Fantastic experience: I recently passed my Module 2 test and earned my full A license with PassBike, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The ladies on the front desk are so helpful and were extremely fast getting back to me with questions regarding the DAS course. Fantastic experience: I started my learner journey with this truly exceptional school via their unique 1-hour session to assess my skill set for a DAS (Full Licence) course, riding a brand new 125cc bike. Scott was brilliant and so patient with this phase which made it clear this was the best place to learn and get my full licence. I then spent 2 x 4-hour sessions with Andy learning and practicing all the skills for my Mod 1 test using the SV650’s. Ian helped sharpen my skills on test-day which helped me pass my Mod 1 at the first attempt. And frankly, if they can teach me and get me passing first time, others will have no problems whatsoever. I’m now moving onto my Mod 2 training with 2 further 4-hour sessions but regardless of the test outcome, everyone at Pass Bike has been fantastic. If you’re learning to ride, this is the place to go without doubt.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks ago I took the plunge and started my motorcycle journey, never realised how involved the the training would be,theory ...CBT...mod 1 and passed my mod 2 yesterday....at 57 and so out of my comfort zone i can actually say I'm proud of myself, my instructors were amazing as I'd never sat on a motorcycle in my lifetime and were so patient and reassuring. Today was my first day out with my Bobber, was apprehensive but home now with a smile from ear to ear.I can't thank PassBike enough every member of staff are genuinely interested in your growth as a trainee always asking how your days riding went...big thank u to my instructor Andy who taught me from a complete novice to actually following me on my mod 2 test...top guy 57 year old chuffed new biker

Fantastic experience: Completed the one day Motorbike Maintenance Course on 28th September. Great day and great tuition. Learnt lots of useful information and feel confident that if I had the misfortune to breakdown I could get myself back on the road or at least diagnose the problem. Many thanks to Moe, Jake and Steve for explaining everything in a way that anyone could understand, and of course thanks to Lauretta for organising the day and being the contact and friendly face.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the 1-day motorcycle maintenance course at Pass Bike, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience! Steve, Jake, and Moe were amazing instructors who explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, making it accessible for any skill level. The hands-on approach was great—actually getting to work on the bikes yourself really helped me grasp what’s needed and how to perform the tasks confidently. By the end of the course, I felt much more confident handling my bike and dealing with common issues on the road, not to mention how to properly service and maintain it to stay safe. The follow-up links they sent to find all the specs for my bike were super helpful, and I couldn’t believe I got them for just £1.20! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and bubbly, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a perfect day, and I’m now excited to book the extended 4-day course to deepen my understanding. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had the most wonderful experience at passbike, doing the 1st time taster session. My partner Alex and I are going travelling for 5 months and wanted some experience on a bike before renting one abroad. Felt far more confident by the end of the lesson. Fantastic experience: I did a two hour training session with Scott, who was a really nice guy, good laugh and made you feel really comfortable. I think it's great that passbike offer these sessions to make you feel more confident before a cbt. I also purchased a Peugeot pm 01 125 from these guys and was very happy with the service (loretta) especially was great at keeping me informed on my bikes arrival etc. They even let me test ride it after my session, which is rare to have the opportunity. Fantastic experience: Passed the DAS, both MOD 1 and MOD 2 first time with these guys (in 4 days no less)! All of the instructors were brilliant, and I can't fault them at all. They made the whole process enjoyable and fun (despite my nerves). Particular thanks to Matt who kept encouraging me from the word go (even though he only taught me for my CBT), and was genuinely stoked when I passed my MOD 2 at the end, and of course Scott who put up with my bad habits but ultimately is responsible for helping me get that big boys licence. If you are thinking about getting your licence or even just doing a CBT, seriously consider these guys. Everyone who works there is friendly and genuinely wants to get the best out of you. Fantastic experience: Super friendly service, with very knowledgeable staff. Booking was easy and the team were a huge help for my son on his CBT. Experienced instructors and good hire bikes available. There is a great accessories shop with everything a new rider could need. Workshop and MOT station looked great too although I've not used them as yet.

