When Phillip McCallen decided to hang up his leathers for good after 17 years as one of most gifted and successful racers in these islands with a long string of victories to his name, it was a natural step to opening his own motorcycle dealership. That was back in 2001 and his first showroom was in Lurgan, Co Armagh. In the Spring of 2009 he moved lock stock and crankshaft to purpose built 12,000 sq ft premises at the Portman Business Park on the outskirts of Lisburn, now a main dealer for Triumph, KTM and Kawasaki. Clothing & Accessories including: Triumph, Kawasaki, KTM, RST, Dainese, Keis, Knox, Cold Killers, Rukka, Shoei, AGV, Caberg, Givi, Schuberth, Shark, Belstaff, Sidi, Daytona, R&G, Scala, TomTom and many more.

Phillip McCallen Motorcycles Ltd: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I've done the full monty at Phillip McCallen's. I did my CBT as a teenager, my full test, bought my first helmet and kit, and today I had the pleasure of doing a deal with Jason and driving home my brand new Triumph 765RS. On every occasion I've left a very happy, returning customer. The showroom is immaculate and packed with bikes and going out for a spin on their demo bikes is a breeze. Sales staff (again big shout out to Jason) are all great folks and go the extra mile to get you sorted. Phillip is also a gent and is great to chat to. I am delighted with my new bike and will continue to return to Phillip McCallen's in the future just as I have done over the years.
Thank you very much for your feedback Luc, it's always nice to hear that someone has had an enjoyable visit! We look forward to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service highly recommended
Negative experience: “I’d put you through to my colleague but he’s with two bloody customers” He will return your call but never did. Very unprofessional.
Negative experience: Left my details bt again no response ..the place is a joke
Fantastic experience: Mini combination padlocks on my panniers had jammed, while touring. I was directed from packed showroom to workshop where a mechanic removed offending padlocks and didn't charge a penny. Impressive.
Positive experience: Great selection if bikes and clothing. Servicing is very poor. I've had a bike in there on four occasions: The first service on a 125 duke was fine. Second service again fine except they scratched the frame and wheel somehow. They tried to deny it but I'd taken a little photo of it outside the shop before I left it in. They reluctantly fixed it and made a big deal of how good they were for doing so. Third service with valve clearance, again, no issues, or so I thought, rode it to the NorthWest 200 a few days later and there was a little 125cc sized pop and it died. Stranded etc, not happy. After inspection they said the engine had basically blown up. One of the staff let slip that a valve had hit the cylinder head. So I think a slightly too large shim on the adjustment was put in. Again, denials and "maybe you were going a little hard" from the owner, but he would get the engine replaced under warranty for free as a gesture of goodwill. Again, big deal made about it. Sold it immediately and bought a nice reliable SV650. Recently bought an 890 Duke which h has the head gasket oil leak. Left it in to be fixed, " Good news, I didn't have to replace the gasket I just used extra sealant!" Dunno why that was good news as the gasket is only £20 and I specified I wanted it replaced. Bit the oil leak was gone and so I sucked it up and left. I've just changed the oil and noticed its leaking worse than ever! So in summary, buy a bike there, buy gear and parts there, but once you're out of warranty, give it a wide berth.
Fantastic experience: Newbie to the bike world , A massive thank you to Lucy, great advice no pressure extremely informative, thanks so much made me feel very relaxed.
Fantastic experience: Some really nice bikes and that was just the carpark lol plenty of swag and coffee bar onsite (cash only )
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and very friendly staff. Great selection of bikes, clothing and parts.
Fantastic experience: Many many thanks to Marty, Phillip and the young guy in the workshop who were able to squeeze me in for a puncture repair today at extremely short notice even though the workshop was busy. Very much appreciated as the motorbike is my only means of transport and I would have been stuck until Wednesday otherwise! Fantastic customer service and very reasonable price. Thanks again!
