on road riding was amazing, I’m extremely happy to have gotten my certificate today. Definitely recommend T&K for anyone who is starting motorcycle training or doing some sort of renewal, great place with great instructors.

Fantastic experience: They are the best around Somerset, they are know how to learn to drive safely a bike and to handle in safe way, with confidence, Julia best all around with CBT, good teacher, Chris mod1/mod2 with all around good examples.Go with them and you will not regret. All the guys there are friendly and extremely knowledgeable- their approach is patient and nurturing every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Big ty to the guys at T & k. Just passed my mod 2 today first try. Was a great experience! Alex kept me informed and made sure i didnt miss any days and had everything i needed and hats of to Clive for having to look after me on the sessions and teach me what i needed to know.. a fantastic instructor and it was a pleasure to learn from his long experience. Also i am a disabled guy and arrangements were made to make sure i could take breaks when needed etc i obviously highly recommend the team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Devon here, I did my cbt and passed with Julia and honestly I don't have enough good words to say about her. I haven't ridden in years and she made everything come back in a matter of moments. I felt like I had never stopped. Extremely well mannered and super helpful will be back Friday for my transition test onto bigger bikes and I can't wait! 11/10 impeccable

Fantastic experience: Can only vouch for Chris as an instructor, but his knowledge, manner and attitude was outstanding. The practice pad they have is brilliant. Lots of space to build confidence for your CBT or Mod1. Just brilliant. I wish I'd known about them for my kids' CBTs.

Fantastic experience: I plucked up the courage to ring T&K about doing a CBT. They said I could go in and try a taster session, so I did. After this I booked my CBT. I have now completed the days CBT training and awaiting my new scooter to arrive! From going from never riding/driving a bike/car to being on the road on a scooter is bloody great. I was scared /nervous but everyone at the company was lovely and my instructor Julia was great and so patient and friendly. I paid to have 1-1 and it was worth it. Fantastic experience: From the First phone call right through to completion, the service was great! I was able to go at my own pace, no reason to choose any other than T&K, very happy.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this company highly enough. As a non-motorcyclist at the start they ensured that I felt safe at all times, took great care and patience to get me through my CBT, mod 1 and 2 tests. The training pad is smaller than the actual Mod 1 test pad but is laid out exactly like the test pad and training on it made the exam much easier. I would like to thank, in particular, instructor Chris who treated me at all times with great respect, kindness and outstanding advice despite my novice riding. When preparing me for the Mod 2 test, he went overboard in his instruction/advice which made the actual test easier and I was fully aware of, and how to deal with, the difficult hotspots on the test route. I would recommend this company to anyone of any ability.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend T&K Motorcycle Training for beginner bikers as well as those, like me, who have a couple years experience leading up to the A licence. My instructor Chris, assess your riding skills and guides you constructively when you do something wrong and praises good safe riding. The whole experience was awesome and I will be back next spring for some advanced training to hone my skills and hopefully some new jokes

The standard of teaching was excellent at T&K, with new bikes and a huge pad to practice all the manoeuvres required for mod 1. Would happily recommend

