Fantastic experience: Overall, the practical was great! The team at YDT genuinely couldn't have been more supportive! As a young female, I was really worried about how I would be treated in a male-dominated environment but I needn't have been. I suffer with crippling anxiety in test situations and I was so nervous when I first got behind the wheel. Steve was approachable and immediately made me feel at ease. He was calm and reassuring and just what I needed. When I met the rest of the YDT team at the base, they were all the same. Any words of self-doubt were met with positivity and reassurance. They said how happy they were that more women were getting behind the wheel and I never thought I'd feel so comfortable sat chatting in a room of older trucker men whom I'd never met before. When I failed my first test, I had a bit of a tearful moment in the lorry and Steve and Shane comforted me and gave me reassurance. Even the examiner was brilliant and we had great rapport! I cannot fault the team at YDT. They have been nothing but professional and approachable throughout!

Fantastic experience: Yeovil driver training are brilliant and would highly recommend. Tim, Andy and Shane are brilliant instructors and a good laugh, they are very knowledgable.. Will recommend them to anyone wanting to anyone who wants to upgrade their licence. Steve made the booking simple and helped me to get a quick booking. Fantastic experience: My partner and I went for the driving assessment before enrolling for the test. We both enjoyed it and we would not choose any other school to take our HGV driving test with.