Fantastic experience: I had my first service for my KTM 890 duke done yesterday. I have to say Marty and the service team did a great job. Marty kept me up to date with progress and also did extras that I wasn’t expecting. Great job all round and so helpful. Well done guys
Fantastic experience: Collected my 1st brand new bike from Jason yesterday and couldn't be more impressed with the whole package. Great deal, great selection of bikes and gear. Jason made the process so easy and relaxed. The lady (never got her name) upstairs and sold me a jacket and boots was really helpful and no one was at all pushy in getting a deal done. Really impressed. No doubt I'll be back for servicing and a few extra bits and pieces in future. Will happily buy from again and again and again. Philip himself is a gent. Very pleased to say the least
Fantastic experience: A lot of nice Bikes
Fantastic experience: Great friendly service
Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly service... so much so ... I bought a new Z900 RS Kawasaki... Philip/Jason .. you've got the secret
Fantastic experience: Fantastic service recently buying a heated jacket. Same experience with motorcycle sales and service. I'm sure you might find a cheaper garage / store, but not yet encountered better service. Happy to make the 3hr round trip.
Negative experience: Took my tiger in for its 12000mile service. Paid over £700, rode home and a few days later went to wash the bike only to find the front wheel locked solid. When I rang to look for help and was told to "hit it with a block of wood". After checking the bike over found allen heads looked like they were rounded out. Feel I need to pay someone else to check out the work they were well paid to do. Don't know if I can trust their work, don't know if I can trust the bike, very unhappy
Fantastic experience: Called in to buy a ktm duke 125 left with it that day the friendliest people you’ll ever meet great customer service and really good at advising what bike to get
Thank you very much for your feedback Ciarán, it really is much apricated. We look forward to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I was quite surprised and disappointed when reading some of the negative reviews about Philip McCallen's shop. I've been servicing my KTM at Philip McCallen since I purchased my KTM 1290 SA in Italy back in 2015 and every single time I'm very impressed with the quality of work the mechanics carry out on my bike. The staff is always very friendly and approachable and their Customer Service is one of the BEST I've ever experienced. Philip is also very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to meet customer's needs and this is a quality that should be praised. I'm not affiliated by any means, I'm just a very happy Customer that keeps taking his motorbike to Philip McCallen despite the distance since I live in Cork (south of Ireland) and the mileage on motorbike to this day Km 93.468.
Thank you very much for your feedback, it really is much apricated. We look forward to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Great selection of mtb clothing, the gentleman was great got me sorted with a new jacket. Thank you for your help. 5
Thank you for the business and feedback Philip, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Dropped in today to browse. I have been visiting McCallen Motorcycles for years and never seen so many bikes in stock. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (unlike some places where you almost feel like an intruder). The accessories and clothing department was also well stocked and again a very welcoming staff member offered to help us we anything we needed. Well done Philip and team. A visited is highly recommended.
Thank you for the feedback Ken, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Positive experience: Phenomenal stock on hand, pressure free browsing, staff are extremely approachable without being pushy. Nothing requested was too much hassle. All in all a great first impression.
Thank you for the feedback Keith. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Good guys, very helpful, test ride on the spot as well.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service marty absolute gentleman, couldn't fault it
Thank you for the feedback Noel, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fantastic experience: I was in today doing my cbt with A+ Motoring academy through Philip McCallens shop and it was a blast, I had a great time and learned everything I needed. Can't recommend it enough if you are wanting to get into motorbikes this is a great place to start. There is a very large selection of gear and bikes at fair prices.
Thank you for the feedback Rhys, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Negative experience: Called in today to look at getting a third bike for myself and a first bike for my partner. Kawasaki/KTM side couldn't have been friendlier and put my partner at ease, gave great advice and put us under no pressure. The Triumph salesman however was rude, condescending and ignored us other than shouting at my partner for having the audacity to sit on a bobber. I can categorically say I will never buy a triumph from Phillip McCallen now and will take mine and my partner's business back to BMW Motorrad where they know how to treat customers.
