Negative experience: Stay away.. Bought a ZX10R from Bransons. They delivered it with a flat battery and the mode function broke... Now cant get hold of anyone and emails ignored..

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT under the guidance of Terry. It was useful completing the CBT Xtra to build some basic knowledge and bike time having come in with no previous experience, however I would definitely recommend have a couple weeks break before jumping into the CBT. Doing that I came into it much more relaxed with the knowledge in my mind already and having had time to sleep on it all.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from start to finish, I cannot recommend the team at Bransons enough. From booking my son's CBT to purchasing his first bike, everyone went above and beyond, supporting not only my son but myself through the whole process. It was clear from the moment we walked into the shop the first time, it was not about the sale, but about my son safely getting on the road. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous bike shop with fantastic staff - unlike many bike shops where you can feel you're being an inconvenience to the staff, Bransons is very welcoming. They have a great display of bikes to look at, and the entire process of purchasing a new bike or arranging a service is made extremely easy and hassle-free thanks to the team on-site (especially David, who couldn't be more helpful if he tried!) Bransons is not local to me by any stretch (it's about an 80 mile round trip) but they were the obvious choice for me when it came to purchasing a new bike. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you're in the market for a new motorbike or scooter, do yourself a favour and check them out! ️

Fantastic experience: I've got firs my CBT and then the DAS. The overall experience has been pleasant and comfortable, the instructor is highly motivated and knowledgeable, always with a right word on how to improve your drive. The bikes are new and they can provide equipment if not you don't have it.

Fantastic experience: What a great dealer and the staff are great too from the top down. Today I picked up my 2008 Honda Goldwing 1800 from Bransons. Not the closest for me but well worth the 3 hour drive each way. Thanks Pete for making my trade-in and purchase so easy.

Fantastic experience: I went down to do my CBT xtra on the 15th and Adam was really helpful and informative. When I went to go do my CBT on the 28th with Terry I felt prepared due to the CBT xtra. Terry helped me out and gave me the guidance needed to pass my CBT and it's been an incredible journey since then. Highly recommend Bransons to anyone wanting to do there CBT and if you are new to bikes I would highly recommend the CBT xtra, just useful to have another day talking about bikes and working with them.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT here with Terry and I've must say he was an excellent trainer! He will teach you good habits to get into all while having a fun while doing so. He has a great sense of humour but will be serious and honest with you when he needs to be. I will certainly remember all that he's taught me. All around a great place to go if you want to be trained properly and you want to have a great foundation to work from all while having a good time.

Fantastic experience: Just completed CBT with Terry and CBT EXTRA with Adam. I was a very cautious student but the experience was very positive and supporting. Fantastic experience: Well at the age of 45, I followed my sons footsteps and got on a motorbike. Never been on a motorbike before, so all totally new experience for me. I passed the CBT on my 2nd attempt and actually very happy with this achievement, the 1st day was me getting all the thrill of being on a bike and a few too many mistakes, learning to ride the bike. Myself and the instructor knew I wasn't ready to be on the road, I'm a professional lorry driver and I knew I didn't feel ready, I went home quite tired, and replaying things in my head knowing what I needed to do better next time. I returned for a 2nd attempt a month later, more relaxed and I knew what I need to achieve this time. The day went extremely well and I went out for a ride on the public road, I passed so I'm very chuffed to have done this. Got to say a big thanks to Terry my instructor for teaching me from scratch, a big thanks for all the staff from the shop and the guys selling the bikes. If you need anything these guys will help you. I am planning my next visit already

Fantastic experience: I booked my son in for his CBT. I had a few queries and found the staff knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My son attended the course today. He was greeted by a friendly instructor that put him at ease and he spent an enjoyable day (his birthday infact!) learning and riding. He now feels much more confident to take to the roads.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with all of the team. Just had a CBR650R serviced and while there for around 2 hours we were made to feel most welcome. My wife felt like she had a personal shopper.. bought a few items from the shop. I was tempted towards a new bike. I also witnessed how the salesman was with another person who wanted to instantly buy a bike. They encouraged the chap to test ride the bike first to ensure he was happy with it. All while being polite. I did think how good that was and that many others would have just been keen for the sale. They clearly care about their customers. We also had some good advice from the service manager and mechanic. - All round good people. Nice ride out too.