Fantastic experience: I chose PassBike for both my CBT and DAS and it was such a great experience from start to finish. I had never ridden a bike before but Loretta made me feel comfortable while arranging my training and explained everything really well. I had training with Ian, Andy and Scott, each one of them are great to learn from and I would highly recommend. A big thank you also to Caroline. After a full day in the sun, she came to the rescue with super cold water while we sat in front of the air con! All in all what a great team and such a great experience all round.

I had Ian as my instructor and he was amazing! Very kind and reassuring, really helped me pass. I also had a training session with Chris and he too was great. Fantastic experience: When I called Pass Bike Motorcycle Training, I was already feeling a bit disappointed because every other place I contacted had no availability until late July or August. I called them on May 24th and requested Mod 1 and Mod 2 training and exams before June 22nd, as my CBT was due for renewal, and I wanted to avoid paying for it again. Caroline and Lauretta went above and beyond to find availability on such short notice, and their prices were the best I found in the area. Ian and Scott are amazing instructors – very patient and professional. Scott guided me through Mod 1, and Ian helped me pass Mod 2. I couldn’t have done it without their help and appreciate every piece of advice they gave me. I passed Mod 2 on June 19th, just before my CBT expiration date. It was a pleasure meeting and working with everyone at Pass Bike Motorcycle Training. I’ll be in touch again when I need my bike serviced. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: My first visit. Fitted 2 MOT s in for me, 1 same day, 1 the next. Very impressed with the very polite helpful and thoroughly cheerful receptionist Loretta. When I arrived I couldn't believe the selection of new bikes and scooters available here! Great workshop facilities and FREE coffee!!! Couldn't ask for more! Oh and an air conditioned bright reception. My advice - give this place a go for your next MOT , and they also do all aspects of lessons and Bike Tests and instruction here!

Fantastic experience: I done my DAS course here. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient from my first contact with them. I done MOD 1 and MOD 2 training and exams. The instructors were very knowledgable and adapt there teaching to rectify/teach anything you need help with. The ladies that organise everything were always helpful and well organised. All the staff that work here including the workshop are very pleasant and chatty, it was an absolute pleasure coming here. In the end I felt I was popping down to a friends place and going on a ride. The instructors are so knowledgable on the everything. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. I will certainly be coming back here as I start my bike life for MOTs, repairs, servicing and accessories. Thank you so much everyone at PASSBIKE.

Fantastic experience: When I thought about doing my CBT I decided to go to Pass Bike in Southend (having come from Chelmsford) due to their glowing reviews, and I'm so happy I did. The CBT with Scott left me feeling comfortable and in control. I was encouraged all the way through and helped at every turn when I needed it. Not having a car liscene didn't hinder me as I was instructed well enough to understand the rules of the road. As for my full liscene I knew I had to go back to Pass Bike as it felt like I wanted to close my training where I started it. For this I had Ian who has helped mold me into a better rider in just 5 sessions and successfully Pass my full licence. I cannot begin to praise the Pass Bike team, no matter who you speak to, reception staff, instructors, mechanics, everyone is encouraging, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Although I have passed with Pass Bike and head back to Chelmsford I know I will check in with the team regularly as I can't get enough of the environment they've created. Thank you, Pass Bike, you've given me the freedom and passion of 2 wheels and I can't wait to take an advanced course with you!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent time.Booked my 11 year old daughter in for an introduction to motorcycling lesson. Andy the instructor made her day and mine. She has never ridden a motorbike and within the hour she had been taught how to weave through cones and ride a figure of eight. I am sure we will be back for another hour soon. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience all round. The training was delivered professionally and knowledgeably. I felt safe and like training was under control. The CBT training was comprehensive and I feel like I understand the law, what to wear and how to ride. The bike training was also very good. The ride on the road was done via Bluetooth earpiece and the instructor kept us safe at all times. Classes delivered in pairs. I ended up buying a bike from this as well. The staff don’t hide anything and present a truthful experience. No promises were made but they managed to delight me in terms of delivery and choice. They worked with me to allow me to have the bike a bit earlier than expected as well. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise PBM too highly - staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Good facilities for those waiting for MOT to be completed - toilets / comfortable waiting area outside and inside and hot drinks machine. Looks a good place to do a course - I'm long past that !

