Negative experience: Extremly rude instructor I went there for my cbt test and I paid £209 when I got there in middle of the corse the rude instructor notice my jeans is bit ripped by the knee so he said I have to change and all that which is o couldn’t cuz I live far and he was rude with me taking my bike in agressive manner and put it inside the container and when I called the office was one Eastern European lady called flavia was even worse she was very rude and very unhelpful by asking me to pay again for my test then I realise these people they rip you off at any small mistake you make And the day of the test was Tuesday 22 October

Negative experience: I wish to read trustpilot reviews before I booked my cbt with them. I recommend for everyone to look them up there if you dont want to loose your money. -190£ and I dont have my CBT. The teacher was not great at all. Couldn't even listen when I tried to explain my problem. Not a surprise they have no refund policy. This site should be cancelled. Answer: I tried to explain to the trainer that my problem is with the throttle and he just kept saying turn your head. My problem was with the throttle. Because he didn't say any tips or something (what I know now after watching youtube videos what is the solution Btw) I gave up. I kept together until I was there then I crashed in the car and cried the way home. After Watching other training facilities on youtube and after reading trustpilot I decided to leave a review. And I wish I made a proper research on this company before I booked my cbt. The trainer should have listened better because I didn't feel heard at all. And about the previous tasks. There was not enough time to practise them either, I didn't master any of them and my problem with the throttle piled up, and the figure 8 task just showed my foundations are missing. It shouldn't have happened that way. Again, the trainer should have listened better, and be more attentive.

Negative experience: Don't use this company, it is a terrible experience. CBT is meant to be a training day with no pass-or-fail system - as it reads on the government website "CBT is not a test that you pass or fail.". Despite that the instructor failed three out of four participants on my "course" and sent them home without letting them complete the on-road training, and obviously without the completion certificate. He suggested they should book another one, spend £200 more and so it goes. It is pretty clear what the motivation is, get as much money from people as possible. Shame on you.

Negative experience: Booked my daughter in for a cbt. Spoke to the receptionist as my daughters short. They confirmed they would have something suitable. They let her do half the cbt which she did faultless and declined her doing the second part. We made a complaint and was basically shrugged off. Was advised to rebook and retake it but no different bike would be supplied. Offered to use her lowered bike with this company and was told wasn't an option. My advice I wouldn't touch this company. Extremely unprofessional. Numerous emails and calls to them to try and sort something but haven't got anywhere. Save yourselves some time and money and go to another company

Fantastic experience: I started a week ago doing the training to do my CBT. I did have a rough start which required me to retake my CBT 2 time due to me having absolutely no experience behind a motorcycle. However, I progressed greatly each lesson. For the first two I had a great instructor who was very clear with his instructions and made sure the students were what to do. On the third CBT, Benny who was also an extremely good instructor, he was very joyful and had a lot of Jokes for us so that we didn't have pressure on our shoulders. Overall I was able to pass on my third attempt , but I'm extremely proud of myself for being able to complete it. The receptionist behind the phone was also extremely helpful, kind and patient when I booked my peace of mind. 10/10

I really appreciate his advice and pointers regarding my upcoming DAS. Quiet location and safe parking yet just a 5 min walk to the galleria to grab a coffee etc. Highly Recommend.

Negative experience: Not a good experience. I booked for my 16 year old son. The instructor had 5 students that day. My son and another student were failed and sent home by 1.30? They are impossible to get hold of and when I eventually got through on the phone, the lady I spoke to was extremely abrupt and rude and spoke over me constantly. She advised that I needed to email in to ask why my son (and the other student) were failed SO EARLY , surly there was time to allow them to practice the u turn my son told me he was failed on? The reply (that I received eventually, customer Service clearly not being there strong point )was that there would not be enough time to complete the other modules. Sadly I believe the instructor just wanted to make his money and go home as early as possible because the entire course finished WELL BEFORE the stated time so there would have been time to have allowed my son and the other student a little more practice time. Having now read reviews for this company (I so wish I had done this before paying almost £200) A LOT of them say the same thing. I will not be booking with Edventure rider again. Do not waste your money with these people.

Negative experience: I’ve been 2 times before and my instructor was a nice guy and he said it was ok for me to wear my tracksuit bottoms and trainers as I’m not going to spend even more money for something I’m only going to wear once. However when I went today I was denied by one of the other instructors, he seemed like he was new, he never even mentioned that I was allowed to borrow boots, l I could’ve also gone home to try and get some better trousers as I only live round the corner but he was being quite tight. Now I’ve given them money for no reason.

The on road training session felt confident but at the end of training trainer just failed me for a rpund about which i didn't even miss. Despite never having even started a motorcycle before, after only a few hours of their expert tution, I felt comfortable and confident riding down the road at 55mph. If you're lucky like me you'll get Marco and Graham teaching you how to be as safe as possible on the road. Finished an hour ago and already booking some more training thanks to the fact I've just passed my CBT on the first try with these gents.

