His teaching style was clear, engaging, and very effective—he made sure I understood everything without ever feeling overwhelmed. There was also a Greek instructor (unfortunately, I can’t recall his name), but he was equally friendly and supportive, adding to the overall positive experience. Negative experience: Not recommend Instructor wasn’t helpful for beginners. Make sure you learned and practiced 100% before you come here or booked directly they probably would care differently. Don’t book ride to or 3rd party. It’s just scam. Spend 205£ only fir 10less than 10 minutes

Fantastic experience: To be honest, I was quite worried about this place after reading some negative reviews, but after going and passing my CBT there today, I can happily give them 5 stars. All the instructors were really helpful and patient, and they had a great sense of humour! I would definitely reccomend this place for beginners who want to get into the world of bikes. Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Alpha Motorcycle Training, and I would recommend every aspiring rider to get their CBT certificate from them. I'm only reiterating what they say on their website, but I would strongly suggest the fellow riding students to not ignore the forewarnings and learn their highway code and observe how the road works before attending. If you've never driven a manual bike before, I would advise starting with introductory courses, because riding is a skill that requires practice, nobody is born with it, you must spend some time with the machine before your CBT. Big cheer to Rob, Jason & Bjorn for running these session!

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with this training centre — very confident instructors, with good bikes and gear. I did CBT training on manual 125cc bike, was instructed by Bjorn (thank you!!) - please beware this is a challenging choice of bike for CBT, and if you are not confident after first 2 hours, instructors will likely not let you proceed on the road.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Alpha Motorcycle Centre. They are nothing but a scam. I was just five minutes late parking my car, and instead of showing any understanding, they refused to let me in and demanded I pay again. It’s clear they only care about money, and their attitude was unprofessional. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated, which raised concerns about their values. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and respectful service. If I could give 0 Stars I would by google don’t allow me to.

Fantastic experience: Completed my DAS course with Alpha and can't recommend them enough!! Went into this journey with no previous riding experience and completed my manual CBT with Bjorn. Great day and training which gave me loads of confidence to progress to DAS. Returned ASAP for MOD1 Training & Test and MOD2 Training & Test. Spent most of my bike time with Jason and he is a brilliant instructor. Tells you everything you need to know and more and teaches at a level far beyond the minimum test standard - making you a better and safer rider!! If you want to learn how to be a motorcyclist, this is the school to go to. Can't wait to go back for the occasional visit and to get more wisdom and tips. Special shout out to Rob and Martin too! All round great team at Alpha!

Fantastic experience: Great instructors. So much so that I completed my cbt first try (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ Jason was critical and made sure I made sure I made it back in one piece. Bjorn was the nice version of Jason. Rob was there, I think. Oh, also big blue bike had cryo technology that puts out fires so incase of an emergency or fire make sure to leave it behind. Picture of the bike below. Hard to mistake. Make sure to push the red bike out incase of a fire or you'll answer to Bjorn.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending my CBT test today, and I must say, my instructor (S marsh) was exceptional. Not only did he teach me thoroughly, but his engaging and humorous approach made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to his guidance, I now feel both confident and well-prepared to ride on the road, and I am pleased to say that I successfully passed my CBT. Fantastic experience: Staff is professional and helpful. Since I started riding this is the only place i do my CBT at. Bjorn is one of the best instructors, explains and demonstrates everything and makes sure you understand everything. I recommend Alpha Motorcycle Training for anyone who wants a CBT.

Fantastic experience: Super super happy with my choice to do my CBT here. Fantastic experience: Went here for my CBT renewal and found the staff really friendly and informative! Even though I used my own bike I noticed that the bikes were really good quality and maintenance compared to other schools I’ve been two. They also had great clothing to lend on the day, was a cold rainy day and the jacket I borrowed kept me warm and dry. You even have a Jacks Teller look alike Highly recommend them and will be back to use them for the full license.

Fantastic experience: Great instructors, come prepared with all the right documents and clothing and the CBT course is a breeze. Only complaint is £15 for parking but this is charged by the owner of the business estate, not AMT.

