Fantastic experience: Having previously completed my CBT with Bikewize and being taught how to handle a manual bike many years ago. I made sure to come back for my full bike license. Lyanna really was positive and reassuring when in the office. Jim and Elliot were both great teachers, both with different teaching styles. They ensured I was competent, safe and legal on the road. Smashed both tests at the end of the course and couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended - came to bikewize after needing a little more help to pass MOD1. Lyanna was very helpful and managed to book the MOD1 test site at Mitcham for some practice for an additional cost. This helped massively with the avoidance exercise that I had previously struggled with & I came away very happy with a pass certificate.

Negative experience: As per mentioned in the ride to go in section 4 D element they should show the signs and explain all about that and take the test but they didn't do They had taken directly test They had taken extra charge £20 for insurance and they said if you not pay £20 if any happen during the CBT test on the road any damages we will find £500 I have already paid £185 for CBT test for beginners how can they do like that, This is not good we need to complaint high level or dvla Swansea.

Negative experience: Shame that the actions of Jim really make me have to give this place a 1 star, appalling , unprofessional and straight up rude, funny to find out he’s part owner.. embarrassing really.

Negative experience: Firstly the other instructors are pure gold and make you feel at least somewhat at ease. However, listen very carefully to those other reviews about the part owner Jim, as its all true. What I had experienced today wasn't directly towards me, mainly anyway, but to another student who's first day was on a 650cc motorcycle, the shouting, the comments about failing him for a test, the speeding, the aggressive style of riding and overtaking every car in sight on the A23. He made me feel anxious going up for my test and somehow even more anxious on the way back. As soon as we got in I tried having a conversation with Jim, asking him how he expects people to learn if he just shouts, to which he deflected with ease and made excuses. Belittling me when I ask a question isn't even on the top of the list. I'm human just like anyone else. No one deserves that treatment.

Fantastic experience: Done my Cbt with El on saturday and had a great day. I learnt everything i needed and had a good time in the process. Will be going back for my big license.

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT with Stu yesterday and I enjoyed every bit. When I messed up, he helped instead of doing what typical teachers do. A day before, I had a 1-2-1 with Lyndon and again, very friendly and nice. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: I took my CBT today with Stu and Kevin and I just want to say thank you! They explained all the manoeuvres very clearly, even with demonstrations, and kept the spirit light and funny the whole day.I was quite nervous to be on the bike and the road due to it being my first time but they made me feel very safe and confident! I must give extra credit to Stu who has helped me twice with my CBT, he truly gave me that confidence I needed to pass today! I highly recommend either of these two for your training

Fantastic experience: Passed my Mod 1 and 2 15th July following 2 days training. Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble from booking with Lyanna through to test day. Elliot made the Mod 1 training very enjoyable with clear instructions and we had a good laugh too. Paul is a great guy with plenty of knowledge, stories and he is also a great trainer. Fantastic experience: I took my CBT here with Lyndon as my instructor and couldn’t have been happier! As a completely new rider with 0 experience or expectations I felt safe and able to ask questions the entire time which was my main concern going into my CBT. Lyndon made the whole day feel exciting and fun as opposed to pressured or nerve wracking and clearly has a a real passion which made all the advice and expertise even more poignant through the learning process. Negative experience: I passed my CBT today with great help from the instructor Lyndon I had a great day with him, I must say the owner has no customer service skills whatsoever and quite frankly no respect or manners he was very rude as I arrived for my cbt he had just told me as I knocked on the door 'cant you see the sign we're closed' and to wait outside. Other than that I enjoyed my day with Lyndon great guy easy to talk to and very helpful just a shame that the owner has no respect!

Negative experience: The owner who drives a bmw is a rude miserable man, I arrived 5 minutes early went to walk in the shop to sit on the seats as the booking agent says make sure you arive early. i was addressed aggressively by the owner who asked me what I was doing entering the shop I told him I had a cbt that morning and he then told me to get out and wait outside. We was let in about 5 minutes past the hour another student arrived at ten past and was shouted at and threatened that he could be sent home for being late. At the end of the day a bit of politeness and courtesy goes a long way!!!!! The instructor was great but the experience with the owner is the reason I will not be going here for further training, walking around grumpy with a screwed up face as if I would put anymore money into his l pocket.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, most of the instructors are good and will give valuable feedback. I was unlucky to get the owner Jim for the on road training, this person is just not a trainer, his manner and treatment of his customers is beyond poor, his idea of training is to belittle, shout and bully. He never gives feedback, he will just shout words like curb, clutch, speed at you and expect you to understand what he is attempting to put across. After the first day of so called training with him my confidence had completely disappeared. Even on the day of the tests he got us there very early, he kept bugging the test centre for us to go out early. We were the first to do the MOD 1 but there was then a 3 hour wait, the other schools were taking the riders around the area etc but we just sat there getting more nervous. All Jim wanted was to get the test done and go home, he couldn’t care less about our needs. Over £1000 mostly wasted with this school. My advice would be to go elsewhere, which is what I will be doing.