Fantastic experience: Rebecca most helpful with helmets with intercom fittings for Myself and hubby. Excellent service and the helpful Rhys’s who helped with set up
Thank you for the feedback Janice, we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant time doing my CBT, the two gentlemen (didn't catch their names) where top notch! Very easy to get along with and very helpful throughout, provided everything bike, boots, gloves, jacket, helmets. Have drove bikes for years and thought the CBT test was a waste of time but I learnt alot from these guys as they are bikers themselves, very knowledgeable on bike safety. Great experience and will be back to train for my full license
Negative experience: Buy far the worst company I have ever dealt with . Avoid at all costs unless you want to hear numerous excuses and no actual answers staff also lie to you.
Negative experience: RUINED THE EXPERIENCE OF ME GETTING MY FIRST MOTORBIKE THANKS AGAIN! Very disappointed that I wasted my time going here. Had booked my CBT on a Saturday was due to get my motorbike in 2 weeks, arrived there was 3 of us and the trainer advised he could only give out 2 certificates a day which means I had been double booked as the previous day on the Friday was rang at 0900 asking if I was not coming to which I responded I’m booked for the Saturday, I had confirmed twice on the phone when I booked it. He then asked us all when we are getting our bikes etc and advised mine was due to arrive in 2 weeks and so I needed mine asap and he said okay so you really need your certificate today then, yes I did! Done everything on the CBT part from going out on the road, at this point I was told I was not ready for the road and was asked to come back another day, there was roughly 3 hours left of the course and I was not allowed extra time to get myself ready for the road which I thought was extremely unfair. The trainer actually told me when I had stalled the bike a few times “you’re going to be trouble aren’t you”? Which was pretty uncalled for considering it was my first time on a bike. I was only going for my CBT for a 125cc, the other 2 people were on 650cc bikes which I think is another reason I was asked to leave and come back, due to this unprofessional manor I had wasted £40 on taxis, and the other 2 people who were on the course drove. Had the manager I believe call me a few hours later as the trainer contacted him saying I was disappointed, did not even get so much as apology for the trouble they caused me, was my only day off work for a week and I had wasted my full Saturday morning on this rubbish. Extremely disappointed, if you want to go for your CBT or any bike lessons etc go to RTS Lisburn, nicest and most understanding staff ever at RTS. Wouldn’t even waste your time going here.
Sorry you were disappointed regarding your training experience. It was unfortunate that there was a noticeable gap between yourself and the other students skill level on that day. Our instructors decided that it was in your and the other students best interests to invite you back on a 1-1 basis to help you rather than have you continue with the multi pupil lesson (this was offered at no additional cost to you). Unfortunately, you decided to try elsewhere without giving us the chance to provide you with the high level of service for which we are known. Our instructors are professional and try and put students at ease on every occasion. We wish you well on your motorcycling journey.
Fantastic experience: A fantastic stock of motorcycles, accessories and a top range of high quality ebikes. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic shop really helpful guy called Reece helped us was just visiting while watching the NW200
Negative experience: Had electrical problems with a year old ktm, told it was a battery problem, charged £130 for new battery and labour. Problems got worse, zero customer service. Technicians are either incompetent diagnosing faults or scam customers. Having to take to small claims court. Warning: do not buy ktms in NI because if you have problems this is the only authorised service technicians here
Fantastic experience: Good triumph guarantee loads different bikes and gear.
Fantastic experience: Great shop. Friendly and professional.
Negative experience: Terrible after sales, long waits for any repair work. Once the money is handed over for a bike, thats when the problem start. Constantly changing staff should indicate management aren't the best.
Fantastic experience: Finest presentation of quality motor cycles about. Excellent facilities good parking and access.
Positive experience: Good stock of bikes, helpful staff , recommended
Fantastic experience: Left my husqvarna te250i to get a clutch problem fixed, very quick turnaround and thought the price was very fair. Staff are great and wide range of enduro clothing and parts aswell. Overall very happy.
Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Bought my brand new Ninja 400 and was well looked after. Every other dealer (north and south) wanted to squeeze every last penny they could out of me, not Phillip. Would 100% recommend to anyone buying a bike.
Fantastic experience: Went to philip mccallen e mountain biking I got the best welcome staff very friendly. Tony was very helpful in ordering parts will be going back as often as I can get. Philip mcCallen himself nice fellow to speak to and getting advice from. Love the place.
