Fantastic experience: Professional and courteous staff. I walked in with a luggage back box issue. They sorted out the issue of in a short time and did not want to charge me for it. There is also a cafe on site where you can have a drink or bite to eat while you wait . Top top garage 2024

Fantastic experience: I visited LMC for the first time as a new rider and they quoted me a very reasonable price to have a usb charger fitted which I purchased from a different shop. A week later the charger stopped working and when I took the bike back to the team they immediately put the bike on the ramp and evidenced to me that everything was connected and there were no issues with the connection but rather the usb charger itself that was faulty. I was worried as I'd paid for fitting and a charger and now thought I was going to lose money on both however Eduardo was absolutely brilliant, offered me a replacement from their shop this time, at a discounted rate and had it fit for free. As a new rider I'm extremely grateful and Eduardo and the team were very genuine, he even showed me the item I was fitting was the same he used on his personal bike. Great service, great team and appreciate the super quick turnaround! Highly recommend and will return for any other bike needs. Thanks again Eduardo and team!

Negative experience: I booked my CBT exam on 14 may and they changed my date on 21 may because they had no instructor on that day, I accepted that and I went for exam on 21 may. That day Mr. George was my instructor and I went there 9am , the weather was so bad and rainy whole day and I show some other instructor cancelled the training because of weather but my instructor Mr George didn’t want to do that and just continued training in this situation. He was very rude and unresponsive behaving that time, sometimes got angry with me and my colleagues. I was wet badly and because of that my vision affected so much on the road while I was driving on the road. I gave driving test at 9.30 at night but instructor was not cared about it. I wasted my time and money here and I failed the exam. So I requested people don’t go here London motorcycles centre in Alperon universal motor cycle for CBT test. Really worst experience of life. Negative experience: Worst place to do the MOT, had a shock fork seal leak and caliper needed changing, after i changed it from the other place they Failed it again because i didnt got the work done from them. Never going back and telling all my friends to avoid. Total waste of time and money. Worst experience

Upon investigating your case, we found that our approved DVSA tester couldn't pass your MOT due to an issue with the fork seals and brake caliper on your motorcycle. For your safety and to comply with UK regulations, it was necessary to request the replacement of those items which at no point you had been informed that you are required to perform such services in our workshop. While we understand and confirm that you have replaced the brake caliper elsewhere, the fork seals remained unchanged. We acknowledge your statement that the seal was replaced elsewhere, but we can assure you that our DVSA tester would have identified a correctly replaced seal, at this point, he even demonstrated what a brand new fork seal looks like using another motorcycle present at our workshop as an example. Rest assured that our goal is to ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles we service. We operate with the utmost honesty and integrity and are dedicated to resolving any issues that arise. Negative experience: Around 2 years ago I bought a bike from this company, I was living in Bournemouth at the time and when I was away on holiday my bike was hit by a car which reversed into it and decided to make an accident claim with this company, This company took my bike and when returned I could tell some parts were not from my brand new bike I just bought and clearly had been replaced with old parts , I have sold the bike to my friend received around 200 penalty charges of this bike in London. So my number plate has been cloned. This company has always been untrustworthy in my opinion also asking me more extra payments saying I’ve ‘missed’ payments which I haven’t…and when I bought the bike, I payed the deposit they stated the amount would be, after paid they said there is an extra payment, but wasn’t told at all once about that. I would not trust at all.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with LMC's services. I called, made the appointment and at 17.25 I was at the headquarters in Alperton. At 17.30, exactly as scheduled, the motorcycle entered for the MOT inspection and left in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful nice and easy to communicate with them... the whole team is great, especially the two guys from the equipment store where the appointment was made and even one of them personally took care of the assistance of the motorcycle. I didn't remember his name and I sorry, I wanted to mention it here, but the effort was collective, so I think it would be ok if I said everything, CONGRATULATIONS guys, you are a real team.

Negative experience: went for an MOT and without consulting me they have connected my heated grips which were broken. There was I reason I had them disconnected , they were shorting out. After coming back from them, the next day i went to start the bike and battery was completely flat/dead. Only to find out they went out of the way to look for disconnected connector hidden behind the side panel and connected it without my knowledge. I guess they wanted to see my bike set on fire and spoil the weekend for me.

