Positive experience: My advice, just book direct with the riding schools themselves. Because if you need RideTo to help you when you get things wrong, you'll just get a bunch of non-descript copy & paste emails, impossible to reach anyone on a phone or live chat as they simply don't have one, classic business model these days. I then went on to rebook with a school direct and they've already been way more personable and helpful, and say they've dealt with more than one disgruntled RideTo customer.

Negative experience: Scammers i showed up to the location on time which 9am everything was confusing there no signs no instructions nothing was waiting for a whole hour till i got a call back from them telling me to reach back to rideto. Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Delayed website be aware! Bookings super delayed. So if you expect to get a slot. Your work most likely will be pushed up. Due to this make sure not to get your hopes up on the time you actually want. And also the customer support team is super unhelpful. BOOK ONLY IF YOU HAVE A WHOLE DAY FREE. Be careful don't get to the point where dates and locations woudl be mixed up they will confuse you, then take money from you for rebooking, if it gets to this point.

Fantastic experience: So had my CBT test today first thing this morning I met Kyle and he was very welcoming and polite friendly we had a chat about the day and what would happen. Then another instructor arrived called Doug both were very good at what they do how they teach things ie they explained, demonstrated and made me feel very comfortable and while we were training nick also arrived give me some tips on what would help me I listened to all the guys there and I'm glad to say I passed . Fantastic experience: I came here on 12/09/2024 and I can’t say anything bad about this cbt as it’s quite amazing. We had a new instructor teaching us for part A where he went through everything we need to know from equipment to the main parts of how to ride safely. Then the rest of the cbt is us being able to control the peds, we did multiple laps and did u turns, a figure of 8 multiple times and a practise for T junctions (minor to major, major to minor) which again really helped us in section E where we went out on the roads. Part E is filled with multiple roundabouts, turns, different roads and multiple tests like u turns, hill start, emergency stop etc. allowing us to actually put the stuff we was training for into action on real roads, where anything can happen. I would 100% recommend this company for ur cbt. I am 16 and was also treated fairly and respectfully, even when doing mistakes, they talk through ur mistakes and corrects it and make sure we are doing everything right and safely for us and everyone around us.

Negative experience: This company really has terrible customer service, only contactable via email and live chat service in which they follow a script anyways e.g cancellation policy 5 days notice so they can take your money if you get a new job and have to rebook they will no cover you if you are not within your 5 days id understand a 24-48 hour polivy but 5 days is disgusting and clearly a method of taking £200 for nothing when itis time to rebook i will not be bookinh via theyse thsifving bastsrds

Fantastic experience: First ever time riding a bike so you can imagine how nervous and apprehensive I was but my instructor John Llewellyn made everything less stressful and nerve racking. John explained the rules and regulation of riding a bike in a clear and understanding way, he demonstrated everything that I was unsure of and explained everything about the bike in depth. I felt really comfortable and relaxed after the morning training was felt prepared to get out on the road. I passed my test and I feel extremely happy with this. Everything about the whole experience for me was absolutely spot on. Cheers for taking your time to explain the safest way to ride a motorbike and teaching me how to be safe. 10 out of 10 from me.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this CBT motorcycle course. The instructor refused to let me start due to my English, even though I’ve been driving for over 10 years, including one year in the UK. He spoke too fast and didn’t make any effort to help me understand. I paid £234 for the course, and they won’t refund my money. This feels unfair, especially since I’ve seen others with less English pass the course. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Poor service. They don’t offer a refund when a booking is confirmed for the wrong date. Poor customer service who take hundreds of pounds of your money but offer only a £20 good will gesture. Not good enough, we will be taking this further. Have contacted the founder on LinkedIn.

Fantastic experience: Both Bjorn and his team mate were encouraging, witty, positive and professional. Making 3/4 hour discussing the finer points of crash helmet construction and leather V textile pros and cons was accomplished with infeasible enthusiasm, and kept us all interested. Equally patient with the slow speed manoeuvres and road sections I learned more from these 2 in a day than I had riding unschooled for 2 years.

Negative experience: We purchased a course with peace of mind policy.We was abroad and Sunday morning we facing some visa problem so we can't make it back to UK for Wednesday. I was ask help with my problem they keep saying they no pay the money back. Second round Again pay 230£ first day training was half day not even go on road.Get email what confused us I can go for training for free (use peace of mind policy)and after I have to pay Cbt test again.So its not free Second day they take me to the road obviously I fail. I riding bike different country right hand side and I was confused on road. I very disappointed because on first day if I go to road after I have 1 week to practice and make my self comfortable. Now I'm no gonna go back again pay 230£

Fantastic experience: I booked my cbt for a 125cc today abd i really enjoyed the experience i mean i have never been on a bike before and i was struggling with the clutch control trying to find that biting point so the instructor let me use a 50cc and i picked it up pretty quickly and the instructor seen that i was safe so we went on a road trip and i really enjoyed the experience being out on the street for the first time properly using a public road

Fantastic experience: Louie Temple: Great day out today on the 125cc automatics, flew through the course smoothly just don’t make the mistake of taking a manual 125 cbt unless you have paid for manual conversion course/Training day as you will not meet requirements for completing the final part (part D the practical driving on the road). Other than that, lovely instructors cracked some good jokes throughout the day and kept banter flowing. Provided a lovely route through Wembley which included some live examples of why you have to always be cautious on a bike no matter how long you have riding, was great to experience, Will be returning for future training if required thank you for your clear instructions.

They canceled my appointment and didn’t refund my money which I borrowed from my friend for this training. I tried to cl them bt they didn’t have any number at the moment.