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the Advance Motorcycle Maintenance Course at Pass Bike, and what a fantastic course this was. The team at Pass Bike were so friendly and welcoming , they are clearly passionate about passing on their knowledge. The course content was very comprehensive you could take your time , everything was explained clearly and the instructors were so knowledgeable. The environment was very friendly with great facilities (plenty of coffee, tea and most important chocolate biscuits). I would thoroughly recommend this course and I look forward to the next one.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 4 day Advanced Bike Maintenance and Repair course led by Mo, Jake and Steve and the lovely Caroline and Lauretta. A warm welcome from this team who have a world of knowledge, which they share in a clear and well planned four days. Able to ask as many questions as needed.. didn’t feel rushed. I’ve come away feeling excited to start my own projects and maintain my bike. Excellent from start to finish and wheelie good biscuits!

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT with Passbike. It took me a little longer to grasp the whole concept of riding and learning on the pad with simulated junctions. All were very patient with me especially Andy my instructor and the girls Caroline and Lauretta. Cuddles and biscuits when I got upset and frustrated. They squeezed in some 1 to 1 lessons for me so that when I felt I was ready I could get out in the road for the road ride part of the CBT. Will be back to do my mods next year . So lucky to have this place 5 minutes away but I would travel for a service and place like Passbike .

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the entire team at PassBike enough for their patience and dedication to getting me through my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests over the past 3 months. From the first time I entered the PassBike office, I was greeted with the warmest welcome from Lauretta and Caroline, they instantly made me feel like part of the family. Seeing these women with their knowledge and expertise in such male dominating industry is inspiring to female riders like myself. Prior to turning up at Passbike for my CBT, I had never so much as sat on a bike before, let alone be in control of one. Scott and Ian were both fantastic instructors, from teaching me the basics, manoeuvring round cones, all the way through to managing busy roundabouts and junctions in the real world. Their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycling has certainly rubbed off on me and I look forward to diving head first into this world! Despite passing all of my tests, PassBike won’t be getting rid of me that easily - I look forward to catching up with the team at upcoming Open Days, and will be visiting their shop to upgrade my helmet and jacket very soon. Fantastic experience: Visiting Passbike for my Triumph Street Twins first MOT was definitely the a great decision. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I was running late because of traffic, they were able to fit my bike in and have bent over backward to make sure my bike was up to standard. I can’t recommend them enough and I will certainly be bringing my bike back here in the future!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Passbike! I did my CBT with them initially back in November 23 and the experience was such that I have now completed my mod 1 & mod 2. This is such a friendly and happy environment to learn in. You are made welcome from the second you step through the door. Scott and Ian are great instructors and nothing is rushed but perhaps the most impressive thing about them is that they are really, really nice guys and immediately make you feel at ease. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I live an hour from Rochford but would not even consider using someone else!