Negative experience: you ask the price before starting the repair when you finish it gets much more expensive. I went to put a support for a box , the initial price was 10 pounds and the final price was 25 . and I took the part it was just install. the detail was the 10 to 25 heavy.

Negative experience: Good people & good vibes, but only good for mopeds. Quoted me £150 to change my indicators on a R6. Both the mechanic and the guy who handles sells said the price is too expensive and try speak to the boss three times to lower it, but the boss said the bike is too valuable and they have a risk of damaging it lool. If you got a superbike/ big bike go elsewhere, however if you got a ped or doing your CBT then go there.

Fantastic experience: These guys were great! I took my Kawasaki Z1000sx to their shop in Alperton for a complete look over, repairs and a mot. The repairs included fitting a new head bearing, new front wheel bearing, new fork seals and arm, new levers and fitting a new front tyre. The guys at the shop were very good with contacting me with updates on the repairs and also allowed me to source my own parts which they fitted for me. I’ve had the bike back for 3 days now and I must say it rides well and the work done is proper. I’d defo recommend bringing your bike here and I will be returning in the future. Oh forget to say they are reasonably priced also and I’ve noticed little touches done like bolts added where they were missing etc, which I feel is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: Amazing quality service done by Mathew. Really took his time and care with my bike. Good to know that there are still mechanics out there who you can trust and go above and beyond expectations. I was a regular customer For my 1 year old bike they did service for 475 After 3 months i went there they charged me 875 thats lot for a bike if u look after ur bike the way i do but still i paid. Very next day i felt some vibration in the front whekl i asked them to get it checked they said its nothing then i was abroad for few weeks i cam back and started driving bike and i felt problem again when i went there ( wasted my time) He said u need to change wheel bearing and wiring for bike i said how much he said 300 when i asked he said 150 for wheel bearing and 100 for wiring i said its total 250 he said no 150 for wiring too He was changing his own statements When me and my friend we were both listening him changing statement told he he started abusing They are looting dont go major avoid

Fantastic experience: Honestly, can't fault them on anything. Had an oil change on my KTM 125 very quick and reasonably priced. The guys working there are always super nice. Most recently I bought a Street triple and unfortunately had a flat 2 days after buying it. Called the guys up, they gave me a quote, that considering everything, it was reasonably priced as well. Went there, they explained the characteristics of the new back tyre. It took roughly 2h it was what I expected and didn't mind specially with the little cafe they have, had something to eat and drink while I wait and in the end they even offered to wash my bike. Definitely coming back for anything on my bike in the future!

Negative experience: I went on Monday around 3:00pm for my bike first service and fix it the accessories. They didn’t fix it properly. He gave me bike around 7:00pm (long hours wait). But still there is problems.i told him please dix it and he said you have to come tomorrow. I said i can’t come back then i went on Wednesday around 1:45pm. They broke my handle bars. It’s totally disappointed. Because my bike is totally new. How they treat my bike I don’t know. I told them many times is it not my fault. Because when i come here just only they have to do oil change and accessories work. But still they are arguing too much. They don’t want to take responsibility. I said checked all cameras i didn’t broken one of your mechanic broken. They don’t want to check. Other man coming and he explained me other bike and he said it’s happened all the bike then I checked some repairs bike only happened any other bikes are fine. After that I asked can you show me my bike how is happened. Then he just rude Using fouls language. I said i am not your friend i am your customer. You must have to respect your customers. After that he said he’s mechanic get off his bike don’t repair it. I said is ok give me my money back. He said we can’t give you. Then i said you have to fix it all of things it’s your fault. But they don’t want to except. And said go Honda dealer they gonna fix it under warranty. I said you broke this thing then why some other dealers fix. After that they abused me too much. Told me go away from here otherwise I’ll hit you. And he show me a baseball bat he hits four two five times on wall and said yesterday one fight happened and police come here. Using fouls(bad) language. Too much abused me. I already take strict action against him. They don’t have a manners. Disappointed me. Very very very rude behaviours. Not a professional. They don’t have a bike knowledge. Wasting time there. Wasting money. And loss too much. It’s a humble request please please don’t go there. Unprofessional person.worst experience there. Disgusting people.

The guy who attended me was saying it was just 1 hour job but an hour he was giving me a silly excuses. I think it was really bad servicing by them. It’s just wasting of time to visit here.