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT today at Bikewize Worcester park. I had to say it was a brilliant experience, all the staff engages with you and provides you and excellent learning experience and about the safety of the road. The Instructor I had today was named Stu. Stu was a brilliant and knowledgeable instructor, thanks to Stu I truly felt that I became a confident rider. He was a very experienced individual and provided me with some good tips on how to maneuver efficiently and taking turns the best way in into tight or busy junction. So I strongly recommend if you're planning on taking your CBT. Go to Bikewize Worcester park.

Fantastic experience: I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with these guys this week. I had three different instructors during the course. Elliot and Paul were really helpful and both had different styles. Jim was super tough (just don't take it personally!) and drummed into you what you were doing wrong. It was a steep learning curve but I went from zero to biker in 4 days. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: Bikewize Review I went to for the 5-days package (DAS) which I highly recommend if you have little experience riding motorcycle. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Bikewize - friendly, relaxed and professional. I ve done my DAS training with Elliot who gave me some great tips such as: "You don't NEED to look at the cones, you have to look at the exact spot that you want to go, to avoid that obstacle. If you look at the obstacle, you'll hit the obstacle. LOOK WHERE YOU WANT TO GO." Dave accompanied me to the test centre. First time PASS!! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant day training with the guys! Elliot my instructor was a natural communicator and teacher and knew the importance of making us comfortable and relaxed in order to absorb the info we needed. The training is paced really nicely so you leave every exercise surprised by how confident you feel. Couldn’t fault the day. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I've only been in England for a few months and this has honestly been one of the most friendliest and jovial encounters I've had in this country so far! Both Lyndon and Stu were to the point and made it a point not to waste time but was hilarious as well. Engaging with the students continuously and making the CBT training such an easy and enjoyable experience for beginners and even experienced riders like myself. Negative experience: Beware before booking with Bikewise! Owned by Jim and Lyanna, my experience with them during the DAS course was an absolute nightmare - failed 5 times so have the necessary experience to comment - have seen fellow students cry at unprofessional and disparaging remarks. Jim, the operations head, is a despicable character who seems to take pleasure in belittling trainees and employees alike. His unprofessional behaviour includes incessant yelling, demoralising comments, and public tantrums. On my last day, I endured verbal abuse and received less than three hours of training despite paying for a full day. Jim's derogatory remarks and disrespectful attitude towards women are appalling, and it's disheartening that no disciplinary action can be taken against him due to his co-ownership status. Working in such a toxic environment is detrimental to mental health, and I urge all potential employees to seek alternatives for the sake of their well-being and that of their families. In contrast, my experience with Choice Bike Training was a breath of fresh air. Under Mike's expert guidance, I passed my Mod 2 test on the first try after leaving bikewise. His constructive feedback and tailored training approach were instrumental in my success. It's no surprise that many former Bikewise students, including myself, found success elsewhere. In short, your chances of passing with Bikewise are significantly lower, and it's best to explore other options. Until Bikewise takes concrete action to address Jim's behaviour, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get your bike training. The team is great starting with Lyanna always helpful and accommodating last minute requests with a smile, Elliot one of the bike trainers always with a smile and positive attitude and Jim merits a special note: he is tough but fair, always looking to ensure you are doing the right things, awareness, signs and above all safety, love his sense of dry humour. I say if you can't deal with Jim don't ride a bike. He knows his stuff. They all do at Bikewise. Book your course it will not disappoint! Aces!!!