Fantastic experience: After doing my first CBT here 2 years ago, done with no worries due to great training, i have passed again. All the instructors are incredibly patient, and have good tips to hand out from a lifetime of riding. I was given the pleasure of having Bjorn as my instructor, and I could not have wished for a better training experience. Even though I have been riding consistently for 2 years, I learned new things about safety and general riding advice, that will help me for years to come and on my next licenses (which will most definitely be done with alpha). I cannot recommend these guys enough, they have no 'bad' instructors and they will make the day(s) worth your money. Hope to see them again soon. Regarding the bad reviews, these are mostly people that have not read the instructions clearly labelled on the confirmation email and website, and as a result have failed. If you are willing to spend £200 and not make sure you give yourself the best chance to pass, you should not take it out on the instructors or on the business. I understand the frustration behind losing the money, I myself left my license at home and was obviously turned away, a white British male, so I'm not convinced by comments of racism or prejudice. These guys are professional, they do not make exceptions for lack of preparation, and you are warned of this before booking. If you want a cbt done properly, do it with these guys.

Negative experience: If you don't want to waste your money, don't go there. I had a very bad experience with them. All schools don't have time until the next month, but in this school you can book for tomorrow because they don't have customers and only Unaware people like me choose there. They appear more interested in profiting by forcing retakes and additional fees. They take your money and then reject you.

Negative experience: If I could leave 1 star I would absolute shambles how they can call it training is beyond me it’s just a ticket to extort money from young boys then bully them and shout at them repeatedly making the instructions impossible to understand

Fantastic experience: Dear Bjorn, Jason and Rob. Thank you for being the best instructors ever. Made me laugh alot which eased my nerves during my CBT that i did last wednesday. (passed first time). Perfect pricing and perfect instructors that genuinely care about your safety and want you to pass. Forgot to put a review in last wednesday so i will do it now. I highly reccomend everyone to go through alpha motercycles for your cbts/full licenses as they are most reliable and are perfect. Bjorn has a magic spell which eases your nerves. Rob and Jason makes you laugh alot which also helped me learn aswell as getting comfortable with my CBT. They made me feel as though i was part of a family instead of just instructors. Negative experience: Instructor are very bad. Very bad behaviour and attitude. They not even teach you in good manners. Moped use for training are very bad and old models.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the instructor and the experience. I signed up to do the manual CBT and my instructor Martin failed me after I fell off the bike during the emergency braking. While I fully agree that it is a valid reason to not take somebody on the road, the instructor and school never should have recommend a beginner to go on a manual bike and instead go on a automatic bike for their first time in order to make sure they pass their CBT and avoid me paying another 200£ which I sadly do not have. To be perfectly honest, Martin was extremely rude from beginning to end, did not even asked if I was okay after falling off the bike, told me “I was lucky not to be charged for damages” as there was very little” even though I paid an extra 10£ on site for the damage waiver. When I suggested to Martin that the school should be kinder in advising beginners to start with the automatic, he rudely said it was my responsibility to inform myself better. I expected better from them and will now be booking through a different school of course. It is worth noting Martin failed the other person on a manual bike and another rider on the automatic discreetly said to me Martin was a terrible instructor and I should be booking with another school, even before I fell off the bike. Rob seemed like a much kinder and better instructor looking to actually teach his pupils.

Fantastic experience: I just finished the CBT course with Diamantis as my instructor yesterday. Fantastic experience from start to finish, and I must especially acknowledge him for his amazing sense of humour, which contributed to the atmosphere being more welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you're looking to complete your CBT because of their excellent accessibility and availability.

Fantastic experience: I did the full whack with Alpha over the course of a couple of months - CBT, Gear Conversion, Mod 1 Training, Mod 1 Test, Mod 2 Training, and Mod 2 Test. Happy to say I passed everything first time and now have my full, unrestricted A license! I only have good things to say about Alpha - it's expensive, but absolutely worth it. I worked with both Rob (Gear Conversion & Mod 1) and Jason (Mod 2) and both were excellent instructors. Really patient, kind, funny, and generally just good guys. Because of their teaching I went into both my tests feeling really confident despite only learning to ride a manual bike a few days before. I haven't experienced any other motorcycle schools but would absolutely recommend learning at Alpha!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the way this institution operates. It seems their primary aim is to fail students for trivial reasons, without providing clear or justified explanations. Rather than supporting students in their learning journey, they appear more interested in profiting by forcing retakes and additional fees. The lack of fairness and transparency in their approach is deeply concerning, and it feels like they are more focused on taking your money than providing quality education. I would not recommend this institution to anyone serious about their academic progress."