Then there's Ian, what a top man, I was having a bit of a internal wobble at the test centre, on mod 2 test. He was great at calming me down and getting back in the zone. Fantastic experience: Excellent - superb - brilliant- fantastic! The staff were all friendly and helpful, there was a good choice of bikes to do CBT on (manual, automatic, petrol and electric!), a warm classroom (much appreciated on a cold day) and the theory sections were comprehensive. The instructor, Ian, was patient and gave clear and helpful instructions for my daughter (who was doing the CBT) - making the riding sections less stressful than she thought they might be. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Passed my Mod 2 last week; and after reading lots of Pass Bikes fantastic reviews, I wondered what to write that summed up my experience of this superb Training centre: I remember coming back from passing my Mod 1 with David, another successful student on the day, we walked through the door and gave the thumbs up to Lauretta and Caroline, they were so pleased for us; it meant as much to them as it did to us that we had passed. Just an amazing team of lovely people, thanks once again to my instructors Ian & Scott and everybody at Pass Bike. I should also mention, at the risk of going on too much! how amazing the facilities are, with coffee and a warm place to relax, or get togged up and dry off if needed, which was great for me as I had a 180 mile round trip after I decided that Pass Bike was the best place to take my training and test.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test here, these guys got me through my A2 licence, absolutely fantastic crowd. I travelled from Manchester to do my Mod 1 and Mod 2 (on the same day!!) and stayed over for four days. A big thank you to Scott, Caroline, Lauretta and a very special thank you to Ian, without his guidance I don't think I would of passed. If you are thinking about doing a CBT, A1, A2 or A Test/Licence, don't hesitate, this is definitely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Pass Bike are fantastic. From gaining my CBT to completing my full A licence, the team at pass bike have all made it a great experience. I’d recommend them for absolutely everything they offer - the motorcycle training is first class, the maintenance course is absolutely excellent and I now use them to help maintain and service/MOT my bike and wouldn’t consider taking it elsewhere. If you are considering anything they offer, give Lauretta or Caroline a call or email, you won’t regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: I attended the one day motorcycle maintenance course in November. It exceeded my hopes of what was possible to learn in a day! Moe and the team are fantastic, not only knowledgeable but also jovial and a good laugh. I came at the course with a decent idea of what I'm doing maintenance wise already. But wanted to gain the confidence that I'm approaching things correctly. I was concerned the course being only a day, would be quite basic. But it's actually very in depth and hands on. Definitely considering taking the week long course in the spring to delve a little deeper! Can't rate the course and the team at Pass Bike highly enough. If your considering a motorcycle maintenance course, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: My two teenage sons and I have all completed our CBTs in the last few months at Passbike. Our instructor Scott was professional, helpful and friendly. He put us at ease and ensured we were 'safe and legal'. One of my boys is partially deaf and Scott was patient and respectful. Everyone at Passbike is friendly and helpful and we look forward to completing more training in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just completed the Motorcycle maintenance module of the Enhanced rider scheme and it was excellent. Great useful content and well paced, competent and knowledgeable delivery. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Now completed the motorbike training from CBT to Module 1 then 2 test. Excellent experience from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb! I completed my CBT with Scott and the level or professionalism mixed with friendliness far exceeded my expectations. Scott is not only a great instructor with a passion for riding but goes above and beyond to ensure you are safe on the road. And to top it off he is a great guy and made the whole day extremely enjoyable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I was made to feel welcome and like a member of the family instantly. Could recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Really good team! They make you feel at home right away and give you all the support you need to pass the tests. Did my training and tests with Ian but I hear loads of good stuff about Scott too. Great quality bikes. Good value. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I just participated in the motorcycle maintenance 1 day course. I wasn’t sure at first how much I would learn after years of maintaining my own bikes yet I’m blown away by this course. Instructors Mo and Jake were wonderful they are extremely knowledgeable yet they easily relate and deliver mechanical instruction clearly. They maximize the time and you get hands on instruction, tips, best practices, and loads of information. If only I can remember a fraction of the things I learned. I highly recommend tiger course and even look forward to taking the 4 day course in the future.

Negative experience: Awful! Worst experience ever Running 10mins late, would’ve arrived at 9:30am with my test being at 1pm, Ian the director cancelled my whole test Ian the director, not a nice guy! But thanks for the experience. I went with another riding school, did amazing. My advice is, pick wisely! No doubt I’ll get a attacking response but fact is that was my awful experience with this company!

Fantastic experience: Had my ITM here today, I had never been on a motorcycle and only have push-bike experience. The staff are very welcoming and nice. Thank you to Ian my instructor who went through the ITM with me today, very friendly and made me feel a lot more confident on a bike! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently did a one day Motorcyle Maintenance course which was £150 for the day. The course was headed up by Moe and we broke down into smaller groups, ours was led by Jake. The course was informative, hands on but relaxed. Overall, it was enjoyable and in terms of quality, excellent. Genuinely, best £150 I've ever spent!

Fantastic experience: Very kind during MOT. Made brother very happy. Also lass at the counter was very helpful when i was unsure on a disc alarm and help see if it it. Definitely worth it and have a variety of cheap and sustainable motorcycles to choose from
