Negative experience: 07.00 this morning (22.4). Cut me up on Bham New Rd, turned left onto Black Country Route, pulled out to overtake a car and went over next island all whilst indicating left. The highway code is available and doesn't cost much

Negative experience: Had an introductory starter for my daughter, which consisted of 1 hour and 40 mins, and didn't hear back from him for over 2 weeks. No apologies by this time already sorted a more reliable instructor, asked for my remaining money back and no reply, I have since got in touch with trading standards

Negative experience: I had an awful experience with this driving instructor. His behaviour was shockingly rude. I ended up waiting for 3 hours while he repeatedly postponed our lesson and ignored my calls. I strongly advise against choosing an instructor who has no regard for your time or respect for you. It's infuriating to spend an entire day waiting for an appointment, only to be completely disregarded. This isn't an isolated incident; he's treated several other people this way as well. His unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy are unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and find an instructor who values their clients!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a massive thanks to my driving instructor, I passed my test second time. He is professional and friendly and provides very good guidance during lessons.