Fantastic experience: Huge range of bikes, both used and new stock. Called yesterday for a browse and all the guys couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Still can't make up my mind but hopefully next time I call the wallet will see daylight!
Thanks for calling in Chris and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Negative experience: Sales staff that aren’t interested in making a sale. Walked in with money in my pocket to buy there and then, but due to the ignorance and attitude from the staff, I ended up walking out and going to another dealer. It’s not difficult to be courteous to customers when they ask politely for assistance, or indeed to even acknowledge someone when they’re standing in front of you. What is it with the staff here? This is the third time I visited and got the same treatment, I thought my first two might have been “off days” but appears not.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant shop, good collection of quality bikes and good amount of gear for sale too
Fantastic experience: Had an issue with my Triumph Tiger 1200 XRT which required repairs to the gearbox. The folks at Philip McCallen Triumph diagnosed the problem and repaired it, really pleased to have it back. It rides like a dream, can't thank all the team at Philip McCallen Triumph enough for sorting out the issue and more so when they managed to convince the previous dealer to cover the full cost of the repair, brilliant. I would definitely recommend Philip McCallen Triumph for their friendly staff and efficient service.
Negative experience: For a triumph dealers I found my experience very poor ,not like any other triumph dealers most triumph dealers are excellent , but this particular one I found Advertising was Very misleading on eBay very rude and arrogant on the phone buyers BEWARE
Fantastic experience: Drove up fro. Cork and got a service today on my 790. Great service from start to finish. Fantastic selection of gear and bikes. Will come back again for all servicing.
Negative experience: Terrible experience with them unless you buy with them. Words from the Scottish accented fella: "take it back to where you bought it". There was another guy in complaining about poor service at the same time I was in. Will never get the bike serviced there again!
Negative experience: Most laughable place ive been too for bikes was intrested in a 125cc bike was told be spending 4 grand and up also first person I went too wanted nothing to do with me told me to go to sales guy went down to the sales guy immediately was asked about budget just plain money talk I could tell all the guy cares about is money talk went to other places then picked up a brand new bike 125cc for 1500. Moral of the story guys always shop about and if a place has no time for you then it has no time for your hard earned money also remember business is done purely on customer relations I hate to be the person saying this about someones business but I can only go on with how I was treated and it was not great at all.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful. Nice guys. Fixed my smalltalk issues to continue my ride around ireland. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Excellent range and great sales staff Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Great place to get a bike….
Fantastic experience: 1st class training great instructor good craic
Fantastic experience: Very professional and enthusiastic team! On our Germany-The Netherlands-England-Scotland-Irleand tour I had a problem with the headlight of my Bonneville T120 when we arrived in Belfast. The guys supported me quickly and professionally despite the high workload they had to cope with. A heartfelt thank you! Great team!
Fantastic experience: A brilliant motorcycle dealers with a great range of bikes and gear. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide a service that's second to none. Used to get my Triumph serviced here instead of in the dealership in Dublin as McCallen's offer better service and value for money.
Negative experience: Good sales experience from Joe. TERRIBLE aftersales service from everyone else. Speaking to other triumph owners and the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride Belfast, not one had a good word to say about the service from Phillip McCallen Motorcycles. Calls aren't returned, work is slow and the standards are poor. Would not buy another Triumph in Northern Ireland as a result.
Fantastic experience: I was due to change my bike this year, I had been looking about and I was put in touch with Joe. I was assured that it would be worthwhile travelling from my home in Scotland to Northern Ireland. I had a fair idea of what bikes I was interested in and passed this information over prior to my visit. I thereafter took the first bike out and thoroughly enjoyed it, whilst I was out on the first test ride, Joe worked on some figures for me, allowing me to consider my dream bike, with this information I took a Ninja 1000SX out. The bike speaks for itself. Incredible. I ordered one and left with a smile on my face. There was no pushy sales technique or anything. Joe clearly has a passion for motorbikes and will strive to make sure that the bike you are ordering suits all your needs. Having bought numerous cars and bikes over the year, I can say with huge confidence that I have never experienced buying something with such ease and I certainly have never had such a high level of customer service previously. I can’t say enough how good the customer service was. I travelled back to Scotland and was kept up to date with everything and when the bike would be ready and we agreed on a date for collection Back across from Scotland I came and upon arriving I fell in love with the new bike. There was a slight teething issue but this was dealt with impeccably by Joe and the team. Joe, you truly are an asset to PM motorcycles and I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me, nothing was an issue and you certainly went over and above. THANK YOU!