Fantastic experience: September 2023 - I went here for my CBT having never ridden a bike with gears. Julia took me for my CBT, she was brilliant, she is so patient and calm, explaining things as we went along. I will be doing my theory in a couple weeks and be back here for the rest of my training and tests. Don't wait.. Do it. It's brilliant. May 2024 - I have passed my MOD1, all thanks to Clive and Tim. Great guys, really knowledgeable, very patient, really helpful. MOD2 next.... May 2024 - MOD2 completed with Tim...my that man has the patience of a sain and it obviously worked because I passed!! Fantastic experience: After hearing loads of stories about how some training schools are with women, I have to admit I was really nervous about booking my direct access. But T&K we’re recommended to me by helmet city. After my first taster session I knew this was the school for me and I have to admit they didn’t let me down. All I can say is outstanding. Alex is extremely helpful with all the bookings and juggling training and test date. To even making sure you stay with your instructor throughout. I have to give a massive shout out to Clive who believed in me from the start, he is direct and blunt but always builds you with a positive, which I loved. He’s a big softie really. He knew from day one I was nervous and worried but he always managed to calm me. And I couldn’t have done it without him. Your an absolute diamond. Fantastic experience: From start to finish T&K have been outstanding! From the very simple booking process with Alex to my free taster session with Chris. I then booked a 3 hour transition with Chris to see if I wanted to ride a 400cc or a 650cc. I loved the 650 so took the plunge and booked both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 lessons and tests. I couldn't have done it without the support from everyone at T&K! What a fantastic bunch Chris is so patient. I was very nervous but he really helps to calm you down. I passed my Mod 2 less than 2 weeks ago and got my new bike delivered last week. I've clocked up nearly 200 miles already! Thank you so much everyone at T&K! Fantastic experience: AWESOME! I had a bad experience with an instructor at another Bridgewater based school so came to renew my CBT after a long period without riding after being put off. Julia was fantastic, encouraging, knowledgeable and an extremely good teacher! I felt really welcome and comfortable from arrival. There was no filling in time but every aspect was properly covered with the opportunity to practice anything I was a bit unsure about. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. As a newbie starting a little late in life I struggled with my training last year. Keith of T & K suggested I get some experience riding pillion to see if being on two wheels was really for me as at that point I wasn't 100% sure. 9 months later I returned and completed my cbt training with Julia, who made the experience stress free. She allowed me to take everything in my own time and gave instruction every step of the way. Colin, my instructor last year, was so patient with me and my mental blocks. All staff are welcoming and have a wealth of experience with riders of all ages. As an older inexperienced rider I was given the same respect and treatment as the younger learners. Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews but I Had my CBT today with T&k Motorcycle Training. Had no previous experience on a motorbike and over the course of the day I was taught to safely ride and learnt the basics to start my journey for my full licence. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training here. Took CBT yesterday and learned so much in one day. Instructor Chris was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with lots of patience and an encouraging attitude towards learners. Fantastic experience: I come to T&K for my MOD2 after completing CBT & MOD 1 with another company in Burnham on sea. I wish I did the whole thing with T&K from the start , can't remember my instructors name but he really cared about teaching me and making sure I was actually enjoying being on the bike which I can't say the previous school done at all. I was always looking forward to going out with them whereas I used to be full of nerves previously. I passed my MOD 2 first time almost perfectly which I can only attribute to my instructor. Will 100% be recommending them to anyone who listens in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend T & K! I did my CBT with them a couple of years ago and return to upgrade to a full bike licence. Tim and Keith are so experienced and so patient. Tim in particular was fantastic, believed in me and kept me calm when the nerves would get the better of me. If you want to give biking a go pop along and have a cuppa with Tim and Keith, they'll talk you through whats involved and get you riding with confidence before you know it. Fantastic experience: Undertook my CBT today with it being the first ever time of getting on a motorbike. Loved it. I had Chris as my instructor and I really don't think it was possible to ask for anyone better. Really good bunch of guys down there really passionate about their craft. Will happily return for more lessons in the future and to anyone sitting on the fence I say, go get stuck in. You're in good hands.

Fantastic experience: After a 40 year break I decided to return to biking and made an impulse purchase of a used NC750X. Before picking it up I booked a 3 hour Refresher Course with T&K and this exceeded my expectations. My objective was to gain sufficient confidence to collect the bike and and drive on it public roads. Box ticked. What I wasn't expecting was Keith's thought provoking commentary. So knowledgeable and so inspirational. I now realise that this is just the start of a journey in every sense. I Can't wait.