Negative experience: People there are quite friendly, they are happy to answer any questions and help you. However I think there're quite a few aspects to improve. I tried to get my CBT there, I failed twice. First time they told me to come again after just 1-1.5 hour of riding, I thought that's fair and next time I'd get more time on a bike. When I came second time I only got 1 hour off-road and 1 hour on-road riding. Every student who was new to motorbiking failed their CBT as well this day. I tried doing CBT in a different school and did 4-5 hours of riding first day, which is kind of obvious that a person who is new to motorcycles simply needs a bit more time on a bike. Not sure about DAS courses in this school, they might be conducted in a different way

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Unfriendly staff. I booked my CBT test and it got cancelled by the instructor on the spot as they require very extensive English skills

Positive experience: Mixed thoughts , its my second time here. From my experience it was good both times, however I would not recommend this centre to anyone who has English as their second language as the instructors and incredibly impatient. Many guys could speak English perfectly but might need you to repeat what you say but instructors would just shout at these guys unfortunately. Rob however was perfect, if you are going to do anything there I recommend you only do it with Rob. Also the toilet facilities is shocking it is a disgusting port aloo , they have no real toilet only a port aloo and it smells really really bad. This centre could easily be so much better but the facilities are messy and neglected as well as instructors being impatient .

Fantastic experience: Did my cbt test recently at alpha motorcycle, I originally picked this training school because it was the number 1 rated training school on the website which I understanding now why. The instructors are super friendly and patient with you, instructor bjorn is a very funny guy, he knows how to make you laugh and makes the lesson enjoyable. I enjoyed training at alpha motorcycle training, I wish could come here everyday and I wish that the course did last a little bit longer as the course for me ended quite early and I really enjoyed it but other than that the course was very fun and would definitely recommend to other people to come here.

Fantastic experience: I want to say that Alpha MCT are the most articulate and fair team in London so far, well…. In North west and North area, not sure cuh I haven’t went the other site. The gear and the Motorcycles are the best quality you’ll get (probably) The centre also offers you tea and coffee before the training and after the training. The Highway Code tests are easy however they won’t go back if you forgot or misheard something. Especially the humour of the team, very hilarious jokes and fun to learn with. Thank you Pray-mantis and Robie-da-nob for teaching us how to ride like a real cowboy. PS: To the Owner. please smile , nice bike nice hair cut but not a nice facial expression.

Fantastic experience: My CBT test was a fantastic experience. The examiner was incredibly friendly and made everything easy to understand. They patiently explained emergency braking, traffic control in busy areas, roundabouts, traffic signals, road signs, and essential bike safety gear. It wasn't just theory; their practical approach made a huge difference. I learned so much before even hitting the road. Thank you for explaining things and making it very simple.

Fantastic experience: Before I went to do my CBT, I checked the reviews and saw that some people were saying the instruction wasn’t good and that they would fail you for no reason. I got stressed before going there. Anyway, I went today, and the instructor (Bjorn, I hope I wrote his name correctly, with long brown hair) taught everyone from A to Z and spent time in the 30-degree sunshine to teach everyone properly. I got my CBT today and realized some reviews were fake and untrue. I am going to take more courses and be ready to get my full driving license with them. I recommend you guys take CBT with Bjorn, the long brown-haired guy.

Negative experience: Would not recommend for a new rider. Go to a school that has a track record of more patience and enthiasm to work with new riders. My experience (and others that were attending the same course) was they will not spend much time with you on the bike before sending you home, saying you failed and need more time. Course started at 7:30am (loads of faffing about at the start of the day, even more throughout the morning), I was in the car going home at 10:30am with only an hour of the day allowed on the bike doing basic manouvres. I didn't expect to come in and walk away with a pass but I did expect more supportive trainers, and more of an opportunity to learn. The other guy I was training with was the same, unfortunately his second time through. I accept that neither of us were ready or safe enough to go on the road but instead of spending a bit of more time working with us for the session (that otherwise would have been on the road) to at least get something out of the day they sent us home. Left a very sour taste for someone who went into this enthusiastic to learn and excited about starting a motorcycle training journey. Update: didn't expect an honest response to the review, definitely was no where near 2 hours and if you read my review you would see the critic wasn't about being road ready. I have GPS data that can show the timelines. My advice, either offer a service or don't. Don't exploit new riders for a cash grab. I've chosen another school to continue training and will probably end up spending thousands with them whilst I pursue my lisence instead.