Fantastic experience: Joe's a good lad, very thorough and friendly.
Negative experience: Horrendous and non-existent after sales. If there was a no star option I'd give it. This firm really knows how to stick the arm in and don't expect a phone call from them once you purchase! After they have your money they just aren't interested unless they're able to charge you more! AVOID!!!
Fantastic experience: I have visited Phillip McCallens motorcycles twice in the last few months and on both occasions was made feel very welcome! Being left to browse the shop without hassle from pushy sales staff but when I needed assistance the staff were on hand and extremely helpful/friendly I would highly recommend a visit to Philip McCallen Motorcycles
Fantastic experience: Recently had my CUBE Stereo Hybrid HPC eMTB serviced by the guys. I had not purchased that bike here as I got it in 2021 when the guy did not have dealership. From first call in with Gareth in eMTB service department, check in call with Matty who serviced it and collection from him I cannot say how professional, helpful and courteous every team member was. A genuine interest in me, my requests and my bikes care. At handover they explained all they had done and checked and I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money invoice for works. I couldn’t recommend this business highly enough, a thoroughly great experience.
Fantastic experience: In for a tyre change on a BMW. Motorbikes are motorbikes and these guys certainly know their business. Superb customer service and well-stocked showroom.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant customer service, so helpful and thoughtful- really went above and beyond!
Fantastic experience: What a great place to buy a motorcycle. Bought a beautiful tiger 800 today. Very happy with my purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , I will definitely be back. Very well stocked shop for all your motorcycle needs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again.
Negative experience: As a road racing fan throughout my youth I of course know who philip mccallen is and watched him race on many an occasion. Glad to see he continues to thrive in motorcycles. However I went earlier this year to book a test ride with the intention of buying a new bike. First occasion no one approached. I had to leave as I needed to be somewhere. Second visit I was told to wait 5 minutes. I was still waiting 50 minutes later and left as I thought if this is how they do business when I'm trying to buy I wouldn't trust their after sales wouldn't be good. This is just my experience. I bought a new bike at gs motorcycles in Hillsborough instead.
Fantastic experience: Plenty of bikes and accessories. One side is closed for building work at minute (Nov21) so looking forward to it being even better
Fantastic experience: Customer service masterclass,.."we dont sell you a bike , you buy one " he said. Thanks for all the help assisting me to buy my bike . KTM 1290 adventure
Fantastic experience: For ebikes and ebike support they are superb.
Fantastic experience: Well stocked showrooms with a great selection of new and used motorcycles and parts. After having my previous Triumph (bought elsewhere) serviced by McCallens I returned to them last year to buy a new Triumph and have been back twice for servicing and a few times to buy clothing / accessories. As a result I've dealt with all departments and have been well pleased by the service all round. Joe in sales could not have been more helpful, from arranging demo test rides, to pulling out all the stops to get the bike I wanted in for me as quickly as possible. His polite manner and eagerness to help are beyond question. I have recommend him to several friends, two of whom have also bought bikes recently. l have also received great service from the clothing department when selecting some new gear recently. Can't wait to see the newly refurbished Triumph showroom on my next visit.
Fantastic experience: Purchased a bike off these guys over the phone and picked it up at the weekend. Bike is in showroom condition as described over the phone. Very easy to deal with from start to finish, thanks Joe. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future, keep up the great work.