Negative experience: Super unprofessional service!!! Awful experience!! I was trying to come to the cbt training test today, and the railroad system did not work properly. So when I entered the agency I was suppose to be taking course with the representative lady was super arrogant, and increased her voice tone (screaming!!!) multiple times and was not helpful whatsoever which is super unprofessional!!!! Would never recommend this service Awful experience

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT here, and El and Lyndon were absolutely brilliant and probably wouldn't have passed the CBT without their help. They managed to give me the time and attention to tell me where I was going wrong so I could improve on my mistakes and gave me the confidence to ride well on the road. Would 100% recommend going for first-time CBT and for renewals.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous for 4 days before my CBT date but that all went away after just a couple hours with the lads at bikewize, there a great team and make everyone feel very at home and get everyone involved. I found it so easy to learn with the lads as everything was step by step and at my pace, thankyou for your time lads much appreciated

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT renewal with LYNDON and am so thrilled. Lyndon knows a lot lot lot, had loads of helpful tips and knowledge, and made me feel really comfortable pushing myself. At the start, I wasn’t overly confident riding over 30 mph , but he spent time teaching me new skills, was patient, showing me do’s and dont’s, I never felt any pressure to do more than I felt I could, but he also showed me that my abilities were more than I had realised. Throughout the day, we crossed paths with other instructors PAUL and ELLIOT who were also soooo knowledgeable with more tips and support. All three clearly have a lot of knowledge, skill and experience. Highly recommend doing a training course with any of these three. Huge thanks especially for Lyndon for looking after me today

Negative experience: I attended a CBT (renewal) course at Bikewize on Sept 16th and I am sorry to say it was a very unpleasant experience. I am 55 years old, have been riding my scooter on a daily basis in central London for the past 15 years, I have never had an accident (touch wood) and consider myself a safe and a good rider. However, from the get-go of my "experienced CBT course" I was reprimanded and spoken to as if I was a naughty 4 year old. The instructor was rude, aggressive and extremely negative the entire time. I was doing the CBT with another man, of the same age and also an experienced rider, and on numerous occasions during the two hour riding session we were demanded to stop and park our bikes, get off and walk towards our instructor so he could reprimand us! This is unacceptable behaviour in a training environment. I have called the BikeWize's offices twice to file this complaint and clearly customer service is not their priority as I am yet to receive a response - hence why I am now writing this review.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT today and Lyndon and Elliot were our instructors, they were really nice and took the time to make sure we were all competent before the road ride. We got loads of time to practice and Lyndon helped me calm my nerves during the road ride which made completing my CBT a lot easier, I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn how to ride

Fantastic experience: Today I been for my CBT and passed, good location and shops are very close for your lunch, very friendly, any one can understand, clear teaching, even radio comunication while driving very good, thank you so much, I will recommend 100% to book here and pass, because the way the training given is professional. Negative experience: I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bikewize Motorcycle Training at 34A Central Road, Worcester Park, KT4 8HZ. The owner's behavior was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I encountered rudeness and a lack of professionalism that made my experience with them the worst I've had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking quality motorcycle training. It's important to find a training center that values its customers and provides a positive learning environment

Fantastic experience: Amazing team on all fronts. Completed my DAS first time! I had forgotten my CBT certificate on day 1, however the team was really accomodating and I managed to complete the rest of my training without a hitch. Elliot was an amazing instructor with great knowledge of both safe riding and the test structure. Super supportive and resourceful. Cannot recommend enough :)

Fantastic experience: I went for my CBT yesterday and the instructor was really helpful. The environment was also good. My instructor for the day ‘J Macnamara’ helped me understand the basics and guided me during the on road training were needed politely and in a friendly manner. I was able to pass the training because of him easily. I highly recommend this instructor.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Bikewize for my full motorcycle training. The team at Bikewize are experts in the complete end to end process from CBT to Mod 1 and Mod2 training. The trainers are not only massively experienced bikers but also fun to train with. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Special mention to Paul my trainer for most of my sessions. He made me very comfortable with his soothing voice and his expertise. And he gave some really sacred tips of the trade without which I would not have been able to pass ( 0 in mod 1 and only 3 minors in mod2) Lyanna has been brilliant with arranging and rearranging sessions for me. Very flexible and working around my availability and making sure that everything went as per the plan. I strongly recommend BikeWize if you dream of riding a motorcycle ( especially if you may not have been riding regularly like me) Thanks team

Fantastic experience: Nothing but praises to el and Lindon (apologies if I miss spelt your name). My first cbt the guys are very welcoming and really do put you at ease very calm teaching method which I found great as I don't do well under pressure. The guys helped me with bad habits told me the dos and don'ts again very happy and glad I got the certificate. 10/10 would recommend to everyone thanks for a great experience guys and hopefully see you in 6 months or so to get my big bike licence.