By the end of the day I felt confident riding a motorbike having 0 experience before coming. Fantastic experience: I'm a bit late since my CBT was on 11/07/24 but I would like to just say a massive thank you to Rob and Bjorn for being the most wonderful and knowledgeable instructors. Also thank you to Bjorn for being extremely patient and accommodating to me during the CBT and ITM lessons as I get anxious very quickly so the constant reassurance even on the road ride helped me a lot. Fantastic experience: Very professional, resourceful and friendly instructors/business overall. There's a fair bit of banter with the instructors which allows you to be comfortable and conversate which puts your nerves at ease especially if it's your 1st time riding. My instructor was Bjorn, very friendly, knowledgeable and patient instructor who took his time making sure every learner was comfortable and confident riding a bike before going out on the road. Fantastic experience: Amazing service, first of all they offer you all kind of protectice gear from jackets to boots which is not common. Then, instructors Diamantis and Bjorn were superb. Fun lads which made the time fly by, during our riding on the open road we did even get to do a pit stop for about 10 mins to grab a coffee and shelter from the rain for a bit. 10/10 experience, deffo recomended.

Negative experience: This is one of the racist centre I have seen in my all life I had test today and he was asking me to tell him the road codes. I was here for Cbt not for giving for truck test. I am not even giving them 1 star but you have 1 so can write.

Fantastic experience: It was a nice experience with ALPHA MOTORCYCLE TRAINING. My instructor BJORN was an excellent trainer make it very easy to understand everything about motorcycle and very friendly….i just passed my CBT ON 02/07/2024 .I really recommend to ALPHA MOTORCYCLE WEMBLEY and I will do my next A full license very soon from them….thanks a lot BJORN…you was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Honestly a really good experience far better than others I’ve been too so friendly and welcoming done my cbt really fast and things was explained well. I had the wrong Jeans on and they allowed me to have 40 extra minutes to get the right pair I really appreciated that also the instructor I had bjorn was such a nice person really understanding and charismatic you should be looking forward if you are learning with him .

Fantastic experience: I have completed my CBT today where I passed and I couldn't of been happier with my experience my instructor Bjorn made all the task and instructions extremely clear and I couldn't of asked for a better instructor a genuine sound guy. I recommend this place highly.

Negative experience: Here is my honest opinion. If someone from Alpha Motorcycle Training responds to this, saying this is a fake review, it’s not. I’d be careful of this place. My trainer was bjorn. He was a chill guy, honestly pretty cool. Helped out. There were 4 trainees. 3 on manual and 1 on automatic. Out of the 3 manual riders, 1 came in on his own bike, the other had never touched a bike, just like me. During our off-road training, the trainee who never been on a manual, crashed(he ended up ok) We stopped the off-road training for 15 mins or so. Bjorn came back. Trained us, Gave us extra time for the exercises and then took us back to the centre. He pulled me aside, told me that he cannot pass me. He said the same for the other manual rider there. The reason was because there wasn’t enough time. That’s what I was told. I asked if he can rebook me, he apologised and said it’s out of his hands. Props to him cuz he said I turned out to be the best manual rider there. He said I should stick with manual. Oh and that automatic rider? It was his second time doing his CBT so apparently he didn’t need to complete all the off-road training exercises because he failed the Highway Code section the first time. That’s what I was told. I emailed the company, asking for a rebooking as compensation since there wasn’t enough time, I got told “Although you and the other rider were making progress, it was slow and the additional time required to possibly get you road ready, please note possibly, was too long, and it was felt that you would be too tired to continue so you would still not achieve a CBT. You did not complete every exercise, and did not show us that confidence, hence the decision stands.“ Now when I was talking to my instructor, he said the only reason I didn’t pass was because of time restraints. Didn’t mention nothin bout safety concerns or not enough progress made. The dude who was emailing me, did not want me to pass unless I paid another £195 that much was clear. The training started at 10:30PM and ended by 2:30PM. I’ve been trying to have them understand my perspective and why I should get a rebooking or a refund but nope. Even RideTo is the same. The guy I was talking to through emails said he’ll give me a “£20 voucher”. If you still feel like you wanna go here, I hope you aren’t as unlucky as me. My suggestion? 1. Don’t book nothing through RideTo. 2. Don’t risk it, don’t go to Alpha Training Motorcycle. bjorn was cool. (Edit for reply: with all due respect simply, understand that the circumstances were not the greatest, understand that, what I’m telling you is I Was Not Told That I Didn’t Make Enough Progress and understand that this time you guys were wrong but you don’t seem to understand cuz apparently the customer is wrong this time. Take the L, understand the criticism and do better next time. Stop excuses for your failures. I ain’t making excuses here, I’m telling them what actually happened. The point of a review is to tell others what happened and not make excuses. Do better.)