Fantastic experience: Bought a Street Triple from these guys last year and went back today and took the Speed Triple and SuperDuke demonstrators out. Big thanks to Davy and Joe, absolutely zero pressure but we’re happy to present and go through all of the options available while providing great craic. I’ll be sure to be changing soon
Negative experience: Reading some reviews and wouldn’t agree.I called in to enquire about a bike I was interested in couldn’t get anyone to have a discussion about it when asked was it for sale as it was a demonstrator the salesman didn’t know.On my way out spoke to Phillip asked him was it for sale he said yes took number and said would phone me the next week had to phone back myself.Arranged for a test ride on the Saturday went down and the bike was presented filthy.Worst experience I ever had chased them for five weeks for a bike which cost £19,000 no feedback no return phone calls just text received .Give them 3days notice to deliver bike couldn’t help me.Went to collect the bike the salesman knew I was coming he took the day off.Was presented the bike by another salesman who had no dealings with the sale the bike had no fuel in it.The salesman was left to apologise for Philip and joe who had total disrespect through the whole sale.Phillip and joe very unprofessional would never deal again or recommend.
Fantastic experience: Very positive experience with these guys. Helped me through the process of getting on the road. I will definitely be using these guys for all future bike related purchases.
Fantastic experience: Great stock and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Positive experience: As usual the shop was buzzing honestly Phillip was flat out, theres lots of good bikes and great prices I was pleasantly surprised.
Fantastic experience: Staff vary helpful great selection of bikes to
Fantastic experience: Bought a ZX636 here. Sold to me by Luke who was very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with.
Positive experience: Having purchased from McCallens before I had a good experience with the previous sales people. I haven't had many dealings recently with the new staff but if you base it on the previous people the service will be great. One mention is to Stu who has been a member for a long time and is always willing to assist you with any questions.
Negative experience: Stopped in there this morning on a 1,500km spin around Ireland to borrow a 27mm socket so I could adjust my slightly loose chain on my Triumph Scrambler. The man at the front desk with an english accent quite rudely told us “no way”, go try another motorcycle shop and then turned his back to us as we were standing there asking for a small bit of help. My friend and I were gobsmacked to say the least. In the biker community you always help another biker out and in the “Triumph family” you would have thought a little common courtesy was normal. We ended up going to Halfords down the road where they were happy to help out. I have actually sent business McCallen’s way quite recently, including a friend who bought a Triumph from them thanks to my insistence. Also another friend bought a KTM from them. Needless to say, it will be the last time I do that! Update: within a couple of days of posting this review, a man named Dexter Fielding decided to look me up on my private Facebook account and write me an insincere/borderline snarky message saying he was the person that “didn’t lend out the personally bought tools of a mechanic” and that I should ring him to have a chat. Wow!
Fantastic experience: Called in at McCallen’s off spec to see if they had a part for my Triumph Tiger 1200. (Rubber bung for main stand) They did & the after sales staff took the bike in to the workshop & had the part fitted under warranty within minutes. I even got an ice lolly whilst waiting. (It was 30c outside at the time ) Great service. Can’t say fairer than that.
Fantastic experience: Excellent shop with very helpful staff.
Fantastic experience: Helpful friendly staff and the Boss Man himself had time to advise on the new e bikes
Fantastic experience: Made feel welcome an the Boss came over an spoke 2 the 3 of us
Fantastic experience: The team in the service department were really helpful and gave me excellent advice
Fantastic experience: Called into today to see about buying a ktm bike for the GF, great customer service, really friendly staff,
Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to drop in for a chat and a look at the bikes even if your just perusing.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that treat the customers very well.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Couldnt do enough for you
Fantastic experience: Great bunch, so friendly. Phillip is a true gentleman.
Fantastic experience: Great place to be if you had free reign off the place!
Fantastic experience: Leaving a KTM 390 adventure up for the first service talking to the service manager and nothing seemed to be a problem. So all good
Fantastic experience: I did not spend alot of money but was treated fantastically. True customer service and they are true motorcycle enthusiasts. I really enjoyed visiting the showroom and they have cemented me as a customer for the future.
Fantastic experience: Great service from friendly and helpful staff. Thanks again.
Fantastic experience: Just bought a bike and had absolutely brilliant service, couldn’t recommend these guys more.
Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service from the main man himself
Fantastic experience: Staff very helpful coffee exceptional Philip very knowledgeable prices reasonable stock plentiful.
