Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of completing my CBT with Manik at Beckton this weekend, which I am happy to say I successfully passed. Manik is a fantastic teacher and a generally great guy who I cannot recommend enough! I was quite nervous about the CBT, having been a confident driver for a long time but never having ridden a motorcycle. I am also Neurodivergent which means I can get overwhelmed easily and struggle with sensory processing. I explained this to Manik at the start and he was very reassuring and seemed to fully take on board what I said - which unfortunately is not often the case when trying to explain my difficulties! In fact, often when people hear this they make assumptions that this must make you incapable (I won't mention names but this is definitely what another local CBT school did!) Manik not only provided clear, calm and specific instructions, he would then also walk you through it which allowed me to fully break down and process each step. Manik was incredibly helpful, reassuring and calming and also a good laugh which helped my nerves no end! I wouldn't want to do any future motorcycle training with anyone else and cannot rate Manik highly enough! And I hope this helps anyone else thinking about doing the CBT; If you are Autistic/ADHD or just generally nervous - book your course with Manik, his teaching style, calming demeanor and great personality make all the difference! Positive experience: When teaching the candidate to always be courteous and respectful, the trainer was a little impolite and shouted in their faces. Training was beneficial, though.

Negative experience: I initially chose this training center based on reviews of Mr. Manik but was assigned a trainer named "Tony," who was far from professional or suitable for the role. Upon arrival, Tony made an inappropriate joke, mocking our shared name, "Mohammad," with a smirk, saying, "All three of you are Mohammad, unlucky for you. You should give your children different names." This comment was not only disrespectful but also reflected his bias towards our Muslim identity. Despite this, we proceeded with the training without reacting. During the road signs and practical training sessions, Tony harshly criticized two learners' previous CBT experience and mocked one learner's English proficiency, despite them living in the UK for years. When we hit the road, instead of providing clear, constructive feedback, Tony resorted to shouting, swearing, and cursing at every minor mistake. His aggressive behavior was distracting and unsafe, especially when clear instructions were needed. At one point, he even threatened to cancel the training, stating that the lead rider wasn't understanding his incoherent instructions. In one incident at a roundabout, he began shouting indistinctly, and when I failed to follow his unclear directions, he blamed me. His erratic outbursts continued throughout, making it impossible to stay focused on the road. When I later provided him with feedback, suggesting a more professional tone would have improved my performance, he reacted defensively and rudely, unable to accept constructive criticism. Before leaving, I politely reminded him not to make such racist or Islamophobic remarks in the future. Instead of acknowledging this feedback, Tony became even more hostile, calling me over as if I were his subordinate and dismissively stating that he's often called racist by people who fail to pass. His behavior was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I ended up completing my CBT at another center, which was a thousand times better – more organized, professional, reasonably priced, and respectful. Tony’s conduct was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against training with him. Disclaimer: I’m not seeking an explanation for his behavior, nor am I asking for any justification. I simply want to share my experience of his racist and rude attitude.

Ive don cbt test is the worst place by far . He failed another guy who was q perfect rider . So if u don't want to loose your money forget this place .. the guy clearly has issues. I will make sure that Not me or anyone I know will ever visit this place and i hope that they choke on my hard earned money .what a waste of time and money . And lastly if u r ppl of colour u need to be extra extra careful. Charlie is a racist even though he might not show it . Don't be fooled by him . I been around I KOW . I don't have a option of Negatives stars If it's available I'll Give -1000 Stars to this instructor Please Don't come this place That's a horrible experience with this instructor

Positive experience: Best place to get your CBT. Manik was a great instructor. Very professional. Clear instructions. Ample free parking space. Wear unripped jeans and a full sleeve jacket or coat even if it is hot. You are not allowed to do training in half sleeve and shorts. Top tip , arrive half an hour early.

Fantastic experience: I have done my second CBT last week at Stop1 Beckton this time .It was at Canterbury 3 years ago. To be honest with you,My first experience was just a kind of technical and balancing exprerience.However,This time,Our instructor Manik has sit down us and went through with all necessary information an such us health and safety,hazard informations etc which i never knew that was supposed to be .Manik has made me aware of exactly and thought me what the meaning of riding a motorcycle.It is obvious that He is very professional and He is obviously very disciplined and know what he is doing exactly.His approach to every one was very decent,friendly and understandablezI really really liked the whole experience with him and had great time. I wish him all the best and success for the rest of his life.

Negative experience: Be careful ladies and Gentlemen about this place . It’s so funny they are running their business from 20 feet container. They are lack’s of manners & properly unsocial professionals. When I visited there was only 4 persons important things is they changed my CBT date 2 times without asking me and when I asked that question they make sure I am rejected. I am riding Moped since2019 . I just informed you guys if you want to waste money then chose this place.

But to my surprise on the day of the test Mr. Rush was our instructor and the way he explained each and every small detail that needs to be known by every rider. It was a long day but the instructor made sure that no point was missed. It was an overall excellent experience. I would recommend anyone to have their CBT Course from 1 stop Instructions.

Negative experience: The instructor treats people differently There was 1 instructor on the day I went to do my cbt and 4 students 1 instructor is only allowed to take 2 riders On the road So guess what he’s done he sent 2 people home to make his day easier The instructor was also threatening to call police only because I have asked what have I done wrong Cbt is training not a test!