Fantastic experience: I really can't thank these guys enough for helping me through right from my CBT to my MOD 2 which I passed today. They are really helpful and very professional. They provided me with constant encouragement even when I didn't believe in myself. I would highly recommend doing your DAS or CBT here. Thank you Jason, Rob and Martin.

Fantastic experience: Just passed both mod 1 & 2 for my full a license & i have to say im very pleased to have done it with alpha. Special shout out to my instructor jason, made sure i was 100% ready for this exam and his style of teaching is by far the best in this game! Appreciate the whole staff for what they have done ! Fantastic experience: This guys are superstars! Jason, the instructor is incredibly prepared and professional, if you follow his instructions is very likely you get the license. I said this after changing 2 different driving school from east to west London and 4 test fail. Finally, thanks to them I’ve got my license. I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: Please be aware that this testing center has a history of failing candidates regardless of their they can ride. The instructors are unprofessional and their equipment is often faulty, and they tend to blame the candidates for any issues that arise. I would strongly advise against using this testing center.

Negative experience: Please alert to all don't use this test centre. why they always have booking avilable because they fail you regardless you do as much good. I would say red flag for all new cbt test people don't use this centre They are making money by faling you again and again .

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a motorbike training course at Alpha and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure each student felt comfortable and confident on the bike. Their teaching methods were clear and effective, breaking down complex maneuvers into easy-to-understand steps. They provided personalized feedback and tailored their instruction to meet individual needs, which greatly accelerated my learning process. The overall environment was supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend Alpha to anyone looking to learn or improve their motorbike skills.

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT through to full bike license with these guys and were brilliant every step of the way. They tell you exactly what you need and don’t try to squeeze more time/money out of you. Was a pleasure doing it with them. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I passed my cbt with alpha last Sunday and from minute 1 they were brilliant and very professional, i never rode a moped prior to my test but once i was out on the road for my test it was like i rid for years because of the brilliant training they did with me one on one prior to hitting the road. All the team was fantastic to educate me on the highway code also. You will 100% pass if you take the course seriously and listen to the instructors instructions , if you are tired or not willing to learn and not do as what the instructors tell you to do then this training wont be suitable for you.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a big shout out to Rob, best instructor, very patient and keen to explain, makes the learning fun. For sure I will come back in the future to do my Full Driving License.

Fantastic experience: I had a two hour ITM training with Rob and it was a great experience. All the necessary protective gear was provided by the school and every staff member made me feel welcomed, no matter my abilities and prior experience. It was my first time ever on a bike, Honda cb125f to be specific, and I found it quite challenging, but my instructor was very patient and friendly, while very experienced and knowledgeable at the same time. He also gave me some good advices for the next steps in my motorcycling journey.

Negative experience: Admittedly, I didn't deserve a pass. However, being told that you're going to get yourself and your instructor killed while you're trying your best to regain your composure at a roundabout doesn't seem like the best approach to training. Whenever I'd make a mistake, I could just hear "What are you doing?" in my ear piece. Not once was I reassured or told to take my time. I left today feeling a lot worse that I have previously, even though I have come for multiple lessons at this place, and wasn't even taken out on the road on those previous occasions. Although I am still very keen to continue training and don't want to give up, I don't feel like I can continue in this sort of environment.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this facility had great fun and Bjorn was a fantastic instructor helped me a lot through the whole day which allowed me to pass, highly recommend doing your CBT here 10/10!