Negative experience: Very upset when i visited a few weeks ago i have recently purchased a motorcycle from bransons motorcycles after being a loyal customer for years. david in sales was on the phone on loudspeaker to another colleague and he made a very rude comment about me while i was sat at the opposite desk awaiting to set up a service plan for my servicing i have contacted bransons about this issue and somebody was due to call me back about the matter but i had no response as yet. Staff should be polite to any customer(s) and this was extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: While they may not have had a huge range of clothes or helmets in-store, their willingness to order items in upon request was truly commendable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had access to the gear I needed, even if it wasn't readily available. One aspect that impressed me was their extensive selection of bikes available for viewing. They had a diverse range of models, making it easy for me to explore different options and find the perfect fit for my needs. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to answer any questions I had. Their helpfulness throughout the entire process made me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to understand my preferences and guide me towards the motorcycles that aligned with my interests. Their expertise was evident, and it gave me confidence in my purchasing decisions. Fantastic experience: Ok... So let's be honest. I am a slow learner when it comes to motorbikes. I had previously done a CBT with another provider but despite receiving a certificate didn't feel at all confident about going on the road safely. I decided to redo my CBT through Bransons and the experience could not have been more different. I knew from the outset that my safety was paramount and that I would not be going on the road until Terry the instructor and myself both felt it would be safe to do so. Did it happen day one? No. Did I return for more training? Yes. Did it happen day 2? No. Did I return for more training? Yes. Do I now have my CBT and the right level of confidence to continue learning on the road? Yes. I know many people will complete the CBT in a day and feel super confident getting on with it but, if like me, you are more cautious and unfamiliar with bikes then this is the team to choose. It's not just about getting a certificate, it's about feeling safe on the road to continue your learning. I can't thank Terry enough for his patient, light hearted and consistent approach and would very highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Good service and helpful staff.

Negative experience: Seems like Bransons drivers are self appointed road ego police who block a lane of traffic because their ego won’t let cars pass while they sit in a Que of traffic. By the way the Highway Code states cars should use all the road and filter at the merge point. Brain dead drivers.

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Terry for getting myself and my fiancé through our CBTs yesterday. He was friendly, funny, and really tailored the training to suit us both (two people with polar opposite learning methods!). He celebrated the victories with us, instilled confidence in our abilities when we got a bit confused putting everything together, and overall made the day much less stressful than it could have easily been! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a CBT, also had great knowledge of the bikes in the store to recommend ones for us to purchase based on what we wanted :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Adam enough, passed my D.A.S first time, I learned so much while training with him, Having picked up a few bad habits over the years, At 45 years old, he helped me reach my goal. Unfortunately i did not do my CBT at Bransons, as I realise now not all approved certified motorcycle training schools are not up to the standards like Bransons motorcycles. As my step son did his CBT at another training facility were I did mine, I felt he should not have passed with his standard of training and he has agreed to do additional training with adam at Bransons motorcycles to make him safe on the road. Adam is an absolute asset to Bransons. Again Thank you so much for making dreams happen.

Fantastic experience: Needed a new 125 for my son, called Bransons at 10am on friday and took delivery of a 73 plate CB125F with 2 miles on the clock Saturday morning at 9 A.M. Great service, easy transaction and I would definatelly recommend. Special thanks to Mark the sales manager who got the bike PDI serviced and delivered so quickly for me.

Positive experience: Bransons were great, helping to nail the problems on my Honda via their diagnostic systems, which other garages weren't able to do, and fully explaining all the options. Friendly, polite, helpful and compared to most monosyllabic bike mechanics, very communicative. You get free coffee too and tons of parking space too so definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had my cbt here today ready to start on doing my full bike licence. Was brilliant my instructor was really good very understanding great way of teaching wile having some fun. I have done my cbt twice before and this was the best by far. Everyone there was very welcoming.only thing I noticed was on the website it says all bikes used for training had heated handles and mine didn’t was a tad cold on the fingers. But really all in all can’t fault them great team.

Positive experience: Bought new bike here in August. Couple of disappointments though compared to other dealers used previously. The on the road price only included 6 months road tax, which by time bike was delivered was only 5 months and a week. Day after delivery I noticed a part was missing from the bike, no explanation from Bransons why.

Fantastic experience: I get my Honda Rebel serviced there. I recently had an engine light come up on my dash, they fitted me in really quickly, checked diagnostic, saw it was a fuel issue so gave me advice and cleared the light without charging me. Very friendly team.

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks ago I failed my MOD2 ( on road motorbike test), I made a bad mistake so it was an instant fail. When you fail your MOD2 you have to wait 10 working days before you can retest. My theory ran out 9 working days after said test. The MOD1 is attached to the theory, so that also expired...double This meant I had to start over, retake my theory...✔️ Did that a week yesterday! Got a cancellation to retake my MOD1 today...passed ✔️ Booked my MOD2 (to complete the tests and make me road legal) literally an hour after the first test. It wasn't planned! Looked online and there was a slot free, so I took the bull by the horns and did the test...passed ✔️ BOOM! And just like that I'm licensed to ride a big bike! Goodbye L Plates, I don't need you anymore Watch out world...I'm going to make some noise Thanks to Adam from Bransons Motorcycle Training for believing in me and helping me reach my goal! I've really enjoyed my time with you guys, it was daunting at first, but you quickly put me at ease! Adam will go above and beyond for you, he puts in many hours to ensure you have a good experience and is professional at all times!

