Fantastic experience: Paul was very helpful and accommodating with booking the advance driver training. I noticed his experience soon as we got on the road. He pointed out my current habits which needed improvement and encouraged me at the same time. I came away from the lesson feeling I had learned a lot and would recommend Paul to anyone needing to upgrade their driving skills and knowledge of the road to become a better and safer driver.

Fantastic experience: I completed a 7 hour advanced driving course with Paul Coleman. I had been involved in a road traffic accident many years ago, which had damaged my confidence and caused me to avoid driving altogether. Needless to say I was extremely nervous leading up to the course, and procrastinated for a whole year before signing up! Paul is very skilled at creating a calm atmosphere and he is very knowledgeable. He quickly identified key areas of my driving I needed to work on, and he tailored the course to what I wanted to achieve and more. Paul was supportive and understanding of my limitations and if I did not feel comfortable with what he was asking, he returned to it later in the day, when I was ready. I did manage to achieve what I had previously thought was impossible. Paul continued his support and advice after the course and I received my driving report very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at the progress I had made in just one day. My confidence in my driving has certainly improved since taking the course. Thank you Paul !

Having not done any advanced driver training, this gave me a great insight into road markings/signs and effective use of hazard perception. Fantastic experience: I went into my Advanced training course full of confidence in my own driving ability. During my first 20 minutes Paul Coleman (my instructor on the day) identified key areas for me to improve on. We spent the next 3 hours working on these areas and Paul helped me realise that maybe I wasn’t actually as good as I believed myself to be. I came away from the lesson more confident than ever and feel safer on the roads. Fantastic experience: Following the initial drive I thought was brilliant but unfortunately I had made quite a few errors. My instructor Paul Coleman identified any faults and together we agreed a plan. We started with observation of road markings, gears and steering. Fantastic experience: Paul is an excellent driving instructor with many years of experience. He's very knowledgeable about the road rules, defensive driving and advanced techniques. He has a great personality, friendly and a down to earth person. Paul has helped me tremendously when I first came to the UK and started driving. Although I have driven for almost 18 years back home and felt that I was a pretty decent driver, Paul showed me very useful techniques and helped me to unlearn any bad habits I might have developed. I just passed by UK driving test and Paul was an amazing instructor. He helped me get prepared and gave me tips right up until my test. I can never be grateful enough to he and his wife for the time and effort they devoted. It was Proffesional and enlightening as he taught me how to observe everything around me whilst driving and also how I have become complacement, and that's allowed my bad habits to miss the obvious. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to undertake 2 days of intensive drivers’ training with the extremely patient Paul in November 2023. Having never had any advanced or additional training beyond my own driving lessons (2 decades ago), I had no idea what to expect when I signed up for x2 full days of advanced training. Paul was extremely polite from the outset, courteous and knowledgeable beyond his years about every aspect of driving. He answered all my questions and concerns without an ounce of patronisation. I wanted training on local rural roads which I come across regularly to ensure my experience would not be artificial. Paul not only knew exactly where to go but also enquired if there were any routes in particular I wanted to cover; and at his suggestion we eased each of my different vehicles on different days to ensure I could appreciate the training driving both. In the introductory phone call, Paul explained all the different types of advanced training I could undertake so that I I could make informed decision on which best suited my needs before we started. During practical training, his calm and measured instructions communicated smoothly during the drive made it possible for me to understand and follow his advice to improve my skills without undue stress or panic on the road. To say I benefited from this course is an understatement: my eyes are now well and truly open on the best ways to approach the most challenging rural roads (main objective for me) and I feel more confident should I need to deal with any unexpected hazards thanks to the ‘commentary’ skill which Paul introduced. The comprehensive written risk assessment I received less than a week after the course was brilliant and informative, with the unique touch of including specific positive examples of my driving skills which Paul had observed and remembered. A truly genuine and honest individual with an unwavering commitment to his profession: Paul was so careful to ensure we spent as much time as possible on the road, which is also testament to his endurance given that each day was around 8 hours long! If you are fortunate enough to secure his services, you will not be disappointed in learning from a true leader in his field who is also very friendly and approachable.
