Fantastic experience: Seriously impressed with this place. Every person I met who worked there were really friendly and good to talk to. Did their experience day - well worth the money. The guy I was with was awesome, made me feel at ease immediately and was calm and patient. He helped me do the U-turn I think 20 times til I got it right. We later went out around Swansea and he gave me some really good tips, not just for mod 2 but for riding in general which is what you want in a trainer. Could really get a sense of his experience and passion for motorcycles. While I didn't do my mods with them as I was already on another course, this is one of the best places to train.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Ken and the guys in the workshop made the entire process appear seamlessly effortless which I am sure it was not from their end. JTs saved me money on the accessories, installed free of charge and delivered on time. I have purchased many motorcycles over the years, this was one of the most enjoyable and professional experiences I have witnessed, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Recently my son and I completed our CBTs with Stu and Locky who were brilliant instructors!! They are both so knowledgeable, patient and a really good laugh...a training day has never been so fun that I'm going back for more! The team who advised us with buying my son's 1st bike were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble to them. Sales support before and after purchase has been spot on and I would absolutely recommend going to JT's for both the excellent training and sales support. Fantastic experience: Did my CBT here today, everyone was fantastic with me and really friendly. My instructor (Locky) was absolutely brilliant! tailored the course to skill level, and added bits as we advanced. Felt very comfortable and in control when I got on the roads, cant wait to go back for my mods. Cant recommend enough xx

Fantastic experience: Bought a Harley of these guys a couple of weeks ago. Whole experience was superb. No pressure sellling. Good humour in the shop. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of cups of coffee. Gave me a good price on part ex with my Z1000sx, no quibble, no problems. Patient with me whilst I tried to sell a different bike instead of the part ex option. Harley had a engine management light on as I drove away. No problem they reset this, it was a low battery that had triggered it but they sorted is straight away. Great staff from sales to mechanics etc, will definately use them again.

Fantastic experience: I had never ridden a geared bike before so l booked to do the hour taster session started on a scooter and then moved onto the geared bike the instructors were brilliant and took time to talk through everything with me and put me at ease. I decided to book the CBT which I was really nervous about doing but again the instructor l had was brilliant explained everything clearly to me and checked to see if l was ok with everything . He had time to talk with me even though there was 3 guys also there doing there CBT . Thanks to you all for making my first time on a geared bike a fun experience and hopefully you will be seeing me again soon to do the next stage after a bit more practice on the 125 .

Fantastic experience: passed my CBT at JT'S.They made it easy for me to learn and because of my axiety, i was super nervous at the start of the day,but by the end i was way more comfertable and thourally enjoyed my self,i recomend JT'S all day long if you want to get into motorcycles and are looking for a CBT instructers.

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt training today with Stuart, can honestly say was one of the best days and a lot of fun. Having never rode a bike on the roads and absolutely clueless on how to handle one i came away a lot more confident and more knowledgeable on how to handle/ride a bike and road safely. Stu made me feel at ease from the off and was very patient and funny. Also thanks to Locky for doing the free taster session with me on the onsite course, it was my first time on a bike and was a bit nervous but he made me feel comfortable and explained all the basics. Fantastic experience: My husband and I completed our CBTs today with instructors Stewart and Ian and we could not have asked for better instructors!! The day was absolutely fantastic, the course was so informative and we have laughed all day. I was a complete newbie and never riden before but was put right at ease from the very start. The testing/lesson/practice in the training area was very easy to understand. And good fun. The ride out to assess (my first ever road ride) was brilliant . I definitely feel safe from the guidance given. Now I can start learning how to ride with the CBT done !

They certainly boost your confidence at those critical moments. I had never ridden a bike before but I’ve now got my full bike licence! Thanks to everyone at JTs and esp Ian and Stuart! Also, in terms of bike sales I have just been in to buy my next bike. Happy with the part-ex price I have been given on the 125 and also the deal on my new bike. The £10 for a test ride is very fair - you get it back if you buy a bike and if you don’t buy, why should JTs fund your test ride? Ken gave me plenty of time and help in making my decision. Can’t wait to collect my bike! Thanks JTs :-)

Fantastic experience: Went there as a complete novice and the gent at the desk didn't try and sell me the highest priced helmet, he waited patiently whilst I was trying multiple helmets on, until I felt comfortable with one and offered a discount. Negative experience: Tried emailing and phoning this company multiple times to book a CBT with no response. Spent my whole break at work waiting for someone to answer the phone but it just rang and rang with no answer. Seems they respond more on here to reviews them their own emails. Unfortunate as a coworker highly recommends this company but I can’t even get so much as a hello from this company

Negative experience: Highly recommend finding another place of business for your motorcycle. Called up a few weeks ago for a simple starter motor change to which I was told “we will ring you back soon and let you know” and I was never contacted. Too much time went passed for me to have the money to pay for it so was forced to limp my bike around until this morning when I left for work only for my battery to finally go dead. Tried calling them again to the same response of “we will call you back”. Even after I questioned the lady on the phone about the callback she was adamant that they would. Once again no contact from them in regards to my bike so I’m completely done with this company as they clearly don’t need me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. Placed an order through Ebay store, the part arrived before estimated time. There was a problem with the part so contacted them, very helpful and friendly, the replacement part was sent out immediately and received the next day.

I went in asking about the possibility of hiring a 600cc motorcycle (which they don't do) but they did show me around some some second hand bikes, gave me a good deal on a sv650x and a discount on a helmet :D They're a great team, I passed my first CBT with them year's ago, got my first brand new 125cc on finance and since passed my full bike license with them. There really supportive and want what's best for you. I can't thank them enough as they've just been awesome and they make you feel welcomed into the biker community.