Fantastic experience: I was booked my there and I get a amazing instructor for the CBT which name BENNY Who tell us properly everything and make much more easier to understand things and he is much better and experienced person and very polite person . He wasn't show and treat us as instructor and make that's time good for me. A person who don't know to ride the bike BENNY much tried to he understand and make sure to better drive but unfortunately he falling the bike on road by self and make accidents . I think yes, may be its not the institute, just the instructor thay I had was surely not a good choice to have. Fantastic experience: Best learning experience. I was struggling with manual, but the dedicated trainer helped me keep going. Ladies, best place to learn, super patient Instructor. Benny was amazing! Chill vibes, some jokes to help the learning. Enjoyed my experience even if there were tough bits I struggled to learn. Lost track of time and the day flew by.

Positive experience: Interesting day at this CBT centre yesterday. Please be aware that they are really strict on the clothing you show up with. One of the guys showed up in trainers he wasn't allowed on to the course and nearly had a fight with the instructor and the company refused to help this person in any shape or form they are very firm on their policies. We had to wait around 2 hours for this issue to get sorted before we can actually begin. Overall was a very long day. Also as a previous rider not sure how relevant or helpful some of training techniques and exercises. 2/4 students passed on the day.

Fantastic experience: I have past my CBT today with the instructor BENNY and it was fantastic and I learned so many things about riding a bike safely on the road thanks to BENNY one more time.

Positive experience: I learned a lot from today! I failed my cbt today due to clutch control on the road but booked my peace of mind. Overall today was good but… confusing. The instructor we had wasn’t the clearest whatsoever. I found he kept going back on himself alot and then confused all of us when he taught us to check our shoulder and mirror a certain way and then soon after told us we weren’t doing it right and in the wrong order - despite him saying we do it right on the exercise before. We barely touched on gear switching just “now go faster and switch gears”. And when pulling away one of the group struggled and kept stalling and there was very little help offered, one of the others who had ridden before had to help him. And all the road junctions set up were too close together! nothing like a real road - I know it’s a compact space but it was far to close and if we said otherwise just go slower. But then again it was a great learning experience! Going on the road and figuring out road positioning and when to stop is fantastic. I would have just loved things to be clearer and taught more effectively. I failed on the hill start for stalling which is fair enough but i wish benny had explained further

Negative experience: I would never recommend this company what so ever. They are the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. I really wish I'd checked all forums before booking to work with this company. The instructor on the day clearly wanted a quick buck and to be home as quick as possible. He made various uncalled for sarcastic comments and was a bully throughout the day. Let alone allowing the company to break laws by wanting to leave me unattended on site while he wasn't there. After putting in a complaint and basically fighting the company to read my actual emails to understand my concerns rather than just forwarding my email to the instructor and visa versa, I did get an unwilling refund from the company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! EDIT AFTER REPLY - If you have cameras as you say you do. Check them to get your information correct as this will back up many of my issues i brought up. Leggings are you kidding me! Do you think I'm stupid. I had protective jeans on! My complaint has nothing to do with anyone else other than my experience. I'm well withing my right to leave a genuine review of my experience which is what I have done. Maybe Edventure Rider should see I don't always leave negative reviews.

Negative experience: Abysmal customer support and satisfaction. Emails disregarded in reference to their instructors manner and bullying complaints. Unprofessional from the moment you turn up! 2- I am the customer as i paid for the service if you care to check your records again. DVLA state the license is in date as per emails sent over. The why this whole situation has been dealt with has been a tarnish on your name. And to add youve already refunded 1 of the 2 CBTs placed by myself .

Fantastic experience: Great session with Graham for CBT. Clear training great guidance in a fun but professional manner. Equipment was great with a great mix of riding conditions. Can’t recommend highly enough. Clearly take their responsibilities seriously as two out of the four didn’t achieve it in the day. Won’t ever forget to cancel my indicators !

Positive experience: Had a good day here with Graham for my CBT. He was very knowledgable and informative, so learned quite a lot with his experience. I didn't pass today unfortunately due to not cancelling signals and stalling a couple times leaving a junction, which was totally my fault. My main gripe is the quality of 125cc bikes at the school. The yellow cb125f i used was banged up pretty badly and how they look is not my problem. but it wouldnt move from 2nd or 3rd gear to first at a dead stop without moving it forward, for a first time rider of a manual bike it added unnecessary complexity about 5 times in my 2 hr on road ride. The red cb125r had a front brake lever which was half bent, i dont understand how this is a good way to learn? Lastly, I think i got distracted quite a bit when my partner rider had messed up behind me, having someone shout in the earpiece wasn't exactly keeping my head straight after turns and forgot to cancel indicators a couple times due to this, but i do fully understand Graham was only trying to keep us safe and i have to ride my own ride. All in all do recommend, just think they should get some better manual bikes to inspire confidence in new riders.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT on 06/07/23. Was slightly nervous as it had been about 15 years since I did my first one (and I'd since passed my driving test). Things have got a lot stricter since then and there were a few points which I worried that I wouldn't pass/complete the CBT. But after it was done I appericated the more rigorous approach by my instructor as I felt that I'd really got all the skills I needed to be safe on the road with my moped.

Fantastic experience: Graham and Benny were great. Benny was finishing off being trained as an instructor but you wouldn't be able to tell. Glad I could be a part of his training as he was of mine. Passed my CBT first time on a manual 125cc bike having never ridden before in my life. All thanks to Graham and Benny, cheers guys! :)

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time, did not stress anytime throughout the session as Diyan the instructor was very understanding of everyone’s abilities and helped everyone very funny guy. 10/10 experience. He has a sweet ride (last picture blue bike)