Fantastic experience: Would recommend a CBT here! Mr T is a great instructor, he makes you feel relaxed from the word ‘go’! He wants you to do well and is passionate about bikes, your’s and others safety when out on the road. That really came across! He goes above and beyond to ensure you succeed and stay safe whilst out on the road, and opens your eyes to even a seasoned car driver like myself, as to how different being on a bike is and the responsibilities you as a bike rider should take to ensure you are driving safely out on the roads. He made the lesson fun and engaging whilst ensuring directions were understood, which is why I would definitely recommend this course to you! I’ll be going back for my full licence soon!! Fantastic experience: I decided to buy my New Yamaha MT-07 through Bransons and I am leaving a 5* review for the following reasons. From the day I enquired on auto trader about the MT-07 to the point of collection, Mark Lane was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into my bike. Due to them offering the best discount on the bike, I decided to go through them and not my local dealer, all of my bike purchase was handled online. (I had to go in once through only as I had to sign the finance documents but this was because of a problem my end in answering security questions). Everything was pleasantly handled and very easy to do online thanks to Mark working so hard the other end in making sure my bike was to my standard. I can’t thank Mark enough for what he has done for me on getting me into my Yamaha. I wish Bransons all the best for future buisness and can’t recommend Bransons Motorcycles enough

Knew I was looking at passing my das soon after so made sure I was getting as much info and explaining things in more depth. Went and spoke to sales in honda after, bought helmet and jacket. Lady over there was very patient and knowledgeable. Will most likely buy my bike from there once I pass the das.

Fantastic experience: Came in for my CBT, met by Chaz whom was helpful and shown me the facility and was welcoming to let me know if I needed anything he would help. CBT conducted with Terry and Adam. Ropey morning for myself in the paddock however Terry was able to explain to me where I was going wrong and how to improve. The afternoon road ride went well and I was at ease with Terry and Adam following me. Overall pleasant experience. Knowledgeable instructors that are very easy to talk too and were funny.. ish. Terry and Adam was the guys training me and both amazing and give easy instructions to follow and understand. I left feeling confident on jumping on my bike and riding it. Fantastic experience: I searched online for the best price for a new yamaha MT09. Bransons in Yeovil had the best price I could find. I needed the bike delivering to Cornwall. Fantastic experience: Excellent service!! We bought a 125cc for our son and had it delivered to home. We therefore hadn’t had a proper handover for the bike. We went back in to buy a jacket (which the lady was very knowledgeable about and then gave us a discount!) and then spoke with David. David spent a good half an hour running through everything about the bike with us and our son. He is so knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful!! Fantastic experience: Great day spent at Bransons doing my CBT, over 40! Never driven any thing, so was a challenge for the instructor Chris, who was brilliant, by the end of the I honestly feel comfortable to go out on a 125 auto by myself, I’m a cyclist so that helped (a little!) I don’t live locally so didn’t know the roads, nice clear and calm instructions from Chris, like he said, “lights are lights”, “a around is a around” “a junctions, a junction” so you can ride any where! Oh and to make Chris’s day a little more difficult and challenging I’m rather deaf and wear hearing aids! Would love to go back for further training, thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Took my mod 2 with Chris as instructor and found him to be a brilliant help, he was brilliantly calming and after a booking kerfuffle he charmed the assessors to get me in which was definitely above and beyond, he seems to know everyone which helps. He taught me far beyond only what I needed for the test, giving me points on my riding and figuring out cause and effect for each issue to resolve it. Would definitely consider going for further advanced training with him. The bikes were in very good condition considering they're the training vehicles, and the inclusion of heated handlebars was a luxury I was wholly thankful for on my December test. Fantastic experience: Jerry and Pete helped me get the bike in and were friendly and polite even though I arrived just before they were about to close. Anton called me back with the bad news the next day and honestly set my expectations. Excellent customer service and communication backed up by the independent recommendations I get from folks I speak with at bike meets.

Fantastic experience: Just did my CBT here with Chris... As an older guy starting out I was apprehensive, and Chris' instruction along side a good dose of humour completely relaxed me. Superb instructor and quite impressed with the 125 I rode on too... Can't wait to do my mod 1 & 2 and I hope I get Chris again...

Fantastic experience: I bought my 2nd 125cc bike from here and the aftercare service I have received since has been second-to-none. Andre and his team are polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve had a few issues with my Herald Mirage over the last 18 months but the guys at Bransons have always sorted it out as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the unlikely event something comes up that they initially haven’t come across before, they will ultimately still find a solution. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they certainly look after their loyal customers by providing discounts when possible. Trust Bransons, they won’t take you for a ride! (Sorry, couldn’t avoid the pun)

Negative experience: Parts hardly ever answer phone, then usually to busy to speak to you, if you want to spend thousands on a bike someone always willing to help.........what a surprise

Fantastic experience: Done my cbt in the week with Adam, what a great teacher, having never touched a motorbike before he had his work cut out but by the end of the day I felt more than confident to ride on the road, excellent teacher, patient and supportive, I will certainly be back for my das course very soon!!