Fantastic experience: Just got home from completing my CBT @ T&K motorcycle training Westonzoyland, Somerset. I've wanted to do my bike license for years but being a larger chap, worried about the bikes, and clothing etc.. but T&K catered for all my needs. The bikes were very modern and well maintained, and my weight concerns were not an issue, so if you're thinking about doing your bike licence go and check them out, you will be pleasantly surprised. Our instructor for the day was Chris, and ex army soldier with a hidden secret that you will need to see to believe. He was a great instructor and made the day not only stress free, but enjoyable and rewarding. All the people I met on the day were pleasant and took time to say hello and strike up a conversation. I will be back a.s.a.p. to Complete my Mod1 & mod2. Pop in and see the team for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. All trainers were really friendly and super supportive. Before going to Bridgwater to do my CBT I had previously tried to undertake this else where however was left with bad experiences. This did make my confidence go down. I went here six months after and right from the start I knew they were all friendly and kind. During the training on the property the trainer was very supportive, kind and allowed us time to get things the way we felt comfortable with it along with the trainer. When out on the road it was an amazing experience, there was constant communication through the walkies which was reassuring. The rise was a lot of fun and I would suggest anyone to come here and to their training. Absolutely top notch 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Amazing day and an incredible instructor. Passed my CBT. After a very traumatic experience with another school I never thought I'd ride again. A lot of people I spoke to after recommended T&K to me and talked me round. I'm so happy they did. I felt safe, respected and very welcome. So much training space, talked through everything face to face, no shouting through helmets and as much time as you need to feel happy and safe with every maneuver before you go out on the road. Fantastic experience: I completed my my CBT on the 21st of June and finished my full bike license on the 27th of July. I can say that would not of happened if it wasn’t for all that worked there. Fantastic experience: Having not ridden a motorcycle for nearly 40 years I was a little apprehensive about starting again now. Having read some reviews about how and where to get started I decided on these guys. From the outset they were very accommodating and keen to understand my needs and what I wanted. I opted for 1-2-1 training for the mandatory CBT and I’m so glad I did. Yes it’s a little more expensive as you would expect but it was totally worth it. I had Steve instruct me, he has excellent instructional technique and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, he spent over 8 hours with me to get me to the standard required and not once did he appear bored or disinterested. He and the rest of the team clearly have a real passion for the world of motorcycles and it is infectious. The training site has a very friendly atmosphere and there is plenty of room for a noob like me to get used to the feel of the bike again, build confidence before heading out onto the road for the first time. Fortunately due to its location there are some cracking roads nearby, fairly quiet to enable you to get used to the feel of the bike on the road whilst building your confidence. A great experience for me and in no small part due to Steve’s expert tuition. I’m already booked in to come back for the next step and I can’t wait. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure to train with them. Did both my MOD 1 & 2, primarily with Chris who was absolutely brilliant! Very welcoming feel & all of them have a clear passion for teaching people to become safe motorbike riders not just licence holders.

Fantastic experience: I had a taster session first, as I had never been on a bike before, the instructor was very patient with me and I then continued to complete my CBT on a one to one basis. All the team are friendly, Steve who was my instructor was very patient and they are great taking the time for us to learn!! I would highly recommend anyone to visit these guys! Thank you all !!!

Fantastic experience: Just did my CBT and DAS with these guys and what can I say except they are phenomenal chaps. Got it all done in just over 2 weeks and any issues I had were put right in a respectful and informative manner although some great banter was had which made the whole process a fun experience rather than a linier training course. I did my training alongside some people that were less experienced than myself and noticed that nothing was too much trouble, if they were unsure or nervous, the instructors made sure they were 100% ready to move on before throwing them further in the deep end. Hats off to everyone at T&K, will be recommended you to anyone I meet looking to get a bike licence. I look forward to seeing everyone again soon at bike night!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my CBT at T&K Motorcycle Training and was really impressed with the tutoring. I came away feeling a better car driver as well as a competent moped driver. More aware of the road (I'm nearly 50) very friendly instructor and modern equipment (2021 reg). Really good.