Fantastic experience: Did cbt renewal with instructor Lyndon, took me and another renewal on a ride along winding roads, big roundabouts that tested our riding skills to the full. He was a friendly and professional, and good fun. Bikewize i highly recommend, used them 4 times now and will again.

Negative experience: On behalf of Jason: I attended a motorbike training course with Bikewize, and unfortunately, the experience left a distressingly negative impact on me. I enrolled with a passion for motorbiking and an ambition to obtain my bike license, but the unacceptable conduct of the instructor compelled me to rethink my aspirations and sell my bike in disappointment. The assigned instructor's "military style" training approach was not only inappropriate but was also detrimental to the overall learning environment. His consistent rudeness and aggression made the training oppressive, overshadowing any potential educational value. This is not what I expected when signing up for a training program to improve my biking skills. This situation has left me disheartened. I thought Bikewize was a reputable organization, known for its quality training and professional instructors. However, my experience suggests otherwise. It is unacceptable that any trainee should endure such a hostile environment that forces them to abandon their ambitions. Under these circumstances, I believe it is only fair to demand a full refund for the unsatisfactory and traumatizing experience I had, stemming from the poor conduct of the employee. This was not granted. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: My uncle has been doing his DAS here. Finished his Cbt with BIkewise and he really enjoyed the experience. However the DAS course he has been doing with Jim has been diminishing and ruined his passion to finally gain his motorcycle license. The swearing and bullying from Jim is completely unprofessional, hostile and dictatorship alike. Frankly this fella shouldn’t be in a position where he is required to TEACH people anything. Let alone a motorcycle of high power. Absolutely appalling and of course they just say “it’s his style”. He’s a cowboy. Don’t go here!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my CBT motorcycle training at Bikewise, and it was an exceptional experience! Under the guidance of Lyndon, my knowledgeable instructor, I not only refined my riding skills but also learned valuable techniques to improve slow-speed control. Despite having two years of riding experience prior to the training, I was pleasantly surprised to discover new techniques that enhanced my control and confidence on the bike. Lyndon's expertise and patient teaching approach made the learning process enjoyable and rewarding. Bikewise provided well-maintained motorcycles and a friendly staff who were always ready to assist. Fantastic experience: I went for my CBT 2 weeks ago from beginning E.Palmer my instructor for the day made us felt comfortable and confident explaining on real professional and cool way what is going to happen during the day. I was in situation that had no experience what so ever on bike and the 2 other mates one was on his 5th CBT and other one a very experienced driver aswell. From the beginning Instructor noticed that needed more practice than my colleagues and was given more time and attention making sure that was really confident in every aspect of the training. Through all day always had best support from my Instructor keeping motivating at all times. I would like to thanks to E.Palmer and Lyanna for such nice experience and can’t recommend enough. Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with El on the 11th of May and I can safely say that there is no better teacher, this side of the Thames. Having such an attentive, helpful, and just all around great instructor like El made passing all the easier and I will definitely be coming back

They are both really approachable and encouraging they were happy to take the time and go the extra mile with less experienced riders in the group to try get them on the road safely! Fantastic experience: took my CBT with Stew in march. Firstly, what a day! i couldnt have been made more relaxed by Stews teaching and direction which helped me pass, especially as i had never been on a motorbike before... let alone a geared bike. really cant wait to come back and do my DAS. Fantastic experience: CBT training El was a great instructor. He was clear and patient with me as a semi new rider. The morning session was in a closed area and he taught us the basics and then built upon those for the whole package. Making us confident for the subsequent road ride. I would recommend Bikewize, and will be coming back to them for further training to advance my knowledge and progress to higher licences.

Fantastic experience: I am glad I have been to this bike training agency. My instructor named Lyndon was very supportive and co- operative throughout the training session. He explained all the things clearly and made it easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT today, and apart from some beginner struggles I thoroughly enjoyed it. Instructor Stu was very good at explaining things and making sure we got into the right habits early and credit to him he kept on believing in me when I was having trouble with the U turns. Would highly recommend to anyone else local that is wanting to learn how to ride a motorbike.

Fantastic experience: I done yesterday the CBT together with mr Ikran that left a bad review just below. Everything that has been said is a giant lie. The instructor proved to be professional, capable, kind and honest. He has never tried to offer us false certificates for An extra amount. It's sad to see how someone who doesn't get what they want tarnishes companies that work honestly and professionally. A big hug and solidarity to BIKEWIZE
